Tre terroristi di al-Treimseh hanno confessato il loro coinvolgimento in atti di omicidio, terrorismo e rapimento di persone.
Due terroristi provenienti dalla città di al-Treimseh, nella campagna di Hama, hanno confessato di aver partecipato ad una serie di omicidi e atti di terrorismo prima che l’esercito arrivasse nella città, mentre un terzo terrorista ha ammesso di aver partecipato al rapimento di cittadini per chiederne il riscatto ed in seguito di averli uccisi.
In una confessione trasmessa sabato dalla televisione siriana, il terrorista Yousef Abdullah al-Mahmoud ha detto di essere stato reclutato con la forza, insieme a suo fratello, nel gruppo armato terroristico guidato da Saleh al-Saba’Awi.
Al-Mahmoud ha detto che lui e suo fratello hanno accompagnato al-Saba’awi e sei altri uomini per attaccare due case; lui sfondo’ uno dei portoni delle case sparando verso il tetto, notando che mentre lui e il fratello erano rimasti fuori per eseguire gli ordini di al-Saba Awi, il resto della banda dei terroristi entrava in casa aprendo il fuoco contro tutti coloro che si trovavano all’interno, aggiungendo di aver visto solo un uomo e una donna, ma che c’erano più persone all’interno.
La sua testimonianza e’ continuata, confessando di aver fatto irruzione in una seconda casa, dove ancora, stando lui fuori come per la prima casa, fece fuoco contro di essa, mentre il resto del gruppo entrava uccidendo chiunque fosse all’interno.
A sua volta, il terrorista Ahmad Abdullah al-Mahmoud, fratello del precedente, ha confermato la storia di suo fratello Yousef, aggiungendo che al-Saba’Awi disse loro che le case contenevano personale militare, quando in realtà c’erano solo uomini e donne civili, i quali furono uccisi dai terroristi.
Da parte sua, il terrorista Zaher al-Tayeh ha detto di aver preso parte insieme ad altri due terroristi al rapimento di un uomo, del villaggio di al-Safsafiye, di aver dirottato l’auto dell’uomo per poi interrogarlo in un giardino di ulivi, successivamente tagliandogli la gola con un coltello.
Al-Tayeh ha anche confessato di aver rapito altri due uomini, uno dal villaggio di al-Safsafiye e l’altro dal villaggio di Khneizir, dicendo di aver richiesto un riscatto di SYP 400.000 per il primo e 200.000 per il secondo, ma siccome le loro richieste non vennero soddisfatte, uno dei rapitori sgozzo’ le vittime mentre al-Tayeh guardava.

Three Terrorists from al-Treimseh Confess to Taking Part in Murders, Terrorism and Abduction
Two terrorists from the town of al-Treimseh in Hama countryside confessed to taking part in a series of murders and acts of terrorism before the army entered the town, while a third terrorist admitted to participating in abducting citizens to demand ransom and killing them afterwards.
In confessions broadcast by the Syrian TV on Saturday, terrorist Yousef Abdullah al-Mahmoud said that he was recruited by force along with his brother into the armed group led by Saleh al-Saba’awi.
Al-Mahmoud said that he and his brother accompanied al-Saba’awi and six other men attacked two houses, with him breaking one of the houses’ doors and shooting at the roof, noting that he stayed outside with his brother upon al-Saba’awi’s orders while the rest entered the house and shot everyone inside, saying that he only saw a man and a woman but that there were more people inside.
He went on to say that they broke into the second house, with him staying outside like the first time and firing at the house, and the rest of the group entered the house and killed anyone inside.
In turn, terrorist Ahmad Abdullah al-Mahmoud, the aforementioned brother, corroborated his brother Yousef’s story, adding that al-Saba’awi told them that the houses contained army personnel, when in truth there were only civilian men and women who were shot dead by the terrorists.
For his part, terrorist Zaher al-Tayeh said that he took part in the abduction of a man from al-Safsafiye village along with two others, hijacking the man’s car and then interrogating him in an olive field before slitting his throat with a knife.
Al-Tayeh also confessed to abducting two others; one from al-Safsafiye and the other from the village of Khneizir, saying that they demanded a ransom of SYP 400,000 for the first one and 200,000 for the second, but their demands weren’t met so one of the abductors, a man killed Hussein Dabbas, slit the victims’ throats as al-Tayeh watched.
