Heartbreaking stories of children in the Aleppo warzone seem to be a useful tool in the mainstream media campaign against Syria and Russia.
Bana al-Abed, aged 7, is one such medium – despite questions over her tweets’ agenda and who’s really behind them.
Thank you so much for keeping the information coming. Here, it’s fake “news” 24/7, today i watched ‘the news’ on Fox and they reported as if it was objective fact that in Syria, the Syrian government helped by Russians and Iranians are committing “genocide.” No providing of any critical perspective on this narrative, they have no shame, no journalistic ethics. They showed the US UN ambassador making her comment in the emergency session last week, saying to the Syrian and Russian representatives, “Have you no shame, is there nothing bad enough to make you feel ashamed?” or something like that, and then the narrative moves on with more of these anti-Syrian opinions and commentary presented as reporting. Did they also include relevant parts of the statements of the Syrian or Russian representative at the emergency meeting? Of course not. This is not news encouraging viewers to have information to think about and evaluate. It’s propaganda It’s disgusting. It’s upsetting, to not have a voice.
