Foreign-backed terrorists commit massacre against civilians in Adra, Damascus Countryside
Damascus – Armed terrorist groups affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra on Wednesday infiltrated the residential city of Adra in Damascus Countryside and committed a massacre against unarmed civilians.
A military source clarified in a statement to SANA on Thursday that “terrorists attacked the unarmed civilian citizens in their homes” in Adra, which includes housing compounds for workers, noting that “reports indicated that a massacre was committed against civilians by the terrorists.”
The source stressed that units of the armed forces headed immediately to the area and embarked on carrying out their mission to rescue the civilians and restore security to the city.

I have the feeling sometimes that the SAA is not using the right war strategy to fend the attacks from the terrorists. The SAA clears an area, relaxes and leave it only to be occupied by the terrorists again! The tactics should be conquer,Secure and sustain.
The way things are, I think the war will last for another 5 years till the country is reduced to ruins. The country has a population of 28mil people and an army of 2 million cannot be formed to mow down these rats in no time? I think Assad just wants the war to continue. There might be a reason behind it!
I think you are going wrong here.
You see what it means to fight such unsymetric war in Afganistan. Even the best equipped and skilled troups of the NATO are not able secure the territories they are controlling permanently and Syria is a much higher populated area.
To secure an area like Syria where enimies can travel through the borders as they like and even supported by foreign entities is nearly impossible.
In many areas they can’t use heavy weapons as this will take civilian casaulties so it is a fight man against man.
For me it is quite the oposite. I’m really amazed that they are able to resist despite the sanctions and the support by foreign entities for the rebels.
I think they employed a really good strategy to concentrate on the main regions and to cut the supply routes of the rebels.
I think the time is working for the SAA not against them.
Agree with Indre, if they are no civilians the job will be very easy and swift. It has to be surgical and tactful n this takes good planning, strategies and time. Overall SAA is progressing very well in their planning and strategic move. Killing of civilian shows that the bandit criminals are very desperate as civilians are not willing to cooperate with their demands n they are in crazy mode as they see many of their buddies being mowed down like rats. Bandits are high on drugs thus behave like wild animals and their end is coming soon.

How Saudi Arabia is invited to this mitin to solve the situation in Syria is not easy to understand when this country is a terrorist itself and an abuser of human rights.

¿Y desde aquí hasta donde?. ¿Es esto lo que enseña la “religión” de los saudíes?.
