On Friday, head of the Republic delegation Bashar al-Jaafari told reporters following a session of talks with de Mistura, that “The approval of this paper which we called the basic elements will lead to a Syrian-Syrian dialogue that is serious and will contribute to the building of our country Syria.”

“Approving these principles will open a serious dialogue under Syrian leadership without foreign intervention and without preconditions,” he added.

The sources mentioned that the “Riyadh opposition” delegation has postponed a scheduled meeting with the UN envoy today so that to let the American experts look the paper through.
