Syrian army has intercepted missiles Israeli regime’s fighter jets fired towards a military position near the capital, Damascus.
In a statement carried by state media on Wednesday, the army said the Israeli aircraft used Lebanese airspace for the missile strikes.
Loud blasts were heard in Damascus at around 3:30 a.m. local time.
“Our air defense systems blocked them and destroyed most of them,” said the statement.
The latest attack on Syria came shortly after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu paid a rare visit to the occupied part of Syria’s Golan Heights and peered across the border.
In a letter sent to the UN Secretary General and Security Council President, the Ministry said that on 3:42 am on Wednesday in 7/2/2018, the Israeli occupation attacked once again the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic, as Israeli aircrafts fired missiles from the Lebanese airspace on an area in Damascus Countryside province.
The Ministry went on to say that the attack coincided with the attacks of armed terrorist organizations and the launching of more than 1,000 rockets and mortar rounds during the past few days on neighborhoods, suburbs, diplomatic missions, service facilities, and churches in Damascus and other cities, where dozens of civilians were killed and hundreds others were wounded, most of them women and children… … … … … … … … …

As ISIS’ self-proclaimed Caliphate collapsed in Syria, the Israeli military intensified their strikes on forces and facilities belonging to the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and its allies. The goal of the effort is to weaken pro-government forces ahead of a possible new round of escalation in the region.
On December 4, warplanes allegedly from Israel conducted airstrikes on the Dumair Airbase. According to reports, the airstrikes hit the radar installation and destroyed it.
On December 5, Israeli warplanes launched missiles on the scientific research center in the area of Jumraya in northern Damascus. According to the Syrian state-run media, Syrian air defense systems intercepted three of the missiles. The rest of the missiles – 3 or 4 – hit the target.
The Tiger Forces and their allies have liberated 5 villages and 3 hills from ISIS in the province of Deir Ezzor.
Government troops have captured the villages of Khutaytah, Abbas, Mazra’at Shamr, Qit’ah, Mujawwadah, the Nusuriyah Mountain and the hills of Bani and Khinzir. The Tiger Forces also outflanked and stormed the ISIS-held village of Jalaa – one of the last ISIS strong points in the area.
The SAA and the Tiger Forces are now in only about 12km from reaching their counterparts in the area of al-Bukamal. The rapid advance of pro-government forces show that the ISIS defenses have de-facto collapsed in the Euphrates Valley.

On December 1st, the army’s air defense confronted an Israeli attack with ground-to-ground missiles on one of the military posts in Damascus countryside, destroying two of them.

Israel has targeted [again] a military facility in Syria with a fresh round of missile attacks, according to Syrian TV broadcasters. Just days before, Israeli Air Force missiles destroyed a building in the Syrian city of al-Qiswa where an Iranian military facility was reportedly under construction, the Times of Israel said.
Israeli Defense Forces fired seven or more missiles, according to published reports, but at least a few of them were intercepted.
A report from Syria states the missiles targeted Jamriya, a city approximately 3 miles northwest of the Syrian capital. Witnesses told Reuters they heard three loud explosions and that smoke was seen near the Jamriya area.

Some of the military aid sent to the Syrian opposition by Qatar, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and the US may have ended up in the hands of Al-Qaeda-affiliated Al-Nusra terrorists, the Qatari foreign minister has admitted.
The revelations, which are the first of their kind to emerge, were contained in a statement by Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, who served as Qatari foreign minister between 1992 and 2013.
When the conflict started in Syria back in 2011, Hamad bin Jassim said that he went straight to the late Saudi King Abdullah, who then supported Doha’s plan on Syria.
While Qatar is now being accused by the Gulf kingdoms of backing terrorism, Hamad bin Jassim insists that when the Syrian crisis broke out, Doha, Riyadh and Washington were “in one and the same trench” in their vision on supporting anti-Assad militants.
He made the comments during a television interview with Qatar TV in October.
According to the former minister, all aid destined for the Syrian rebels passed via Turkey and was coordinated with the US forces.
“All aid distributed on Syrian territory was also coordinated by the US forces,” said Hamad bin Jassim who also served as Qatari prime minister between 2007 and 2013.
He did not specify who exactly was to receive the aid, but the US – together with Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Turkey – have repeatedly voiced their support for Syrian opposition and issued both humanitarian and military aid to anti-government militants… … …

Two Israeli rockets launched across the Syrian border struck near the Damascus airport at night, Al-Masdarnews reported.

