Terrorists and foreign mercenary groups targeted and eliminated by Syrian Armed Forces in several areas around country

Army pressed ahead with crushing military operations on Wednesday durign which the army units killed a large number of terrorists, including foreigners, and destroyed weapons caches and heavy machinegun-equipped cars in several areas around the country.

Army units eliminate terrorists, seize and destroy their weapons and equipment in Damascus Countryside

Army units eliminated a number of terrorists from the Islamic Front west of Adra workers city and near Sar and Omo factories in Adra area, including two terrorist group leaders: Baha’a al-Sakran and a man nicknamed Abu Myassar.

Other units destroyed terrorist hideouts along with the weapons and ammo inside them in al-Ebb farms in Douma, the town of Erbin, Jobar neighborhood, al-Alali area, and near Sayyeda Sukaina Shrine in Daraya, killing and injuring a number of terrorists.

The army carried out a special operation targeting a gathering of terrorists in the town of Maaloula, leaving a number of terrorists dead or injured, while another unit destroyed a hideout for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Rima farms in Yabroud area.

An army unit left members of an armed terrorist group in al-Zabadani town dead or injured, destroying their weapons and ammo.

A military source told SANA reporter that the army units seized a car loaded with weapons and communication sets in Jdaidet al-Shaybani area in Damascus Countryside.

Army units kill scores of terrorists in Deir Ezzor

Units of the armed forces clashed with terrorists in al-Mreiyeh village and near al-Siasiyeh roundabouts in al-Haweika neighborhood in Deir Ezzor, inflicting heavy losses upon them.

A source told SANA that the clashes resulted in the killing of several terrorists and destroying their weapons and ammunition.

Bassel Khalaf Ahmad al-Abdullah, nicknamed as al-Baaz, was identified among the dead terrorists.

Meanwhile, a military source told SANA that an army unit killed scores of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists who were attempting to attack citizens in the west side of Jasim town in Daraa, in addition to destroying their weapons, ammunition and vehicles.

Arab terrorists eliminated in Idleb

A military source said that army units eliminated a number of armed terrorist groups in Kansafra village, killing all their members, many of them are Saudis, Moroccans, Jordanians and Algerians.

The bodies of the terrorists Hazza’ Ahmad Khuzama and Assej Khuzama from Jordan, Badri Mohammad Oweidat and Burhan Ahmad al-Baj from Algeria, Khattab Kheir al-Duleimi from Saudi Arabia and Salloum Mohammad Aqel from Morocco were identified among the dead.


Amounts of terrorists’ weapons destroyed in Homs

Army units destroyed weapons and ammunition caches, terrorists’ dens and gatherings and killed scores of terrorists in Homs countryside.

A military source said that tens of terrorists were killed and many others were wounded in the towns of Taldo, Ghajar, al-Saan and the villages of al-Dar al-Kabira and al-Khalediyeh.

An army unit destroyed a weapons and ammunition cache in al-Dar al-Kabira and killed members an armed terrorist group, according to the source.

The bodies of the terrorists Ihsan Abbara, Rateb Kalash and Bassel Hallak Bakkour were identified among the dead.

The source added that 34 terrorists were killed as others were injured in Kherbt Hamam and Beit al-Agha, in addition to destroying heavy machinegun-equipped vehicles in al-Haswani farm.

An SUV car loaded with ammunition was destroyed and all the terrorists inside it were killed in Mothallath al-Noeimat in Qseir countryside.

On the other hand, two mortar shells fell on al-Msheirfeh village fired by terrorists from Talbisa town causing material damage only.

Terrorists, including Arabs, killed in Daraa

A military source said that army units foiled a terrorist group’s attempt of infiltration into a building near the Technical Institution in Daraa city, leaving all the group’s members killed and injured.

Terrorists’ dens were destroyed in al-Sheikh Meskin and Dael towns where many terrorists were killed, some of them Saudis and Jordanians, the source told SANA.

The source added that the army units killed and injured a number of terrorists while they were attempting to attack a military checkpoint to the southwest of Ghabagheb.

Abdulhakim Ibrahim Abu Helal was identified among the dead terrorists.
