The Syrian Arab Army has inflicted heavy casualties upon terrorists in stepped-up operations carried out all across the country. Hundreds of foreign mercenaries and terrorist squads, led by foreign power’s officers, killed.
The Syrian Arab Army establishes control over building blocks in Zabadani, repels terrorist infiltration attempts in other areas
4 August 2015 ~ The army and armed forces supported and aided by the Air force and the Lebanese Resistance, established control over areas, repelled terrorists’s infiltration attempts, killed and injured terrorists in others.
Al-Zabadani, Damascus Countryside
Members of the army and the Lebanese Resistance advanced further into al-Zabadani city, establishing control over more building blocks, according to a military source.
The new blocks that have come in the hands of the army and the Resistance are in the western part of al-Zabadani city, which is located 45 km to the north-west of Damascus.
This progress, the source explained, was a result of intensive operations carried out against dens and gatherings of terrorists linked to Jabhat al-Nusra and the so-called “Ahrar al-Sham Movement” in the area. Many of those were killed and their arms and ammunition were destroyed.
The army units and the Lebanese Resistance are engaged in a wide military operation against terrorist organizations in al-Zabadani city, making remarkable gains.
In the past 48 hours, they have particularly advanced in various directions and assumed control of building blocks in several neighborhoods in the city.
Daraa
In the southern Daraa province, units of the army carried out intensive bombardments against dens of Jabhat al-Nusra and other Takfiri organizations in Daraa al-Mahata, destroying a den of terrorists as all terrorists inside it were killed, in addition to destroying a number of their vehicles and killing and injuring scores of them.
The source added that an army unit also killed a number of terrorists and destroyed their arms and ammunition in Ma’araba town, 32 km to the east of Daraa city.
More terrorists were killed in Busra al-Sham city, while other army units killed a number of terrorists in a concentrated operation against their gatherings and movements to the west of Atman town.
Sweida
In the neighbouring province of Sweida, an army unit repelled an armed terrorist group’s attempt to infiltrate into Tal al-Sheikh Hussein to the south of al-Tha’ala Airport in the northern countryside of the southern province of Sweida.
The army units bombarded the Takfiri terrorist organizations; hideouts and movements at the surroundings of Tal al-Sheikh Hussein, killing and injuring a number of their members and destroying their weapons and ammunition.
Homs
In the countryside of the central province of Homs, units of the army and armed forces inflicted heavy losses upon ISIS terrorist organization in arms and personnel through carrying out concentrated bombardments against their dens and positions in Palmyra city and its countryside.
A military source in the area told SANA that units of the army and armed forces destroyed a mortar launcher belonging to the ISIS terrorists, killing all terrorists who had been using it in the village of al-Tamathil in Palmyra city.
The source stressed that heavy losses were inflicted upon ISIS terrorists in arms and personnel in intensive strikes against their hotbeds and dens in Muthalath Tadmur area in the eastern countryside of the central Homs province.
Lattakia
The army units, aided with the army air force, destroyed a rockets’ depot and a car equipped with heavy machinegun for the terrorist organizations with all terrorists on board in Marj Khoukha village in the northern countryside of the coastal province of Lattakia.
A military source told SANA Tuesday that 7 terrorists were killed, 15 others were injured most of them are non-Syrians, among them Abu Osman al-Tajiki, self-claimed leader of one of the armed terrorist groups and Ma’moun al-Hatar, nicknamed Abu Mohammed al-Muhajer, from Lebanon.

4 August 2015 ~ Units of the army and armed forces eliminated large numbers of Jabhat al-Nusra and the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorist organizations’ members across the country during military operations against their hideouts and dens.
Sweida
Army kills an ISIS terrorist group
An army unit killed all members of a terrorist group affiliated to ISIS after monitoring their movements in al-Qaser village, 60 km to the north east of Sweida, a military source told SANA Monday.
Another army unit clashed with ISIS terrorists while they were trying to infiltrate towards al- Harfoush farm, to the south of al-Haqf village, killing and injuring a number of them and destroying their arms and ammunition.
Later, a military source said that an army unit repelled an infiltration attempt by terrorist group in the direction of Bouthaina hill in the northern countryside of the province, eliminating all members of the group.
Quneitra
An army unit killed numbers of terrorists and destroyed all their weapons and ammunition after targeting their dens and gatherings in al- Hamehiyeh and al-Samadaniyeh al-Gharbiyeh villages in the countryside of Quneitra province.
In the vicinity of the main square of Quneitra city, an army unit targeted terrorists’ dens, most of them affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization, Killing and injuring numbers of them and destroying all of their equipment.
Daraa
Army operations targeted terrorists’ gatherings and killed number of them to the east of al-Gharia al-Garbia northeast of Daraa city.
An Army unit launched intensive strikes against terrorists’ dens in the area surrounding Syriatel Building in Daraa al-Balad, killing many terrorists and destroying their weapons.
Another Army unit eliminated many “Jabhat al-Nusra” members and destroyed a number of their vehicles in the area surrounding Makas al-Hajar in al-Yadouda town in the northwest countryside of Daraa.
Damascus countryside
Army establishes control over 8 building blocks
The army, aided by the Lebanese resistance, established full control over 8 building blocks towards the western
direction of al-Jamheyat neighborhood in the city of al-Zabadani in the countryside of Damascus.
A military source told SANA that this came following violent clashes with terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra and the “Ahrar al-Cham Islamic Movement” terrorist groups, which resulted in killing many terrorists who were holed up in buildings, including Omar al-Agha and Ali al-Samra, and destroying their weapons and ammo.
Aleppo
The army killed a number of terrorists in Sheikh Lutfi, Karm al-Qasr, al-rashideen, Khan al-Assal and al-Saliheen roundabout in Aleppo and its countryside.
Earlier, the army units carried out accurate operations on dens of Jabhat al-Nusra and other terrorist organizations in the neighborhoods of Beni Zeid, sahet al-Hatab,al-Khalediya, Bustan al-Basha, old city and al-Sheikh Said in Aleppo city.
A number of terrorists were killed and injured and their arms and mortar launchers, that targeted the safe residential neighborhoods, were destroyed.
Meanwhile, the army killed terrorists and destroyed their dens, vehicles and gatherings in al-Ameriya village and to the west of al-Nairab airport in the southeastern countryside of Aleppo province.
An army unit targeted Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in al-Mansoura village in the western countryside of Aleppo province, killing and injuring a number of terrorist and destroying their weapons and ammunition.
The army killed numbers of ISIS terrorists and destroyed their dens with all arms, ammunition and various machine-guns equipped vehicles inside them in the vicinity of Air Force Academy on the international road leading to Raqqa.
Homs
An army and armed Forces unit targeted hideouts of ISIS terrorists at the southern outskirts of Palmyra city in Homs province, killing a number of terrorists and destroying vehicles equipped with machinegun.
The source added that the army also carried out operations against ISIS concentrations at the entrance of al-Masek valley and al-Zakari valley in Palmyra’s countryside, killing and injuring many terrorists and destroying their vehicles, weapons, and ammo.
The Army’s Air Force carried out airstrikes on ISIS concentrations and hideouts in the surroundings of Jazal and Palmyra, killing a number of terrorists and destroying their vehicles.
Lattakia
A military source said that army units killed a large number of terrorists, injured others, and destroyed one of their ammunition depots and a heavy machinegun in Frunluq Forests and al-Azer Mountain in the northern countryside of the coastal province of Lattakia.
Idleb
In Idleb countryside, army and armed forces units destroyed terrorists’ hideouts, concentrations, ammo depots, and vehicles and eliminated a number of their leaders in Tal Salmo, al-Ter’a, Oum Jireen, Abu al-Duhour, Sallet al-Zuhour, Jannet al-Qura, Ariha, al-Kafir, and al-Mintar in Idleb countryside.
Army units also established control over Hamka hill in the province’s countryside after eliminating a number of terrorists and destroying machinegun-equipped vehicles and mortar launchers.
Hama
Army establishes control over Foru town
An army unit established control on Foru town in Hama countryside after eliminating a number of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists and destroying their weapons and equipment.
Earlier, army and armed forces unit destroyed terrorists’ hideouts along with everyone inside them in Kafr Zeta, Tal Zajram, Qlaidin, Qastoun, al-Ankawi, and al-Hamidiye in Hama countryside, a military source said.