The locals of Quneitra province staged a protest to condemn the illegal Zionist decision to hold elections for the so-called “local councils” in the occupied Syrian Golan and express solidarity with Syrians in the villages of Majdal Shams, Masaada, Baqaatha, Ayn Qanya, and al-Ghajar.
The protest was organized by Quneitra Governorate and al-Baath Arab Socialist Party branch in Quneitra in front of the Governorate’s Building.
The participants affirmed that the Golan has always been and will remain a Syrian Arab land, the occupation will end, the Golan will return to Syrian national sovereignty.

The Foreign and Expatriate Ministry affirmed that Syria categorically rejects the announcement by the Israeli occupation on holding elections of the so-called “local councils” on October 2018 in the villages of the occupied Syrian Golan, stressing that the Golan is an integral part of the Syrian territory and that it will return to the motherland sooner or later.
In letters to the UN Secretary General and the Head of the Security Council, the Ministry said that the Israeli entity has recently issued new resolutions related to holding elections of the so-called local councils in the villages of the occupied Syrian Golan according to Israeli law.
The Ministry pointed out that these Israeli actions come as no surprise because Israel has been investing in the crisis in Syria through its support to the armed terrorist groups which was clear since the beginning of the events in Syria.
The letters noted that the Syrian Arab citizens of the occupied Golan have rejected in the national document which they had issued on 25/3/1981 any decision issued by the Israeli entity to annex the Golan as well as their rejection of all Israeli decisions aimed at depriving them of their Syrian Arab identity…………………………

A Syrian military position southwest of Damascus International Airport was exposed to an Israeli aggression with several missiles fired from inside the occupied territories at dawn on Thursday causing explosions in the place and leaving some material losses, a Syrian Arab Army source said.
The source added that the Israeli aggression comes as a desperate attempt to raise the collapsed morale of terrorist groups due to the Syrian army’s blows and this aggression will not dissuade the army from continuing the war against terrorism and crushing it.
Lebanese media reported a large blast in the vicinity of the airport early Thursday, speculating that the explosion at the fuel depot could have been carried out by Israel.
“The missiles were fired from the occupied territory, which led to explosions on the ground and property damage,” the Syrian military source specified.
Israeli officials have not commented on the issue yet. However, Intelligence Minister Yisrael Katz, speaking to Army Radio from the United States earlier, hinted at what had happened in Damascus……………………….

A Syrian Army source announced on Friday evening [21 April 2017] that the Israeli enemy’s warplanes fired two missiles at 18:45 from within occupied territory at a military position in the surroundings of Khan Arnabeh in Quneitra countryside, causing material damage.

Syria affirmed that the Israeli aggression that took place on Friday, which is a violation of international law, the UN Charter, and the sovereignty and the sanctity of Syrian territory, was not the first of its kind but is a part of a long series of attacks carried out by Israel to support its agents in the terrorist war on Syria.

