U.S. occupation forces set to remain in Syria despite Daesh elimination

The U.S. is preparing to legitimize the Peshmerga and Kurdistan Worker’s Party (PKK) by declaring several small countries in Iraq and Syria, a Turkish daily reported on Saturday.

Yeni Safak newspaper quoted a commander who held a senior position in the Syrian army for an extended period of time and shifted to opposition ranks in 2013 as saying, “I was told that in the second half of 2018, a total of seven boutique states would be declared in Syria and Iraq”.

“The Americans who met with us told us that they were our allies and that if we followed their conditions the opposition would be more strongly supported in line with the 2012 vision. America’s aim is to enable Israel to gain more of the Lebanon-Syria border and block Hezbollah’s passageway”, said the opposition commander, who highlighted that federal status would be granted along the Golan and as-Sweida line for Israel’s security and the security of the Druze community was a guise.

According to Yeni Safak, the U.S. included:

-the Latakia-Tartus-Damascus line in the Nusayri federal region
-the Sweida-Golan-Quneitra line for the Druze community
-Aleppo, Idlib and Hama were allocated to the Sunnis (in the divisive map plotted by the US)

-Iraq’s Tikrit-Salah ad Din-Anbar-Falluja for the Sunnis

The Syrian Army Tiger Forces and Tribal forces have liberated Bir al-Zamlah, Bir Rumaylan, Eastern Zamlah, the Zamlah pumping station and the gas fields of Zalmah and Khala, and Fahed and Dubaysan oil fields from ISIS terrorists in the southern part of Raqqah province.

Meanwhile, 12 Syrian soldiers have been allegedly killed in Hamima village in the eastern Homs countryside as a result of an ISIS attack started with VBIED. ISIS also claimed that it destroyed two SAA tanks with ATGMs and captured a T-62 tank, a bulldozer, 23mm and 12.7mm guns and two Konkurs missiles. A fighting is ongoing in the area.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday said that he opposes the ceasefire deal in southern Syria brokered by the United States and Russia. The reason is that the agreement does not serve so-called Israeli interests. According to Netanyahu, the agreement perpetuates Iranian plans to set up a long-term presence on Israel’s northern border.

The spokesman for Iraq’s al-Nujaba Movement, a major Shiite resistance group, announced that the movement has formed a special brigade to liberate Golan Heights from the Zionist regime of Israel.

Speaking at a press conference held at the Tasnim News Agency central office on Wednesday, Seyed Hashem al-Moussavi highlighted the involvement of al-Nujaba forces in the Syrian government’s military campaign against foreign-backed terrorists and said they will not leave Syria until “the last terrorist” leaves the Arab country.

“After recent victories (in Syria), we have established the Golan Liberation Brigade,” he said, adding that the forces are well-trained.

He went on to say that the Golan Liberation Brigade is comprised of highly-equipped special forces, who have not left a region unless they ended a conflict there.

The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) launched at 3:00 am Wednesday a number of surface-to-surface missiles from inside the occupied territories to the west of Tall Abu al-Nada (hill) that landed in the surroundings of al-Mezzeh Airport west of Damascus, a Syrian military source said.

The source said that the attack caused a fire to erupt in the site where the missiles hit, adding that no human casualties were reported.

The source noted that the attack is part of the “desperate attempts” of the Zionist entity to support the terrorist groups and raise their deteriorating morale.

This attack, the source stressed, will only make the Syrian Arab Army “even more determined to cut off the hands of the terrorist agents of the Zionist entity, which should be held fully responsible for the repercussions and consequences of these criminal attacks.”

The attack came a week after the IOF air forces fired from the Lebanese airspace two missiles on al-Sabboura area in the western countryside of Damascus, in an attempt to divert attention from the successes which the Syrian army has been making against the terrorist gangs in the area.

Two Syrians jailed in Israeli-occupied Golan Heights for blocking military ambulance carrying al-Nusra mercenary-terrorists

An Israeli court has handed down prison sentences to two Syrians living in the occupied Golan Heights for blocking an Israeli ambulance transporting militants operating in Syria for treatment.

The military court on Thursday sentenced Amal Abu Saleh to seven years and eight months in jail and a fine of more than 3,000 dollars, Syria’s official news agency SANA reported.