3 August 2015 ~ The Syrian Arab Arab Army and Air force continued Sunday combating terrorism, with all its organizations and mercenaries, all over the country, establishing control over some areas and killing terrorists and destroying their vehicles and weapons in others.
Lattakia
At least 20 terrorists killed, including Turkish ones
The army air force carried out a series of airstrikes on Jabhat al-Nusra and terrorist organizations’ dens and gatherings in the villages of Beit Ablaq, Beit Awan and al-Durra in the northern countryside of Lattakia province, a military source told SANA.
At least 20 terrorists were killed and their ammunition loaded- vehicle was destroyed.
The Turkish terrorist called (Mohammad Bureik) and the self claimed leader of a terrorist group (Ubada al-A’awar) were among the killed terrorists.
The Army Air Force killed scores of terrorists and destroys their vehicles in Salma, Ara, Kabani in the northern countryside of Lattakia.
Idleb
Army establishes full control over Tal A’awar
A military source in Idleb announced Sunday that the army established full control over Tal A’awar in the southwestern countryside of Idleb.
The source told SANA that army units in Idleb countryside assumed full control over the strategic Tal A’awar after launching concentrated operations.
Army operations resulted in the killing of scores of terrorists of the so called Jaish al- Fateh, while the rest fled leaving their weapons and ammunition behind.
The source added that the army pursued the terrorists who fled in the adjacent hills and areas, inflicting heavy losses upon them in personnel and equipment.
Furthermore, army’s air force destroyed terrorists’ dens in Abu al-Dhohour, Tal Salmo, al-meshrefe, Maqaleh Bezeet and its outskirts, and Freike village in the countryside of Idleb Province
Meanwhile, field sources told SANA that the army units destroyed terrorist organizations’ hideouts in al-Zawiya Mountain, killing a number of their members, among them terrorists Abdullah Howidari, Abdo al-Wahab Ahmad Staif , Amin Mohammad Amin al-Abdo, Mohammad Hassan Abdel-Majid al-Lehya, Aabdel-Rahman Subhi al-Shaaban and Mustafa Abdel-Aziz Ismael.
The source added that a clash erupted among the terrorist groups resulted in the killing of scores of their members.
Whereas, the source stressed the killing of the military leader of the so-called Ajnad al- Sham, the Saudi terrorist Abu Allaith al-Muhajer and terrirists Loae adel Halaq and Ahmad Tahha al-Hamoud at the surroundings of al-Ziyadiyeh village .
Terrorist organizations admitted on their social media website the killing of dozens of their members, among them Mohammad Talal Derbas, Mohammad Abdel-Salam al-Mousa, Yousef Ahmad al-Jark, Mohammad Wahid al-Rabie, Barakat al-Braik,. Samer Salameh, Sabah Mustafa al-Sayyed Yousef, Mahmoud Abdel-Razzak Jalo, Ali al-Damour, Ghassan al-Rashid, Abdullah Hani Eido, Suhaib Jouiriyeh, Sarya Sayyed Issa, Mamdoh Shhaibar and the Saudi terrorist Abdel-Majid al -Mtairi.
A number of terrorists were killed and their equipment and weapons were destroyed in an army’s air raids against their dens and gatherings in al-Mashrafa, al-Sheikh Elias and Tallit Khattab to the southeast of Jisr al-Shoghour city in Idleb province.
The Army’s air force also destroyed terrorists’ hideouts and gatherings in Frika, al-Mintar, al-Laj, Makal’a Bizit and the area surrounding it in the southwest countryside of Idleb, killing many of them and injuring others, all of them are members in the so called “Jaish al-Fatah”.
Aleppo
Army units targeted terrorists’ hideouts and concentrations near the air force academy and in al-Mansoura in Aleppo, killing a number of them and destroying their weaponry and vehicles.
Homs
An Army unit foiled an infiltration attempt by a terrorist group from Hosh al-Talib towards Kafr Nan in al-Hola area in the northwest countryside of Homs, killing many of its members, injuring many others and destroying their weapons.
Earlier, the army air force destroyed the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria “ISIS” terrorist organization’s hideouts and armored vehicles, killing a number of its members at the entrance of Wadi al-Mask and Wadi Abyad Dam in the countryside of Palmyra, in the central province of Homs.
The army air force raided ISIS positions at the surroundings of Palmyra city, killing a number of them and destroying their vehicles, weapons and ammunition.
In other air raids against the ISIS hideouts at the surroundings of al-Sukhne town, 70 km east of Palmyra city, the army air force killed and injured a number of the ISIS terrorists and destroyed their machineguns-equipped vehicles.
Army units killed dozens of ISIS terrorists to the north and south of Jazal field, Palmyra city and to the east of Abu al-Alayia al-Sharkia in Homs countryside.
Damascus Countryside
Army establishes control over al-Hikma Street in al-Zabadani
Army units in cooperation with the Lebanese Resistance established control over al-Hikma Street towards Za’atout al-Shallah on the outskirts of al-Mahatta neighborhood in al-Zabadani city after intensive operations.
A number of terrorists were killed and their arms and munitions destroyed.
Meanwhile, local sources told SANA that an army unit killed seven terrorists in a strike against their dens towards Bouqain, three kilometers to the south of al-Zabadani.
An army unit in cooperation with Lebanese resistance seized, while chasing a terrorist group, in Zabadani in Damascus Countryside, a den for terrorists containing stolen medical equipments and medicine, killed a number of terrorists and detained one of them, a military source told SANA.
Terrorist organizations acknowledged on their social media pages the death of many of their members in al-Zabadani including Radwn Mohamed Alloush, Ramiz Mahmoud and Adib Mahomud.
Furthermore, Army units, in cooperation with Lebanese resistance, established control over al-Hikmeh street in al-Zabadani, Damascus countryside after killing many terrorists.
Quneitra
An army unit carried out last night special operations on Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists’ dens and movements in Jabatta al- Khashab village in the countryside of the southern Quneitra province .
A number of terrorists were killed and injured after monitoring their gatherings and movements in the square of Jabatta al-Khashab village and near al-Zera’a woodlands.
Daraa
Army kills Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Khirbet Ghazaleh
Daraa, SANA – An army unit clashed with Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists to the south of the southern bridge of Khirbet Ghazaleh village in the northeastern countryside of the southern province of Daraa, a military source told SANA Sunday.
The source added that the clash resulted in the killing of a number of terrorists and the destruction of a number of their weapons and ammunition.
The army inflicted heavy losses upon the Takfiri terrorist organization in personnel and equipment, while one of their hideouts was destroyed in the army operation to the west of Atman town in the countryside of the province.
Another army unit carried out direct blows against terrorist organizations movements and positions in al-Kark neighborhood, to the west of Bilal al-Habashi Mosque in the neighborhood of Daraa al-Balad.
The source added that the army strikes resulted in the killing and injuring of a number of terrorists of Jabhat al-Nusra and the so-called Liwa Tawhid al-Janoub, MujaHidee Horan Battalions, and Sijil Artillery Battalion.
The Syrian Arab Army establishes control over Hasaka, areas in Hama and Idleb, kills terrorists in other areas
1 August 2015 ~ The army, air force, and national backing forces conducted Saturday a number of operations against terrorists in different provinces in the contry, establishing control over some, clear others, and destroy terrorists’ vehicles and dens.
Hasaka
The Syrian Arab Army, in cooperation with national supporting forces, established full control over the eastern city of Hasaka after eliminating the last gatherings of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria “ISIS” terrorists who infiltrated into the city’s neighborhoods on June 25th.
Field sources told SANA reporter in Hasaka Saturday that an army unit conducted, last night and early morning Saturday, intensive operations against ISIS dens in the Faculties of Economy and Civil Engineering to the east of Al- Zohour neighborhood on the southern outskirts of the city, which resulted in killing and injuring tens of terrorists.
The army units, backed national forces, checked and cleared the two faculties from explosive devices which ISIS terrorists planted in the facilities of the both faculties.
ISIS terrorists sabotaged and destroyed the infrastructure of both faculties and looted equipments and teaching devices, the reporter said.
ISIS terrorists perpetrated, during last month massacres and crimes against the civilians of the province, destroyed a number of their houses and burnt SADCOP Company’s oil tanks which caused the loss of 16,200,000 litres of diesel.
Daraa
Units of the army and the armed forces on Saturday destroyed dens and hotbeds of the Takfiri terrorist organizations in the southern Daraa province.
