Invasion of Hundreds Syrians from Kuwait to Damascus Int. Airport for the Presidential Elections

Two aircrafts affiliated to the Syrian Arab Airlines arrived Tuesday in Damascus International Airport carrying a delegation of the Syrian community in Kuwait to participate in the presidential elections in coordination with the Foreign and Expatriates Ministry.

Director of the Expatriates Administration at the Ministry Shagaf Kayali pointed out that all logistic measures were taken to ensure the coming of the delegation after the Syrian community in Kuwait expressed desire to come to Syria to practice the rights in electing a president to the homeland due to closing the Syrian Embassy in Kuwait.

Kayali stressed that the voting process of the Syrians coming from Kuwait will be conducted at Damascus International Airport election center as they will return to Kuwait today.
