This raw footage obtained from October 27, 2014 shows men belonging to the National Defense Forces (NDF) confronting members of a sleeper cell inside the northwestern city of Idlib.
Several suicide bombers have been reported detonating their explosive vests when surrounded by the NDF.
At least one bomber was reported to be disguised as a woman.
Two others were shot dead before blowing themselves up.
