Homs, 7/1/2016 ~ A Syrian Arab Army unit killed scores of the ISIS (Daesh, ISIL, IS) terrorists during military operations against their positions and gatherings in the western countryside of Palmyra in Homs province.
SANA reporter in the province said that an army unit clashed on Saturday dawn with ISIS terrorist groups in al-Tiyas Hills, north of the 4th station in the T4 area, about 90km east of Homs City.
The source added that the army destroyed ISIS terrorists’ tank and a number of SUVs, killing and injuring scores of their members.
Syrian government troops push to retake Wadi Barada
7/1/2016 ~ Syrian government forces have launched an operation to retake 11 villages held by Nusra Front terrorists in the Wadi Barada valley, near Damascus.
The government says water supply to Damascus was disrupted after terrorists sabatoged a reservoir in the region, leaving millions without running water.
The United Nations Children’s Fund has expressed concern that children in the Syrian capital are at risk of water-borne diseases.
The U-N has warned that targeting water reserves in Wadi Barada constitutes a war crime. But it has not yet stated who was responsible. In a letter to the world body, the Syrian Foreign Ministry accused Nusra Front terrorists of destroying the capital’s main water pump and polluting the water with diesel. The World Health Organization says repairs of the damaged water facilities would take several days.
Homs, 6/1/2016 ~ An army unit clashed with ISIS terrorist groups that attacked a number of military posts in the southeast of Sharifa in the T4 area to the east of Homs city, according to SANA reporter.
The reporter said that the attack was thwarted by the army and most of the terrorists were killed or injured while the rest of them fled away. The terrorists’ weaponry and vehicles were destroyed.
In the northeastern countryside of Homs, army units clashed with terrorist groups affiliated to ISIS in al-Sa’n area, killing and injuring a number of terrorists.

Provinces, 5/1/2016 ~ A military source said Thursday that ISIS terrorists’ command centers and armored vehicles were destroyed in the army continued operations against the Takfiri organization in Deir Ezzor.
The source told SANA that the army units and Deir Ezzor airport protection group clashed on Wednesday night with ISIS terrorist groups along the eastern barricade of the Airport .
The source added that the army killed a number of ISIS terrorists, injured others, while the rest fled away, and destroyed a number of their vehicles and heavy machineguns-equipped armored vehicles.

The army destroyed a number of the ISIS fortifications and hideouts, killing and injuring a number of its members.
An army unit destroyed 6 vehicles for the so-called “Jund al-Aqsa” terrorist group that is affiliated to ISIS in Khan Sheikhoun area to the south of Idleb city.
SANA reporter said the army unit targeted a convoy of vehicles for the group that was moving towards Khan Sheikhoun, destroying 6 vehicles and leaving a number of terrorists dead and others injured.
Army units destroyed 5 vehicles for ISIS in the villages of Rasm al-Harml and Um al-Mari in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.
A military source said that the army foiled attempts by ISIS terrorists to infiltrate and attack a number of points in the surroundings of the Air force Academy to the east of Aleppo, inflicting them heavy losses.
An army unit launched concentrated operations on gatherings and movement axes of ISIS to the southwest of Tadmur (Palmyra) city in Homs province.
The operations resulted in the killing of a number of terrorists, injuring many others and destroying a number of their vehicles.

Meanwhile in Jub al-Jarah area, a number of ISIS terrorists were killed or injured and their weapons and munitions were destroyed as a result of army operations in al-Shandakhania and al-Mshirfa al-Shamalia.
The correspondent said that army units targeted with artillery and rocket launchers the movements of Jabhat al-Nusra and others Takfiri groups affiliated to it in Oum Sharshouh and Jawalik villages, inflicting heavy losses upon them in personnel and equipment.

Homs, 3/1/2016 ~ An army unit targeted with artillery fire gatherings of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in the villages of al-Mahatta and Jawalek in the northern countryside of Homs Province, killing seven terrorists at least and destroying a vehicle equipped with machinegun.
SANA reporter said that leader of a terrorist group Mohammad Qassem al-Haj, Faysal al-Mohammad, Abdullah Dalloul, Mahmoud Wahhoud, Alaa Hilal, Ali Diab and Ahmad Khaled al-Mohammad were identified among the killed terrorists.