A military source told SANA that all members of a terrorist group were killed and their arms and ammunition were destroyed in a special operation carried out by an army unit on Friday night to the northwest of Tal al-Za’atar, 8 km from Daraa city.
The source added that many terrorists were also killed, most of them from Jabhat al-Nusra, in an operation carried out by a unit of the army against their hotbeds in the surroundings of al-Banin School in Daraa al-Balad neighborhood.
In the province’s eastern countryside, a number of terrorists were killed, others were injured, and their weapons were destroyed in the town of al-Naimeh, while an army unit killed and injured a number of terrorists and destroyed their equipment east of the bridge of Saida town.
Quneitra
A number of terrorists were killed and their military equipment destroyed in operations carried out by the army units against their dens in al-Hamidyia village in the southern Quneitra province.
The source added that an army unit also destroyed arms and ammunition belonging to the Takfiri terrorists, killing scores of them in Jibbat al-Khashab village.
An army unit also carried out intensive bombardments against positions of the terrorist organizations in Ovania village, inflicting heavy losses upon them personnel and equipment.
Aleppo
The Syrian Arab Army’s Air Force destroyed supply routes of Jabhat al-Nusra and other terrorist organizations in the countryside of the northern Aleppo province.
The Air Force carried out intensive airstrikes against positions and supply routes of the terrorist organizations in the direction of Bshantara and Kafr Dael in the western countryside of the province, which resulted in destroying a convoy of terrorists’ vehicles, some of which were equipped with heavy machineguns, along with the terrorists on board.
The army also killed and injured many terrorists in al-Mansoura village 10km west of Aleppo city and Kafr Hamra village in the city’s northwestern outskirts.
An army unit eliminated many terrorists, injured others, and destroyed their hideouts and concentrations in Hoor village in Jabal Samaan area.
In Aleppo city, an army unit carried out an operation in al-Lairamoun neighborhood, killing and injuring a number of terrorists, in addition to destroying an armored vehicle and a heavy machinegun along with the terrorists manning them in Family House area the city’s outskirts.
In the province’s eastern countryside, an army unit killed a number of ISIS terrorists, injured others, and destroyed their equipment in the surroundings of the Air Force Academy 40km east of Aleppo city.
Lattakia
More than 50 terrorists killed
Scores of terrorists, most of whom are of non- Syrian nationalities, were killed during army airstrikes by against dens and gatherings of Jabhat al-Nusra and other terrorist organizations in the northern countryside of Lattakia.
The Air Force carried out several strikes against dens and gatherings of terrorist organizations in Dweirshan , al-Rawda, al-Wadi and al-Durra, killing at least 50 terrorists and destroying their arms and ammunition, according to a military source.
Hama & Idleb
Units of the army establish control over Zaizoun thermal station in the north western countryside of Hama after killing a number of terrorists who had infilitrated the station earlier and destroying their arms and ammunition.
The military source added that army units combed the station and dismantled dozens of explosive devices planted by terrorists, and that the army is pursuing the remaining terrorists who fled the area.
On Friday, the army units established control over Ziyadia and Zayzoun towns in the countryside of Hama province after inflicting heavy losses among terrorists in personnel and weapons.
Field sources told SANA today that a unit of the army destroyed a gathering for terrorists in al-Madeeq citadel town to the north-west of Hama.
The sources added that scores of terrorists were killed in the operation, among them leader of a terrorist group nicknamed as “Abu al-Dardar.”
The army’s Air Force also targeted hideouts of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in the villages of al-Hamamiyat, Qastoun, al-Hamidiye, Hmeimat, and al-Habbit on the administrative lines between Hama and Idleb provinces, inflicting heavy losses upon terrorists.
Local sources told SANA that the army clashed with terrorists near Tal Mileh, al-Habbin, and al-Hamamiyat, resulting in killing a number of terrorists and destroying a piece of artillery used by them east of al-Hamamiyat.
Army units established control over Marj al-Zohour village in Idleb countryside after killing a number of terrorists and destroying their arms and ammunition, and the army combed the village and dismantled scores of explosives devices planted by terrorists in houses.
Many terrorists from “Al-Fateh Army” and Jabhat al-Nusra were killed and injured in airstrikes carried out by the Army’s Air Force on terrorists’ hideouts in Tal Khattab, Bezit, and Frikeh in Jist al-Shughour area, which also resulted in destroying a number of vehicles used by terrorists.
Homs
In the midland province of Homs the Army’s Air Force carried out airstrikes on ISIS concentrations in Jazal and east of al-Heer al-Gharbi castle in Palmyra countryside in the province, killing many terrorists and destroying their weapons and ammo.
Army units carried out concentrated strikes on ISIS hideouts in al-Shomariye mountains and the villages of Habra al-Gharbiya and al-Mshairfeh al-Janoubiye east of Homs city, killing many terrorists and destroying theur vehicles, weapons, and ammo.
In the province’s northeastern countryside, the army’s artillery destroyed hideouts and concentrations of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in the village of Ain Hussein and the town of al-Saan, inflicting losses in personnel and equipment upon the terrorists.
Another army unit and popular defense groups clashed with terrorists who had snuck from Hosh al-Zabadi towards Tasnin village in the province’s northern countryside, resulting in killing and injuring many terrorists.
Syrian Arab Army destroys hotbeds of terrorist organizations in Aleppo, kills all members of a terrorist group in Quneitra
30 July 2015 ~ Units of the army and the armed forces on Wednesday continued to tighten the noose around terrorists across the country through launching more military operations against their dens and positions, killing scores of them and destroying their arms and ammunition.
Damascus countryside
An army unit, in cooperation with Lebanese resistance, killed more than 30 terrorists on the road of Barada- al-Zabadani and the road of al-Zahra Castle to the northwest part of al-Zabadani city in Damascus Countryside.
Khaled Ahmad al-Dalati, Omar Murad, Hussein Ahmad Kan’an and Mohamed Nazih al-Khos were identified among the dead terrorists.
In the southern countryside of al-Zabadani, local sources confirmed the death of Mouaz al-Abda, one of the ISIS members in the area near to Boukein town.
Terrorist organizations acknowledged on their social media pages the death of many of their members, among them were Louay al-Dalati and Mohamed Ali Rahma.
The sources also clarified that 7 armed men from the so called” Hamza Ibn Abad al-Moutalib battalions” had turned themselves on to the army in al-Zabadani.
In Eastern ghouta, an army unit destroyed terrorists’ hideout in Erbyin town, while another unit killed a number of terrorists in Jobar.
The sources affirmed the death of more than 50 terrorists of “Jabhat al-Nusra” when a workshop for making explosive devices, mortar shells and car bombs exploded in al-Asha’ari farms to the east of Hamouria village.
Aleppo
Army units destroyed hotbeds for Jabhat al-Nusra and other takfiri terrorist organizations in the neighborhoods of Aleppo old city, al-Lairamoun and al-Sha’ar in Aleppo city, a military source told SANA Wednesday.
An army unit killed a number of terrorists in al-Mansoura village, 10km to the west of Aleppo city.
Many terrorists were killed and injured and their arms and ammunition were destroyed by targeting their dens on Wednesday and Tuesday night in Hreitan town, Anadan city, and the surrounding of Nubul and al-Zahra’ towns, located on the road Turkey/Aleppo.

Meanwhile, Heavy losses were inflicted upon the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria “ISIS” terrorists in personnel and equipment in the vicinity of the Air Force Academy on the international road leading to Raqqa.
Some media reports asserted death of the terrorist leader “Abu Umar al-Sheshani” who is in charge of the operations in the vicinity of Kweiress airport and al-Sfeira to the east of Aleppo.
Terrorist organizations admitted on their social media pages killing five self claimed leaders from “Ahrar al-Cham” terrorist organization in addition to other terrorists.
Idleb and Hama
The army’s air force killed many terrorists, destroyed their dens and vehicles in Kherbat al-Naquos, al-Mansoura, Zakoum and al-Hamediya in Hama countryside.
Earlier, the armed terrorist groups confessed that some 23 terrorists were killed in the countryside of Hama and Idleb provinces, many of them of non-Syrian nationalities.
The terrorists pointed out, through their social media accounts, that about 15 terrorists from Chechnya were among the dead.
Meanwhile, terrorists confessed that a leader of a suicidal squad was killed along with 13 of his group members.
The terrorists were killed during clashes with the Syrian army units in the countryside of Idleb and Hama.
