Takfir terrorists from ISIS and Jabhat al-Nusra killed in battle by Syrian Arab Army, heavy weapons seized
October 26, 2013 – SANA – The Syrian Arab army on Saturday carried out several successful operations against terrorists in differnet areas, killing and injuring a number of them and destroying their weapons.

ISIS terrorists killed, rocket and weapons caches destroyed in Lattakia
Units of the armed forces destroyed rocket and weapons caches and eliminated armed terrorist groups in Lattakia countryside, some affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra and the so-called Islamic State in Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) which is linked to al-Qaeda.
A military source told SANA that an army unit destroyed 6 cars loaded with weapons and ammunition as well as several terrorists’ gatherings in al-Qantara village.
Numbers of terrorists were killed in the operation, including a Saudi terrorist from the ISIS, in addition to terrorists Abo Anas al-Horani, Ahmad Malek al-Nuaimi and Imad-Eddin al-Golani, one of the leaders of Jabhat al-Nusra in the areas of Idleb and Lattakia countryside.
The source added that the army units destroyed a thermal rocket cache, two weapons and ammunition caches and cars loaded with ammunition and heavy machine guns in the surrounding of the villages of al-Kindassiyeh and al-Sukariyeh.
Scores of terrorists, some are non-Syrians, were killed and others were injured in the framework of the operations in the two villages.
Terrorists Abo Ahmad Shiko from the Philippines, Abo Omar Kakao from Kazakhstan and Abo Abdullah al-Sheikh from Tashkent were identified among the dead, in addition to a terrorist from Dagestan and another one from Iraq, leader of the so-called ISIS.
In al-Rawda village, an army unit killed all members of an armed terrorist group, including Ahmad al-Asmar, Jalal al-Mwash, Adel Shukri, Imad-Eddin al-Fasl and Issam al-Zir.
Meanwhile, another army unit carried out a special operation targeting terrorists’ dens in Toros village which resulted in the killing of two explosives experts from Palestine, in addition to terrorists Mohamamd Shawish, Ahmad al-Rahi and Majed Fathi.
Army eliminates terrorists, destroys a mortar in Damascus Countryside
A military source told SANA that an army unit carried out a successful operation against an armed terrorist group north-west of Yabroud in Damascus countryside, killing a number of terrorists and destroying a mortar and various kinds of ammunition.
The source added that army units destroyed terrorists’ gatherings north of Rankos, north-east of al-Nabk, south of Adra and east of Deir Atiyyeh.
Israeli-made missiles confiscated, terrorist groups eliminated in Daraa
Army units killed many terrorists and injured others in Daraa Province, as they also confiscated Israeli-made missiles, machineguns, rifles and communication devices.
A military source said that an army unit clashed with terrorists in the city of Daraa, killing many terrorists including Muhannad Jassem al-Aqiri and Khaldoun al-Aqiri, while another unit confronted an armed terrorist group that attempted to infiltrate into al-Khazzan area in al-Herak town, killing or injuring all of its members.
The source added that Israeli-made missiles, machineguns and communication devices were confiscated, and members of an armed terrorist group that attempted to attack army checkpoints in Nawa, Tal al-Jabiyeh and al-Nasseriyeh in the eastern side of Daraa countryside.
The bodies of the terrorists Abbas Mahmoud al-Rashdan the leader of the so-called ‘al-Mujahideen Battalion’ armed terrorist grsoup, Adham Hassan Qassem, Wassin Mohammad al-Rahhal, Omar Mohammad Ali al-Wadi, Farhan Mohammad al-Eid and Ail Hikmat al-Faawouri were identified among the dead.
The source pointed out that army units killed many terrorists in Atman, al-Mleha al-Sharqiyeh and Taffas including the terrorists Hamza Hwiedi, Hamza Ramadan al-Abdullah and Molhsm al-Shahadat.
Army units eliminate terrorists in Homs and its countryside
A military source told SANA reporter that units of the armed forces continued pursuing armed terrorist groups infiltrated into Sadad town , killing and injuring a number of terrorists.
The source added that terrorists’ gatherings were eliminated in the villages of Mahin, al-Hafer, Starko street, al-Khanqin area in Rastan, Burj Kaae in al-Hola area and Kisin in addition to destroying boats loaded with weapons and ammunition while a terrorist group was attempting to transport them across Kisin lake in al-Hola area.
Units of the armed forces clashed with armed terrorist groups tried to infiltrate from al-Dar al-Kabira into the villages of al-Khaldiyeh and al-Ghasbiyeh, while other army units destroyed terrorists’ gatherings near al-Amal hospital in Jouret al-Shaiyyah and al-Kosour and al-karabis neighborhoods in the city of Homs.
Army seizes a truck loaded with weapons in Salamiyeh countryside, Hama
In Hama countryside, a military source told SANA that an army unit in cooperation with the citizens seized a truck loaded with rockets and various kinds of weapons in the village al-Arshouneh in Salamiyeh countryside and arrested a number of terrorists inside it.
The source added that the weapons included a number of rockets, automatic rifles, machineguns, sophisticated communication systems and amounts of various weapons.