Bashira Mahmoud, the other Syrian, was sentenced to 22 months in prison. She was also fined 1,000 dollars.

According to the report, Israeli forces arrested the two along with 24 others in June 2015, when residents of the village of Majdal Shams blocked the ambulance and prevented it from transporting two injured terrorists with the Takfiri Jabhat Fateh al-Sham militant group, formerly known as al-Nusra Front.

The Israeli regime later released the detainees except the two. Bashira has been under house arrest since July 2016.

Sheikh Nazih Abu Saleh, Amal’s uncle, said the court ruling was “hostile.” He added that the residents of the occupied Golan Heights have the right to block the transport of al-Nusra terrorists for treatment in Israeli hospitals.

The Foreign and Expatriates Ministry on Tuesday sent two letters to the UN Secretary General and the Security Council’s Head on the recent Israeli aggression, considering it as “a desperate attempt to boost the deteriorating morale of the terrorist organizations after the losses inflicted upon them by the Syrian army in Quneitra Countryside and across Syria.

“Within the framework of its direct support to terrorists, Israel launched a series of flagrant attacks on the Syrian territory and the Armed Forces during the past few weeks,” said the Ministry, adding that these attacks came in line with the strategic alliance between the Zionist entity and the armed terrorist groups, particularly Jabhat al-Nusra (Fateh al-Sham).

The Ministry noted that the Syrian government has informed the UN Secretary General and Head of the UN Security Council about the ongoing Israeli aggressions on Syria.

“In the early morning of Tuesday 13th, 2016, the Israeli enemy’s air force attacked Syrian military positions in the countryside of the southern Quneitra province. Syria’s Permanent Envoy to the UN, Bashar al-Jaafari, said on Monday that it is not possible to end the suffering of the Syrians through political blackmail, but through combating terrorism, affirming that governments of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey must stop the support offered to the terrorist groups which perpetrate massacres against the Syrian people.

Cairo announced last week its decision to reassign to Saudi Arabia the two small uninhabited islands of Tiran and Sanafir, located in the strategic Aqaba Gulf, which control the access to the Israeli port of Eilat through the Strait of Tiran.

The Israelis had occupied the two islands in the ’67 war. They later returned them with the Camp David agreements, but with one condition: that the Egyptians whould not give the islands to other parts, without previous permission by Tel Aviv.

The two Red Sea islands are included in an important part of the agreement signed in 1979, that promises safe passage to commercial and military Israeli ships through the Strait of Tiran, ensuring freedom of navigation for Israel in these crucial areas for the access to the Indian Ocean.

Syria will do whatever it takes to take back the occupied Golan Heights from the Israeli regime, says Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad on Sunday, in response to remarks made earlier by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who claimed “the Golan Heights will remain in the hands of Israel forever”.
Noting that the occupied region belongs to Syria according to international law, Mekdad stressed that the Arab Syrian Golan Heights will be taken back from the Israelis.
“All options are on the table for getting back the occupied territory from Israel,” Mekdad said during an interview aired on the Lebanese television channel al-Mayadeen.

Israel seized the Golan Heights from Syria after the 1967 six-day war and later occupied it in a move that has never been recognized by the international community.

The UN demanded that Israel comply with the international legitimacy’s resolutions on the occupied Syrian Golan, particularly the Security Council resolution no. 497 of 1981 that declared Israel’s decision to impose its laws and jurisdiction on the Golan as “null and void and without international legal effect”.

The UN’s demand came during the General Assembly’s seventieth session held Tuesday at which the Fourth Committee (Special Political and Decolonization) approved a draft resolution on “The occupied Syrian Golan”.

Following the adoption of the resolution, Syria’s Permanent Representative to the UN Bashar al-Jaafari said in a statement that Syria maintains its right to restore the occupied Golan fully and with all legitimate means enshrined in the UN Charter and the international law.

He added that the UN member states’ support for the resolution sent a clear message to Israel that it is merely no more than an occupying authority and that its occupation and human rights violations are unacceptable and must end immediately.

Earlier this morning, the Syrian Army’s Brigade 90, in cooperation with Fouj Al-Joulan (Golan Regiment) and Liwaa Suqour Al-Quneitra (Al-Quneitra Hawks Brigade) of the National Defense Forces (NDF), launched an attack on Israeli-backed militants in the Al-Amal Farms located north of the Tal Al-Ahmar hilltops in the Golan Heights in Quneitra province.