Army air force targeted terrorists’ gatherings and hideouts in the areas of Abu al-Dohour, Khan Sheikhoun, Mataram, Ariha, al-Sirmanyeh, Jozef, Bazeit and Shaghoureit in Idleb countryside, killing a number of terrorists and destroying their weapons and ammunition.
Army units destroyed dens of terrorists in al-Maraneh, al-Qahera, al-Ameeqa and the surroundings of al-Madeeq Citadel in Hama countryside.
Homs
A unit of the Army and Armed Forces thwarted an attack by ISIS terrorists on Jazal oil field in Homs province and destroyed their arms, ammunition, and vehicles, some of which were equipped with machineguns.
In the north eastern countryside of the province, a number of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists were killed and others were injured during army strikes against their dens in Ain Husien village in Ain al-Nisr area 25 kilometers far from Homs.
In al-Waer neighborhood in the western outskirts of Homs city where terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra and “al-Farouq brigades” are fortified and using thousands of locals as human shields, a unit of army killed a number of terrorists in accurate operations against their gatherings in the 7th and 8th blocks and Rakan hill.
Later, a military source said that army units killed scores of ISIS terrorists in Palmyra city and Wadi al-Mask in the eastern countryside of Homs.
Earlier, the source said that an army unit destroyed ISIS vehicles convey to the north of Wadi Abyad Dam in Palmyra countryside, killing a number of terrorists and destroying a number of their vehicles.
Quneitra
Meanwhile a unit of the army and armed forces killed all members of a terrorist group while attempting to infiltrate from the forests of Jibat al-Khashab village towards Tal al-Qaba’a in the countryside of the southern Quneitra province.
An Army unit killed many terrorists during its intensive operations against terrorists’ gatherings and dens in the outskirts of Jubata al-Khashab, the area surrounding Haraj al-Huria, al-Kisha and al-Hamidia village.

29 July 2015 ~ Units of the army and the armed forces on Tuesday continued to launch wide-scale military operations against the Takfiri terrorist organizations across the country, killing scores of their members, and destroying their arms and ammunition.
Daraa
Army units carried out military operations against terrorists’ gatherings, destroying a rocket launcher and a car laden with weapons and ammunition, killing, at least, fifteen terrorists.
A military source told SANA that army units clashed with Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists who infiltrated from al-Yadouda town towards al-Ghezlan and al-Bittar farms at the vicinity of Attman town.
The clashes caused the killing and injuring of most of the terrorists while others fled away towards the northeastern road of al-Yadouda town.
An army unit, also, carried out an operation in the area between Daraa city and Tafas town, killing many terrorists and injuring others.
A mortar launcher was destroyed and terrorists were killed in an operation in the southern outskirts of Daraa city.
In Daraa al-Balad neighborhood, an army unit destroyed a rocket launcher at al-Sadd area in the Naziheen Camp, and a tunnel of terrorists, killing 15 and injuring 10 of them to the south of al-Aziz Mosque.
Moreover, an army unit destroyed terrorists’ dens of Jabhat al-Nusra, the so-called “Liwa Tawheed al-Janoub” and Sejjeel artillery Battalion” in the surrounding area of al-Hussein Mosque and destroyed a car loaded with weapons and ammunition in al-Sadd neighborhood.
Quneitra
Units of the army and the armed forces targeted dens and positions of Jabhat al-Nusra and other terrorist organizations in the countryside of southern Quneitra province, inflicting heavy losses upon them.
A number of terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra and other Takfiri organizations were killed and others were injured and their arms were destroyed in the surroundings of Tal Ahmar and Hirsh Trenjieh to the north of Quneitra city.
The source added that units of the army killed a number of terrorists in Rasm Shraida farm between the villages of Abu Shabta and Ovania in the countryside of the province.
Damascus Countryside
Army units and the Lebanese resistance targeted terrorists’ hideouts and concentrations in a number of areas in the northern side of Zabadani city, killing and injuring scores of them and destroying their weaponry and munitions.
The army also targeted terrorists near Zabadani in the villages of Boukin and Madaya and killed a number of them. A number of terrorists from what is called ” Hamza Bin Abdul-Mutaleb battalion” surrendered to the army.
In the eastern al-Ghouta, army units targeted terrorists’ weapon cache and gatherings in Erbin town and Deir al-Asafir and managed to kill and injure a number of terrorists in the process.
Homs
The army air force raided the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria “ISIS” terrorists’ positions at the surroundings of Citadel of Fakhr Eddin Al-Ma’ani on the northwestern outskirts of Palmyra.
The army air strikes resulted in killing a number of terrorists and demolishing their vehicles and weapons, the source added.
The army air force raided the ISIS terrorist’s gatherings and positions towards the strategic area of Muthalath Palmyra, inflicting heavy losses upon them in personnel and equipment.
In the eastern countryside of Palmyra, the source said that convoys of cars and vehicles for the ISIS terrorist organization were destroyed by the army air force strikes against their movements on Palmyra-al-Sukhne road.
Meanwhile, local sources in Palmyra said that dozens of ISIS terrorists fled during the last three days towards al-Sukhne town and the cities of Raqaa and Deir Ezzor in coincidence with the army continued advance towards Palmyra city.
Later, a military source said that army units destroyed dens for ISIS terrorists in Palmyra city, Jbab Hamad, and Dabet al-Melleh in the eastern countryside of the province.
Idleb
The Takfiri terrorist organizations admitted to having inflicted heavy losses upon its equipment and the killing of scores of their members, most of them from Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization in the southwestern countryside of Idleb province.
The Jordanian terrorist Anas Qabalan was among the dead in addition to 13 terrorists of his companions including terrorist “Mohammad Ghubn, the terrorist organizations stated on their social website pages.
Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization published photos for its dead members including terrorist “Qabalan”.
Earlier, army units killed and injured tens of terrorists from Jabhat al-Nsra and “Al-Fateh Army” terrorist organizations and destroyed their vehicles and equipment after repelling the terrorists’ attack on the side of Tal Khatab, Musheirfe and the surroundings of Al-Freike village in the countryside of Idleb province.
Meanwhile, the Army’s Air Force destroyed 3 vehicles equipped with machineguns and mortar launchers andkilled a number of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Ishtabraq, Mantar hill, Bazeet Maqaleh and tal A’war in the countryside of the province.
Also, more than 40 terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra were killed during army operations in the surroundings of Hamkeh village and Tal al-Sarareef, and 3 vehicles equipped with machineguns and mortal launchers were destroyed as well.
The army also destroyed four vehicles used by terrorists between the villages of al-Kafir and al-Freikeh south of Jisr al-Shughour.
Hama
The Army’s Air Force carried out concentrated airstrikes on terrorist hideouts in Tal Wasett, Khirbet al-Naqous, al-Mansoura, and al-Huwaija in the northwestern countryside of Hama province, inflicting heavy losses on terrorists.
Concentrations and vehicles for “Al-Fateh Army” terrorist organizations were also destroyed in airstrikes in the villages of Qstoun, al-Ziyadiye, Zeizoun al-Jadideh, and Tal Zajram 80km northwest of Hama city.
Hasaka
In the eastern province of Hasaka, army nits, in cooperation with the supporting national forces, continued advancing in hunting Islamic State in Iraq and Syria “ISIS” terrorists and attacking their dens and hideouts at the outskirts of al-Zuhour neighborhood to the south of Hasaka city.

Syrian Arab Army units strike hard against terrorists in several provinces
28 July 2015 ~ Units of the army and armed forces carried out on Monday military operations against terrorists’ gatherings and hideouts in many areas across the country, inflicting heavy losses upon them in personnel and equipment.
Damascus Countryside
Army units carried out intensive operations against dens of “Jabhat al-Nusra” and “Jaish al-Islam” terrorists in Jobar neighborhood, establishing control over several buildings in the eastern side of the neighborhood towards Zamlka Bridge.
The operations ended with the destruction of a den with all terrorists inside, and killing large number of terrorists who were fortified in the said buildings.
Local sources told SANA reporter that army units targeted terrorists’ dens in Hamuria village and to the west of Ayn Tarma town, killing many terrorists, injuring many others and destroying their weapons and ammunition.
In Zabadani, the army and the Lebanese resistance made significant advancement in the city, seizing control over a number of blocks there and killing dozens of Jabhet al-Nusra terrorists.
In Zabadani countryside, the army killed and injured over 20 ISIS terrorists after targeting their hideout.
