The armed forces have cleared the areas around the Hreitani building, Sports Institute and the Maternity Hospital in the neighborhood of al-Midan in the city of Aleppo from the terrorist groups.
SANA reporter quoted a source in the province as saying that tens of terrorists, including a Libyan sniper, were killed in the operations in the aforementioned areas.
The source added that the armed forces confiscated the weapons which were with the terrorists.
The reporter also mentioned that the armed forces on Friday destroyed a number of cars equipped with DShK machineguns and missiles and killed tens of terrorists near al-Oroubeh Club in Bustan al-Basha area and Zaki al-Arsouzi School in al-Jaberiyeh in Aleppo city.
Another unit of the armed forces targeted a group of terrorists near Qasr al-Azm School on al-Bab road and destroyed 6 cars equipped with DShK machineguns. The source told SANA reporter that other army units destroyed a barrier for mercenary terrorists near the crossroad to the Scientific Research Center in Hanano area and two DShK-equipped cars near Mohammed Mustafa Merei School killing a number of terrorists. The armed forces ambushed three vehicles equipped with DShK machineguns coming from Andan on Kafr Hamra road in the countryside of Aleppo.

DShK-equipped Car Destroyed, Terrorists’ Infiltration Attempts from Lebanon Thwarted in Homs
A unit of the armed forces on Friday destroyed a car equipped with a DShK machinegun near al-Hamidiyeh village in the countryside of al-Qseir, killing all the terrorists inside the car.
Authorities and border guards on Thursday foiled several infiltration attempts by armed terrorist groups which tried to cross from Lebanon into the Syrian territories at the sites of Halat and Azir in Tal-kalakh, Homs countryside.
The clashes resulted in inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists.
