Local sources said that the Chinese military will soon send its aircraft and aerial equipment to the Hmamiyat Airfields inside the Syrian Bassel Al-Assad International Airport to join the Russian and Syrian air fleet.
The recent news of the Chinese Navy’s imminent arrival in the Syrian port-city of Tartous has renewed the optimism that was once lost among the Syrian people living under the government-controlled parts of Syria, an Arab media outlet quoted informed sources as saying.
When the Chinese Navy finally arrives in Tartous, they will be welcomed by their Russian counterparts that are already stationed in Syria’s Western countryside; however, unlike their Russian allies, the Chinese will not likely send infantry units to deploy around the country, the sources said according to Massdar news website.
The Hmamiyat Airfields are located inside a section of the Bassel Al-Assad International Airport that has been used by the Syrian Air Force as an airbase to conduct flights along the vast coast – the airport itself is located in the Jableh district of Lattakia.
According to a senior officer in the Syrian army, the Hmamiyat Airfields are primarily used by the Russian Air Force at the moment, adding the Syrian Air Force moved most of their aerial equipment from the Bashar Al-Assad International Airport to the Homs Governorate in preparation for the Chinese Air Force’s arrival, the report added.
No other source has confirmed the report.

Really? China needs to fight its own terrorists. This is a proof beloved Syria is, up to now, fighting everybody’s terrorists!
“It will certainly unsettle the Chinese security authorities; they have they own very real jihadist threat and anything that inflames the Uighurs will cause the greatest concern”:

Elderly man flees China with his family to fight alongside ISIS terror group in Syria
Islamic State fighters in Syria have revealed their latest weapon – an 80-year-old from China believed to be one of the the terror group’s oldest jihadis.
In a propaganda video released by ISIS, Muhammed Amin says he left his home country with his family after seeing a video of his jihadi son being killed in Syria.
Chilling footage was also shot inside a school run by ISIS and features a child singing about ‘martyrdom’ and another issuing a warning to the Chinese.
It is believed Amin was a member of the minority Muslim Uighur in Xinjiang, an autonomous territory in northwest China once known as Turkestan.
The video, believed to have been filmed in Syria, cuts to scenes inside one of the terror group’s schools, where children sit inside a classroom wearing hats bearing the recognisable ISIS logo.
One child, who looks about 10 years old, tells the camera: ‘O Chinese kaffar (non-believers), know that we are preparing in the land of the khilafah (caliphate) and we will come to you and raise this flag in Turkestan with the permission of Allah.’
Earlier this year, Chinese officials claimed Muslims from Xinjiang were travelling to Syria and Iraq to join ISIS – before returning home…

Yes, our ‘old sniper’ friend, this is exactly why the Chinese are to directly eliminate the terrorists in Syria, because among them there are many Uyghurs, so, like the Russians, they eliminate their own terrorists before they can return home.
It would be enough that every nation was going to delete their own terrorists (in coordination with the SAAF) and Syria would be clean by infected presences