In Duma city, an army unit destroyed terrorists’ den, killing and injuring more than 15 members of “Jaish al-Islam” near the municipal building.
Earlier, units of the army and armed forces carried out concentrated bombardments against dens and positions of Takfiri terrorist organizations in the southwestern countryside of Damascus.
A military source told SANA that scores of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists were killed and their arms were destroyed in operations carried out by the army against their dens in Khan al-Sheeh farms and al-Husainieh al-Gharbyia village.
Quneitra
The army units destroyed Jabhat al-Nusra mortar launch pads and hideouts in the countryside of the southern province of Quneitra.
The army units carried out direct blows to Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists’ hideouts in the villages of Jebata al-Khashab and Tranja, about 4km north of Quneitra city.
The source added that army’s blows resulted in inflicting heavy losses upon the Takfiri organizations in personnel and equipment and the demolishing of mortar launch pads, which they were using to target Hadar village.
Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists, positioning in the forests of Jebata al-Khashab and Tranja villages, targeted the village of Hadar with rocket shells, killing a civilian and injuring at least 10 others, among them a child who is critically wounded.
The source said that a number of terrorists were killed; their weapons and ammunition were destroyed in an army unit’s operation against their hideouts in the forest of al-Huriyeh village in the northeastern countryside of the province.
Daraa
An Army unit eliminated all the members of terrorist group in al-Bitar farm southwest of Daraa city, destroying all their weapons and ammunition.
In the eastern countryside of Daraa, army targeted terrorists’ dens and gatherings in al-Naima, Sidam and al-Yadouda, killing a number of terrorists and destroying vehicles, some of them equipped with machineguns.
An army unit targeted terrorists’ dens and gatherings in al-Karak neighborhood in Daraa al-Balad, resulting in the death of number of terrorists and in destroying their weapons and ammo.

Hama
Units of the army supported by the army air force carried out concentrated operations against positions of ISIS terrorists in Aidoun, Aidoun, Unq Bajira, Tuloul al-Homr and Akash in the eastern countryside of Hama province.
A number of ISIS terrorists were killed and their ammunition was destroyed in the operations.
Earlier, dens and positions of terrorists were destroyed and large numbers of them were killed and others were injured in operations carried out by units of the army and the armed forces against their positions in al-Mansoura, al-Ankawi in al-Skailbyia in the northwestern countryside of the province.
Field sources said that units of the army killed scores of terrorists and injured others in the villages of Jisr Beit al-Ras, al-Hwaija,and Kafr Nabouda, 50 km to the northwest of Hama city, and in Khirbet al-Naqous.
Homs
An army Unit killed terrorists of the “Islamic State in Iraq and al-Sham” (ISIS) terrorists who tried to infiltrate into Talet al-Makalea in the countryside of Palmyra in the central province of Homs.
Another army unit killed a number of ISIS terrorists in the surrounding of the Citadel and to the north of Tadmour city.
Meawnile, the army eliminated ,in a special operation, several terrorists of the ISIS in Wadi Abyad, destroying a 130-mm cannon in al-Bayarat, 10 km to the west of Tadmour.
Aleppo
An army unit destroyed terrorists’ tunnel in Suleiman al-Halbi area in Aleppo and killed all terrorists inside.
Army units killed and injured scores of terrorists and destroyed a number of their vehicles, weapons and ammunition in the neighborhoods of al-Khaldiyeh, ancient city of Aleppo, Bustan al-Bacha, al-Ashrafiyeh, Karem Mayssar, Karem al-Tarrab, Qastal Harami and Bani Zaid, where terrorists of the so-called Liwa Shuhadaa Bader repeatedly target safe neighborhoods in the city with mortar and rocket shells.
In the eastern countryside of Aleppo, an army unit killed and injured a number of ISIS terrorists in the army air strikes against their gatherings at the surrounding of the Air Force Academy.
A number of terrorists were killed and injured; their gatherings and vehicles were destroyed in Khan al-Assal village in the southwestern countryside of the province, according to the source.
The army bombardment against the terrorists’ gatherings in the villages of Andan and Baianon in Sama’n Mountain area resulted in inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists in personnel and equipment.

Army units continued operations against ISIS hideouts in the southeast side of Hasaka city, in addition to achieving significant progress in the direction of the Faculties of Civil Engineering and Economy, tightening its grip on terrorists in the area.
The army’s strikes also targeted ISIS members who were holed up in building blocks east of the road connecting between al-Bassil and Panorama roundabouts in the city, killing and injuring many of them.
Idleb
A military source told SANA that the Syrian Arab Army’s Air Force destroyed dens and vehicles of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Abu al-Duhour area, Khan Sheikhon, and Bannesh in Idleb countryside.
The Air Force also targeted with intensive airstrikes terrorists’ gatherings in Tal Salmo, north of Khashir, and al-Majas in the southeast countryside of Idleb, destroying a number of their vehicles and killing many of them.
In Jisr al-Shoughur countryside, an army unit destroyed 4 vehicles with all terrorists and ammo inside them in Zaizon al-Mohdatha area and Tal al-Sahan near the administrative border between Hama and Idleb provinces and killed scores of terrorists in the areas of Kansafra, al-Bara, Mahambal, Qastoun and near Jisr al-Shoughur Hospital.
Lattakia
The Army’s Air Force destroyed dens and vehicles for terrorist organizations in a series of strikes in Tarden, ain al-Ghazal, Bait Hasan neighborhood and Nahshbeh in the northern countryside of Lattakia province, a military source said.
Units of the Army and Armed Forces killed 30 terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusara in Bait Awan, al-Durra, and Ablaq villages in al-Rabea area in the province’s northern countryside, most of them of foreign nationalities.
Syrian Army establishes control over sport city and the culture house in Hasaka, Kills more terrorists across the country
27 July 2015 ~ The army units launched Sunday wide-scale military operations against the terrorist organizations’ positions and hideouts across the country, established full control over areas in Hasaka.
Damascus Countryside
The Syrian army and the Lebanese resistance clashed with terrorists in several areas in Zabadani and established control over a number of blocks in the southern and central parts of the city.
In the eastern al-Ghouta, an army unit destroyed a lorry loaded with terrorists in the area between Deir al-Asafir and Zibdin.
The army also destroyed terrorists’ hideout and two of their vehicles in the farms of Deir Salman, killing a number of terrorists and destroying their weapons and ammunition.
Daraa
Two snipers of the terrorist organizations were killed in the Camp area, while two of their cars were destroyed with all terrorists on board and weapons and ammunition inside them to the east of the electricity company, in Daraa al-Balad neighborhood, a military source told SANA Sunday.
The source added that an army unit carried out concentrated operations against the Takfiri terrorist organizations’ gatherings, which resulted in demolishing a vehicle, killing all terrorists on board to the east of al-Qaser al-Abyad site in the eastern parts Daraa city.
Another army unit carried out precise operation against positions of Jabhat al-Nusra-linked terrorist organizations in the eastern neighborhood of Bosra al-Sham city, about 40km east of Daraa city.
In turn, army air force killed a number of terrorists and destroyed their dens and vehicles which are equipped with machineguns at south side of Daraa al-Balad , al-Nuymeh and south Kuhail in Daraa countryside.
Meanwhile, terrorist organizations admitted on their social media websites the killing on a number of their members, among them terrorists Ibrahim Hussein al-Assi, Khalil Ibrahim al- Zitawi, Adel Mohammad Abdel-Qader, Mohammad Fareed Zanoun and Tarek Hassan al-Hajji al- Mikdad.

Homs
In the central province of Homs, the army targeted ISIS hideouts to the east-south of Palmyra city in Homs eastern countryside and killed and injured a number of terrorists.
The army also destroyed hideouts for Jabhet al-Nusra terrorists in Kifr Laha, Taldo and Tallat Aqrab to the north-west of Homs.
Hama
Army units destroyed terrorists’ hideouts and concentrations in al-Ankawi, Akash and Rasm al-Awyed in Hama countryside, killing and injuring scores of Jabhet al-Nusra terrorists and destroying their weaponry and munitions.
The army also killed and injured a number of terrorists in the village of Aqrab in Hama’s west-southern countryside.
Deir Ezzor
In Deir Ezzor countryside, the army eliminated a number of the ISIS terrorists after targeting their hideouts in al-Jafra village.
Hasaka
Units of the army and internal security forces supported by the national forces continued advancement in hunting ISIS terrorists in some areas where they had been positioned since they infiltrated to them on June 25th.
