Pro-government sources report that some 70-75 Al Nusra terrorists have been killed in the recent clashes.
After taking cotrol of the Ramouseh Artillery Base, the pro-government forces have already seized Shurfah Hill, the Baradat Factory, the Oil Factory, the Maqala’ Hill, the villages of Shurfah Al-Zayout and Musharifah and Shurfah Quarries.

MERCENARY-TERRORISTS RETREATING FROM MUSHRIFAH AND NORTHERN PART OF 1070 APARTMENT PROJECT IN ALEPPO
Jabhat Fateh al-Sham (a new brand of the Al Nusra Front terrorist group) and its allies have withdrawn from the northern part of 1070 Apartment Project and the village of Mushrifah in southwestern Aleppo.
The Jaish al-Fatah terrorist alliance (includes Al Nusra Front as the main striking power) has been withdrawing from various areas in southwestern Aleppo since September 4 when the Syrian army and its allies recaptured the strategic Ramouseh Artillery Base and besieged the militant-controlled areas of Aleppo city for the 2nd time.
SYRIAN ARMY AND ITS ALLIES CUT OFF JAISH AL-FATAH’S CORRIDOR, BESIEGED ALEPPO CITY
The Syrian army and Hezbollah, supported by the Russian Aerospace Forces, have expelled Al Nusra Front terrorists and their allies from the Armament College and the Artillery College and nearby buildings at the Ramouseh Artillery Base in southwestern Aleppo. This move allowed the pro-government forces to set a full control of the road between Khan Tuman and the Ramouseh Neigborhood and besiege the militant-controlled areas of Aleppo city for the second time this summer.
Last few hours, the pro-government forces were entrenching themselves in the Ramouseh Artillery Base in order to prevent any chances to re-gain this area by militants. Few moments ago, Al Nusra terrorists, supported by various units of the Jaish al-Fateh operation room, launched a counterattack in order to regain positions in the artillery base. Clashes are ongoing.
If the pro-government forces are able to repell the terrorists’ counter-attacks, they will likely continue their advance, attacking the Hikma School and the northern part of 1070 Apartment Project. Then, they will likely advance in the Ramouseh Neighborhood. These moves will allow the Syrian government to control successfully the perimeter of the besieged militant-controlled areas.
Meanwhile, the Iraqi pro-government militia “Haraket al-Nujba” has captured of the Khan Tuman depots near the strategic town of Khan Tuman in southern Aleppo. Separately, Jaish al-Fatah militants have reportedly withdrawn from the town of Qarassi.