The fall of a strategic village in the province of Quneitra, Southern Syria, that was controlled by the terrorists forced Israel’s direct intervention to compensate for the loss.

Occupied Jerusalem ~ The Israeli authorities used Thursday night helicopters to transport 6 terrorists injured in Syria to receive treatment in the occupied Palestinian territories.

Israel Radio mentioned on Friday morning that a man in his 20s critically injured in Syria was transported by a helicopter belonging to the Israeli air force to Ziv Hospital in Safed to receive treatment.

Five other injured terrorists were carried on board an Israeli helicopter and taken to Rambam Hospital in Haifa, according to Israeli websites.

This was a step forward in the way used by the Israeli enemy to transfer injured terrorists to its hospitals, which followed the interception by the people of the occupied Syrian Golan of one of its cars carrying wounded terrorists.

The incident took place last June when a number of Golanese people blocked an Israeli car transporting two Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists.

The fact that the Israeli media now come clean on transporting the wounded by using helicopters reveals the scale of the continuous support provided by Israel to the terrorist organizations.

California is in the midst of one of the worst droughts in the state’s history, prompting Governor Jerry Brown to declare a water “state of emergency.”
Ordinary Californians are bearing the brunt of this disaster.

There’s another region in the world, however, where access to water isn’t just decided on the whims of politicians dealing with natural disasters. In fact, the very existence of water crises is official state policy for one country: Israel.

Despite its location in a region thought to be perennially dry, the Holy Land actually has ample natural freshwater resources — namely in the form of underwater aquifers and the Jordan River. Palestinians in the West Bank and Israeli settlers live in roughly equal proximity to these resources, which theoretically would allow for equal consumption.

A report from the United Nations found that the average Israeli settler consumes 300 liters of water per day — a figure surpassing even the average Californian’s 290. But thanks to Israeli military action and legal restrictions on access, the average Palestinian in the occupied West Bank only gets about 70. And for the tens of thousands of Palestinians who live off the water grid altogether, daily consumption hovers at around 30. That’s just 10 percent of the Israeli figure.

Particularly puzzling is the scale of Jewish ‘revolutionary’ violence towards Christianity and churches in particular. It is no secret that Bolshevism set many churches ablaze. The International Brigade followed a similar pattern in Spain (1936). It is an established fact that Yiddish was the lingua franca of the International Brigade that was formed following a tidal wave of Church burning by the Republicans. That act of barbarism didn’t seem to deter the salt of the Jewish Left who rushed to liberate Spain in the name of the ‘International’. And yet, historically, this kind of barbaric act was never associated with rabbinical Judaism.

NABLUS – Israeli settlers on Saturday morning attacked a Palestinian home with firebombs and rocks in the West Bank village of Duma, little more than a week after an 18-month-old Palestinian toddler and his father were killed in a deadly attack in the same village.

Ghassan Daghlas, who monitors settler activities in the northern West Bank, told Ma’an that “a number of extremist settlers hurled two fire bombs at the home of Mahmoud Fazza al-Kaabna.

The attackers also hurled stones at the house, with one of them hitting al-Kaabna in the upper body.

The incident followed after another deadly attack in the same village on July 31 that killed 18-month-old Ali Dawabsha and critically wounded his parents and four-year-old brother.

Two 17-yo Palestinian boys were shot dead by Israeli forces in separate incidents amid clashes in the West Bank incited by the death of an 18-month-old child in a suspected Jewish arson attack on a Palestinian village.

Laith Fadel al-Khaladi, 17, was reportedly shot in the chest by an Israeli sniper near Bir Zeit, north of Ramallah in the central West Bank. The teen later died from his injuries at a hospital, the Palestinian Ma’an News Agency quoted medical sources as saying.

Al-Khaladi is said to have been shot during anti-Israeli protests in the area, sparked by the deadly “price tag” attack in Kafr Duma.

Six other Palestinians were injured in clashes erupting during arson-related protests in the West Bank and Jerusalem on Friday, Haaretz reported.

One Palestinian was shot in the leg during protests in the West Bank city of Hebron; four others were wounded after police resorted to tear gas and rubber bullets against about 30 stone-throwers in the city of Halhul. One more Palestinian was injured with a rubber bullet in Kfar Kadum.