Local sources in Hasaka told SANA reporter that a unit of the army and internal security forces achieved a new advance in the war against ISIS terrorist organizations and established control over sport city and the culture house which are located to the south of the road linking Ghweiran neighborhood and the electricity company roundabout in al- Nashwa al-Sharqiya neighborhood.
Units of army supported by the national forces achieved, over the past weeks victories represented in destroying a number of bomb cars for ISIS terrorists, establishing control on al-Laiyleih and Ghweiran neighborhoods and buildings that surround the cemetery in the southern outskirts of the neighborhood paving the way for the displaced families to return back home.
Meanwhile, after army restored stability and security to al-Nashwa al-Sharqia and al-Laylia neighborhoods, locals of those neighborhoods return to their houses, the reporter added.
The sources confirmed the death of many ISIS members, some of them snipers who were positioned in the Sports City and the House of Culture.
Members of the engineering units dismantled 20 explosive devices weighing 25-50 kg planted by terrorists of Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) in citizens’ houses.
The Army also established control over the Children’s Hospital, Faculty of Literature, al-Nashwa villas and the Youth Residence, eliminating a number of ISIS terrorists on al-Bassel roundabout, al-Zouhoor neighborhood, and the Water Projects area.
In a statement to SANA reporter, Hasaka Governor Mohammad Zaal al-Ali affirmed that the army aided by national allied forces is in the last stage before announcing Hasaka city totally safe.
More than 700 ISIS terrorists were killed during the army operations, according to al-Ali.
Army advances in Hasaka and Lattakia, more terrorists killed across the country
25 July 2015 ~ Units of the army and armed forces on Saturday continued to launch wide-scale military operations against Takfiri terrorist organizations across the country, killing scores of terrorists and destroying their fortifications, arms and ammunition.
Hasaka
The Army units and the national support forces have made progress in hunting down ISIS terrorists in the neighborhoods of al-Nashwa al-Sharqiyeh and al-Nashwa al-Gharbiye in the city of Hasaka, coming closer to declaring the two neighborhoods secure.
Field sources told SANA on Saturday that army units advanced further towards more building blocks in al-Nashwah al-Sharqiyeh, re-assuming control of more areas there.
The sources added that ISIS terrorists were driven out of large swathes on the axis linking al-Bassel roundabout and Banorama roundabout in the eastern side of the neighborhood, with them suffering heavy losses in personnel and equipment.
The national support forces in al-Nashwa al-Gharbiyeh neighborhood established control over al-Sharia roundabout, a number of building blocks and the roundabout near the Electricity Company, and have continued to advance towards the Children Hospital and the Faculty of Literature and Human Sciences after eliminating scores of terrorists and destroying their hideouts.
Lattakia
The army units in the northern countryside of Lattakia province on the border with Turkey have also been advancing in various areas.
Aided by the popular defense groups, the army units have progressed in the military operation targeting dens and positions of terrorists in the villages of al-Durra, Dwairka, al-Sukkariyeh, Marj Khoukha and Shalaf, 50 km to the northeast of Lattakia City.
A number of terrorists were killed and others were injured and their vehicles were destroyed, in addition to large amounts of arms and ammunition over the past 24 hours.
Meanwhile, a series of army air strikes targeted gatherings of terrorists and their dens in al-Sukkariyeh and al-Qasatel in the northern countryside of Lattakia province, leaving many terrorists killed and some of their hideouts and vehicles destroyed.
In the province’s northern countryside, an army unit destroyed terrorists’ vehicles, including armored and machinegun-equipped ones, and killed and injured many terrorists, including members from Jabhat al-Nusra, most of them foreigners, in Kalas village, in addition to destroying a site for training terrorists and weapons and ammo caches in the village.
Aleppo
Army units eliminated a number of terrorists and destroyed their vehicles in al-Sheikh Ahmad, Karm Homad, Mayir, Hayyan, Andan and near the air force academy in Aleppo and its countryside.
Daraa
In southern Syria, a number of terrorists were killed and others were injured in a special operation carried out by the army against their dens in Saida town in the countryside of Daraa province, according to a military source.
The source added that an army unit destroyed a vehicle equipped with a heavy machinegun after monitoring the movements of a number of terrorists, most of them from Jabhat al-Nusra, to the east of Taisyia town near the Jordanian borders.
Units of the army continued their operations against terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra and other terrorist organizations, killing scores of them and destroying their dens with all the arms and ammunition inside them in Tafas city and Mzairib and al-Yadouda towns in the northwestern countryside.
On Friday night, units of the army carried out bombardments against dens of the Takfiri organizations in Dael town and to the north of al-Bitar farm in the surroundings of Ataman town, killing a number of terrorists and destroying mortar launchers used by the terrorists in targeting the residential neighborhoods in Daraa city.
In Daraa al-Balad neighborhood, an army unit carried out an operation targeting concentrations of terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra and other affiliated terrorist groups west of SyriaTel building and in al-Nazigin camp, killing and injuring a number of terrorists and destroying their weapons and ammo.
Another army unit repelled an attack by a terrorist groups following violent clashes in two areas; one between the town of al-Nuaimeh east of Daraa city and al-Qasr al-Abyad area, and the second between Tafas and al-Bitar farm, and the attack ended after killing and injuring many terrorists and destroying their weapons and ammo.
An army unit also killed all members of a terrorist group and destroyed their ammunition and vehicles to the west of al-Sheikh Hassan, while another unit destroyed an armored vehicle along with the terrorists inside it in al-Zaatar hill and another vehicle equipped with a machinegun west of the al-Suwaqa field area in the province’s countryside.
Meanwhile, the Takfiri terrorist organizations admitted on their pages on the social networking websites that they suffered heavy losses and a large number of their leaders were killed including terrorist Zakaryia al-Abud, the self-claimed leader of the so-called “Fallujah-Horan Brigade.”
Quneitra
In the neighboring Quneitra province, a number of terrorists were killed and others were injured during an
intensive army operation against their dens and gatherings in Tranja and Jabata al-Khashab villages in the northern countryside of the province.
Meanwhile, media reported that Housam Laila and Mohammad Alaa Eddin, two leaders within Jabhat al-Nusra, were identified among the killed terrorists.
An army operation near the juntion between Sahita and al-Samadaniyeh al-Gharbiyeh in the eastern countryside of Quneitra left many terrorists dead or injured.
Homs
Units of the army and armed forces in cooperation with popular defense groups continued to advance towards Palmyra triangle and established full control on the farms surrounding the driving school after destroying ISIS fortifications in the area.
A number of ISIS terrorists were killed and four vehicles destroyed, while three others were damaged.
Later, an army unit set an ambush in which a terrorist group was eliminated north of the quarries near Palmyra.
The army air force destroyed dens and vehicles of ISIS in al-Sekhneh, the city of Palmyra, east of al-Bayarat and to the northwest of Muthalath Palmyra.
The army air force raided ISIS terrorists’ gatherings and movements in Daba’at al-Mlaiha, al- al-Shindakhiyeh al-Janobiyeh, Jebab Hamad and al-Kadim, the army operations ended with destroying the ISIS vehicles and the killing of a number of their members.
Scores of ISIS terrorists were killed in the army air strikes against their gatherings in Rasem al-Sabaa ,Um Sahrij, Tafha, Malloukh, al-Wdaihi in Jeb al-Jarrah, about 73 km east of Homs city.
The army air force destroyed the Takfiri terrorist organizations hideouts in the villages of Ein Hussein, al-Ameriyeh and west of Ein al-Dananir in Ein al-Niser area, about 25 km northeast Homs city, killing and injuring a number of their members and destroying their equipment.
Other units prevented several infiltration attempts by terrorist groups from the directions of the villages of Unq al-Hawa, Rahoum, Oum Sihreej, Abu Jreis, Mazbal al-Baqar in the direction of Jubb al-Jarrah and Maksar al-Hisan villages in Homs’ northeastern countryside, while another unit prevented terrorists from sneaking from Akrab to al-Taouna village in al-Houleh area in the northwestern countryside.
Hama
Units of the army , supported by the army air force, raided dens of the Takfiri terrorist organizations in the countryside of the central Hama province.
The army air force carried out a number of airstrikes against dens and positions of the terrorist organizations in al-Rahjan village, 50 km to the east of Hama city.
