Ajami, The Qatari Poet
Applied what he believed in… his poetry
To be a eternal… to be a fact…
To be a sharp sward reaching the throat of unfair men…
The Sultan was scared what he applied
Thus he throw him in his prison to end his days …
But honest people arrived dancing with their pens
Took him out by their voices not by flagging any scimitar…
They chanted from every corner on this earth…
They thought every sultan…
That poetry has its sharp sword
Can silence every betrayer
Without spelling any drop of blood…!
