According to an Iraqi local source, Daesh-IS terrorists attacked the Baghdadi district with mortar shells loaded with chlorine gas.
The source says the district has come under siege and heavy shelling by the jihadist/zionist mercenaries.
The situation has already left people, mostly children in the area, in dire need of food supplies.
The area is also suffering from water shortage as Daesh-IS snipers have prevented water department employees from entering the region to fix a water project.