A number of terrorists were killed and others were injured in the airstrikes, in addition to destroying a number of vehicles equipped with heavy machineguns and an amount of various types of arms and ammunition.
A number of the ISIS terrorists were also killed and others were injured and their vehicles and ammunition were destroyed in a series of airstrikes against their positions in al-Salamyieh countryside.
Meanwhile, an army unit killed 5 terrorists and destroyed two of their vehicles with all the arms and ammunition inside them in special operations against their positions in the southwestern countryside of the province.
Units of the army established full control over the southern Aqrab hill and advanced from the eastern and northern axes, the Hills axis, the western entrance, and the eastern neighborhood or what is called Haret Beit Jbaili.
30 terrorists who were positioned inside a den near the town’s mosque were killed and large quantities of their weapons destroyed.
Idleb
The army air force raided the terrorist organizations’ gatherings and the movements in the villages of Bezait, Janet al-Qura, Bashlamoun in Jisr al-Shughour, killing a number of terrorists and destroying their machineguns-equipped vehicles.
The army air strikes targeted the terrorist organizations’ hideouts to the north of Kafer Moussa village, Kansafra and al-Tamanaa town in the southern countryside of Idleb province, killing a number of their members.
The army air force also raided terrorist organizations’ gatherings in Abu al-Duhour and the villages surrounding Abu al-Duhour Airport, Ta’aum town in the eastern countryside of the province, killing and injuring a number of their members.
Meanwhile, the terrorist organizations admitted on their social media websites the killing of a number of their members, among them the so-called “Leader of Siham al-Haq”, affiliated to the so-called “al-Sham Legion” , nicknamed Mazen Qassoum.
Damascus Countryside
The army air force destroyed dens of terrorist organizations in Khirbet Khamam, Martabiyeh and Qmmit Halima in al-Qalamoun mountains in Damascus Countryside.
Terrorists were killed and their vehicles and weapons were destroyed during the operations.
In the eastern al-Ghouta, army units destroyed a mortar base and killed a number of terrorists in Ein Tarma and destroyed a number of terrorists’ hideouts in Erbin, Harasta, Douma city and Zamalka.
Terrorist organizations lose more members and equipment in continued Syrian Army operations
24 July 2015 ~ Army units continued operations against terrorist organizations on Friday, hitting more of their positions in various areas and destroying their equipment and weapons.
Idleb
The army air force destroyed dens of “Jabhat al-Nusra” in Kan-Safra Tauom, Tal Zardana, al-Tamani’a, Tal’as, Binnish, Abu al-Dohour, Tal Salmo, Um Jrin and Ariha in Idleb countryside.
Homs
The Syrian Arab Army’s Air Force carried out a series of concentrated airstrikes on concentrations of ISIS terrorists in the surroundings of the driving school, the old post office, and the municipality parking lot in Palmyra city in Homs province.
A military source told SANA that the airstrikes resulted in killing and injuring many terrorists and inflicted heavy losses in equipment on them.
More ISIS terrorists were killed in airstrikes carried out by the Air Force on their gatherings in the surroundings of the quarries area around 30km southeast of Palmyra city, destroying assorted vehicles used by terrorists including an armored vehicle equipped with a heavy machinegun and a 57mm cannon.
Later, the source said that army units killed many terrorists and destroyed their vehicles east of al-Bayyarart, in al-Masek mountain, the southern slopes of Hayal mountain, and southeast of al-Muthallath in Palmyra countryside.
In the province’s eastern countryside, the army destroyed terrorist hideouts in the villages of Oum Sihreej, al-Shendakhiye al-Janoubiye, al-Sokhna, Jbab Hamad, al-Kadim, Rasm al-Sab’a, east of al-Shumariye station, and al-Wadihi, leaving a number of terrorists dead and destroying their weapons and equipment.
In Homs’ northwestern countryside, an army unit foiled an attempt by terrorists coming from the direction of Kafr Laham, al-Tibeh, and Tal Dahab village to infiltrate a military checkpoint in al-Houla area, killing and injuring all of the attackers and destroying their vehicles, weapons, and equipment.
Another army unit destroyed a hideout for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in al-Rastan al-Foqani in the province’s northern countryside, leaving many terrorists dead.
Hama
In the neighboring province of Hama, army units killed a number of ISIS terrorists and destroyed their machineguns-equipped vehicles in al-Rahjan to the east of Hama city.
The army also targeted terrorists’ hideouts and concentrations in al-Mafkar village in al-Salamyeh countryside, killing a number of them and destroying their weaponry and munitions.
Lattakia
The Army air force destroyed dens and vehicles, some of them equipped with machineguns, and killed dozens of terrorists in Marj Khokha, Shalaf, Dwirika, al-Sikaria and al-Dura in the northern countryside of the coastal Lattakia province.
Aleppo
Army and Armed Forces units destroyed concentrations of terrorists in the areas of the Scientific Research Center, Bani Zeid, al-Khalidiye, Karm al-Tarab, and al-Atareb in the countryside of Aleppo province.
A military source told SANA that the operations resulted in eliminating many terrorists and destroying vehicles equipped with machineguns.
Another army unit destroyed a 140-meters-long tunnel extending from the direction of al-Jdaideh village in the east to the housings area in the surroundings of the Air Force Academy in Aleppo’s eastern countryside, eliminating all the terrorists that were in the tunnel.
Daraa
A Syrian Arab Army unit eliminated a number of terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra who had snuck from Daraa al-Balad neighborhood to Daraa al-Mahata neighborhood in Daraa city, a military source told SANA.
The source added that other units eliminated concentrations of Jabhat al-Nusra and “Al-Muthana Islamic Movement” terrorist groups in Daraa al-Balad, and that the army’s operations in the neighborhood inflicted losses in personnel and equipment on terrorists and crippled their movements.
Army units also targeted hideouts of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in the town of al-Nueimeh 4km east of Daraa city, destroying four vehicles loaded with weapons and ammo and killing a leader of a terrorist group who was known as “al-Zarqawi.”
Other units targeted terrorists’ hideouts east of al-Bittar farm northwest of Daraa city, killing and injuring a number of terrorists and destroying their weapons and equipment, while in the province’s northwestern countryside, hideouts and weapons and ammo caches of Jabhat al-Nusra were destroyed in the town of al-Yadouda, leaving a number of terrorists dead or injured.
An army unit destroyed a rocket launcher to the south of Tafas and killed a number of terrorists, while another unit targeted terrorists’ movement east of the town of Tisia near the Jordanian borders, destroying a vehicle equipped with a machinegun and killing and injuring many terrorists.
Sweida
A terrorist group that tried to infiltrate towards Bouthaina Hill in the northeastern countryside of the neighboring Sweida province was repelled, with many of its members getting killed.
The Syrian Arab Army establishes control over areas in Hasaka city, kills terrorists in Daraa
23 July 2015 ~ Army units continued operations against terrorists across the country, establishing control over areas after eliminating terrorists of Islamic State in Iraq and Syria “ISIS”, and kill others in different provinces of the country.
Hasaka
SANA reporter in the northeastern Hasaka province said that army units, aided by national supporting groups, established full control over building blocks surrounding the cemetery on the southeastern outskirts of Ghweiran neighborhood in Hasaka city after eliminating the last ISIS terrorists’ positions in them.
Damascus countryside
The army, in cooperation with Lebanese resistance, advanced into al-Zabadani center from the south, killing 12 terrorists during the last 24 hours.
Terrorist organizations acknowledged on their website pages the death of a number of their members, among them Fawaz Khareta and Ziad Mous.
In eastern Ghouta, the army destroyed dens, vehicles and motorcycles for Jaish al-Islam terrorists in the northern farms of Zibdeen village, killing terrorists Mohammad Shakib Ammar, Mohammad Hassan al-Dali, Fouad Shamas and Mahmoud Ghazil.
Field sources reported that an army unit killed members of a terrorist group between Deir al-Assafir and Deir Salman villages.
Osama al-Shaar, Fadi al-Qiswani and Ziad Halbouni were identified among the dead terrorists.
In Joubar, clashes between the army and terrorists ended with the killing of three terrorists and the injuring of many others.
Daraa
Meanwhile, units of the army and armed forces targeted dens and supply routes of Takfiri terrorist organizations in the southern Daraa province.
A military source told SANA that units of the army destroyed a number of mortar launchers in Maqas al-Hajar and al-Adim buildings to the west of Tal al-Za’atar in the northwestern countryside of the province.
The source added that a number of terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra and the so-called “Ahrar al-Sham Islamic Movement” were killed and others were injured.
A unit of the army killed a number of terrorists and destroys an armored vehicle in Daraa al-Mahata.
Meanwhile, a unit of the army carried out a precise operation against dens and positions of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists and other Takfiri organizations in al-Yadoda town, killing a number of terrorists and injuring others, in addition to destroying their arms and ammunition.
A unit of the army also killed a number of the Takfiri terrorists in a special operation to the northwest of the grains silos in the eastern countryside of the province.
A number of terrorists were killed and others were injured in an operation carried out by the army against their positions in Saida town in the eastern countryside.
An army unit destroyed a number of Jabhat al-Nusra dens were in the surroundings of the water reservoir in Daraa al-Balad neighborhood.
Units of the army and armed forces destroyed artillery launchers and armored vehicles equipped with machineguns belonging to the terrorist organizations in a series of strikes in the southern Daraa province.
Later, a unit of army destroyed armored vehicles equipped with machine guns for terrorist organizations and killed a number of their members to the northeast of al-Naema town in Daraa countryside.
Another army unit destroyed hideouts and armored vehicles equipped with machine guns for Jabhat al-Nusra and other terrorist organizations in Aba zaid neighborhood, on meteorological center – al-Sad road, on al-Sad- Gharaz road , north of Gharaz grains silos and in the surroundings of al-Thweileh tank in Daraa al-Balad.
Meanwhile, Takfiri terrorist organizations acknowledged on their social media pages that a number of their members were killed including what they called a field commander in Jabhat al-Nusra, Osama Husein al-Hraki.
Aleppo
The army killed a number of terrorists in Khan Toman, Bani Zaid, al-Amirya, Bustan al-Qassr, al-Lairamon, al-Castillo and Khan al-Asal in Aleppo.
Idleb
The army air force raided dens and gatherings of “Jabhat al-Nusra” in al-Dibshiya and Um Jrein villages and Tal Salmo in Abu al-Dhuor area to the southeast of Idleb city.
The raids killed many terrorists and injured many others, destroying their vehicles and quantities of ammo and weapons.
The army’s air force also targeted hideouts and gatherings of Jabhat al-Nusra in the north of Taftanaz, west of Binish, Ram Hamdan and Ma’arit Misrin to the south of Idleb city.
Many terrorists were killed and a number of mortar launchers were destroyed in the strikes.
Meanwhile, other air strikes killed many of “Jabhat al-Nusra” members and destroyed their ammunition and weaponry in Laroz and Safouhin in the southwest of Idelb countryside.
A number of airstrikes, launched by the army, also targeted dens and gatherings of “Jaish al-Fatah” in Ma’ar Harma and al-Habeit to the southwest of Ma’arit al-Numan, killing many terrorists and destroying several vehicles, some of them equipped with machineguns.
An Army unit targeted terrorists’ gatherings and dens in Harsh Khan Sheikhon, killing many terrorists, some of them are holding Algerian nationality.
Army units, supported by army’s air force, destroyed terrorists’ dens and gatherings and killed more than 38 of them in Kansafra, north of Khashir, Abu al-Dhour, al-Gafir farm, Bailon, Kafar Awid, south of Sahian and al-Tah village in Idleb countryside.
Homs
In the central Homs province, the army air force targeted gatherings of ISIS terrorists and destroyed
several of their dens in al-Basiri, Um Tweina, al-Sultaniyeh, Unq al-Hawa, the area surrounding al-Shwmariyeh Station, Jbab Hamad, Twinan and Habra Garbiyeh in the eastern countryside of Homs province.
The army’s air force killed a number of terrorists and destroys dens, vehicles for them in al-Sultaniya, Um tweinah, Salam Sharqi, Jbab Hamad, Tadmur, Talbesa and al-Ghantun in Homs countryside.
Hama
A unit of the army killed a number of terrorists and destroyed their vehicles in Job al-Mazare, Jana al-Elbawi, Kfar Zeita and Qasr Bin wardan in Hama countryside.
Earlier, an Army unit carried out a special operation against terrorists’ den in the area surrounding Qassr Ibn Wardan to the east of Hama city.
More than 20 terrorists were killed during the operation and two vehicles equipped with heavy machine guns were destroyed.
Updated-Army destroys a tunnel in al-Zabadani, continues operations against Takfiri terrorists across the country
22 July 2015 ~ Units of the army and armed forces on Wednesday continued to launch wide-scale military operations against Takfiri terrorist organizations across the country, killing scores of terrorists and destroying their fortifications, arms and ammunition.
Damascus Countryside
A unit of the army and armed forces destroyed a 70 meter long and two meter deep tunnel that expands from al-Zabadani towards Madaya.
The tunnel had been used by terrorists for sneaking and transporting supplies, a military source told SANA Wednesday, adding that the tunnel was completely destroyed along with all the terrorists, weapons, and munitions inside it.
In the eastern al-Ghouta, army units targeted terrorists’ hideouts and concentrations in Harasta, Douma, Erbin, Bait Nayem Farms, Marj al-Sultan, Alya Farms, Zamalka, Zibdin and Deir al-Asafir, killing large numbers of terrorists, many of them of non-Syrian nationalities, and destroying a number of their vehicles, weaponry and munitions.
Aleppo
The army killed a number of terrorists and destroyed their vehicles in the surrounding of the air force academy, Sheikh Lutfi, Bayanoun, Bustan al-Qasre, al-Rashideen and Bani Zaid in Aleppo and its countryside.
Idleb
Air force kills a number of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in province countryside
The Army’s Air Force killed a number of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists and destroyed their dens and vehicles in Abu al-Dhour, Maaret Masreen, Kansafra, Rakaya Sajneh, and kafar Owiyed in Idleb countryside.
The air force killed many terrorists, injured others and destroyed their weapons in strikes against their gatherings in the villages of Balion, Kansafra and Kafar Oweid in the southwestern countryside of the province.
In the southern countryside of the province , air strikes targeted terrorists’ dens in al-Rakaia and Sajna, killing many of the terrorists and injuring others.
Also, many terrorists were killed and others were injured in air strikes targeting terrorists’ dens to the south of Sahian and al-The village.
Hasaka
Army units in cooperation with the supporting national forces continued operations against the last gathering of Islamic State in Iraq and al-Sham “ISIS” terrorist organization at the southern outskirts of al-Ghoweran neighborhood and the other areas the northeastern city of Hasaka.
At the surrounding area of the cemetery in the southeastern side of al-Ghoweran, army units carried out concentrated operations where many ISIS dens were eliminated, field sources told SANA.
The sources stressed that the army units are tackling with the last ISIS gathering with the suitable weapons in preparation for the return of citizens to their houses after they were attacked by the terrorists.
The forces centered in the area expanding from the Youth Housing and Ghoweran neighborhood managed to paralyze ISIS movement killing big numbers of them.
The sources pointed out that army units and the national defense forces killed ISIS snipers including foreign mercenaries, stressing that the forces working on al-Nashwa al-Sharqia axis achieved advance after killing terrorists in a number of buildings.
In al-Nashwa al-Gharbia neighborhood, the forces chased down ISIS terrorists who fled away towards al-Nashwa al-Sharia and they dismantled tens of explosives planted by terrorists in the houses.
The forces centered in Red Villas neighborhood destroyed a car bomb that was coming from al-Maarouf village to the east of Hasaka city, leaving the suicidal terrorist dead.
Quneitra
In the southern province of Quneitra, many terrorists of Jabhat al-Nusra were killed and others injured in a special military operation carried out in the area between al-Hamidya and Abu Shatta villages in the countryside of the province.
Daraa
In neighboring province, a unit of the army and armed forces killed 8 terrorists, including a Saudi named Abdullah Abu Othman and a Tunisian nicknamed Abu Dujana, in Ebta’a town in the countryside of the southern Daraa province.
Army units also targeted terrorist’ hideouts and concentrations in al-Karak al-Sharqi village in al-Mseifra area, and in Daraa al-Balad, killing a number of terrorists and destroying their weaponry and munitions.
Homs
Army units destroyed dens and gatherings of ISIS terrorists in Um Tweineh, Jub al-Basheer and al-Sultaniyeh in Palmyra countryside.
Units of the army also destroyed ISIS gatherings and a number of vehicles, equipped with heavy machine guns in Wadi al-Masek and north of al-Maqale near Palmyra, killing a number of the terrorists.