Syrian Air Defense shots down one of 4 Israeli warplanes targeting military site near Palmyra.
The General Command of the Army and the Armed Forced announced on Friday that the Syrian air defense downed one of four Israeli warplanes that violated the Syrian airspace and targeted a military site in the eastern countryside of Homs.
According to a statement by the Command, the four Israeli aircrafts violated the Syrian airspace in al-Breij area through the Lebanese territories at 2:40 am.
The Israeli warplanes targeted a military site near Palmyra in the eastern countryside of Homs, said the Army’s Command, confirming that the Syria air defense forces confronted the enemy’s aircrafts and shot down one of them inside the occupied territories, hit another and forced the other two to withdraw.
Do not believe the Zionist lies. Their aircraft were not targeting a convoy of trucks carrying ground-to-ground missiles bound for Hizbollah bases in the Lebanon.
In fact, the bombers were targeting Syrian Army operations near Palmyra, specifically those having to do with removal of rats from oil and gas fields which ISIS desperately needs to keep its cash flow viable…………

Syria has released footage of American- and Israeli-made weapons seized by the Syrian army from Takfiri militants in the capital, Damascus.
Syria’s official news agency said Sunday that the Syrian army units had confiscated the weapons in the town of Khan al-Shih in the countryside of Damascus.
The Syrian government says the Tel Aviv regime and its Western and regional allies are aiding the Takfiri militant groups fighting against Damascus.
On April 28, Syrian officials and locals confiscated a vehicle loaded with Israeli-manufactured weapons bound for the Takfiri Daesh terrorists in the Arab country’s southern province of Suwayda.
The vehicle, which was coming from eastern Dara’a Province, was heading to the eastern Badiya desert.
Anti-personnel landmines, RPG launcher and rounds, B9 shells, 120-mm, 80-mm, and 60-mm mortars, grenades and 23-mm machine-gun rounds were among the weapons confiscated back then.

An Israeli warplane and a drone have been shot down by Syrian forces in the southern Quneitra countryside, Golan Heights, the Syrian Army said in a statement.
It comes after the Israeli military targeted Syrian positions in the Golan Heights. Syria’s military said it shot down Israeli aircraft at 01:00 local time on Tuesday in response to an attack on Syrian Army positions.
“Our air defenses blocked the attack and shot down the military aircraft in [the southern province of] Quneitra [Golan Heights] and a drone”, a statement from the ministry said.
It noted that the Israeli attack came in support of the armed terrorist groups and in a desperate attempt to raise the deteriorating morale of their members due to the heavy losses they have suffered in Quneitra.
In a statement, the General Command said that the truce is applied across Syria for seven days as of 19:00 on September 12th 2016 and until 23:59 on September 18th, adding that at the same time the army has the right to respond decisively using all types of firepower to any breach by armed groups.

Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir accompanied by the Saudi intelligence chief Khaled al-Hamidan made a visit to Israel during the past few days. Elsewhere other reports indicate that the visit was meant to discuss joint Israeli-Saudi military operations against Syria and Lebanon. During the visit, Adel al-Jubeir met with officials of the Israeli regime’s spy agency Mossad.
He also met with the regime’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanhayu and urged Tel Avivi regime to intensify military operations against Syria with the aim of overthrowing President Bashar al-Assad.
Elsewhere, high-ranking Israeli regime officials visited the Saudi capital, Riyadh, in the last few weeks to plot against Iran.
In a report, Israeli regime’s channel 10 added that said that the delegation was headed by a prominent Israeli official.

The Kuwati newspaper “al-Jarida” reported that a special envoy, appointed by Turkish Defense Minister Ismet Yilmaz, has been sent to Israel in order to get Israeli made weapons and aircraft equipment as a condition for the return to normalized relations between the two countries…
Also “The Jerusalem Post” confirmed this event.

These kinds of attacks are known as “false flags”, and they are often used to justify military action.
As I will explain below, it appears that we may have just seen a “false flag” attack in Turkey.
The Turks needed justification for bombarding the Kurds in northern Syria, and right on cue there was a “terror attack” in Ankara.
During the weeks to come, will we see more “false flag” attacks that will be used to justify a full-blown ground invasion of Syria?

Sure enough, the UK Government’s website confirms that Gould is now Director of Cyber Security and Information Assurance at the Cabinet Office.
“He and his team are focused on keeping Britain safe from cyber attack, through delivering the UK’s Cyber Security Strategy.”
They must think we have very short memories. Gould was the first Jew ever to hold the post of Britain’s ambassador to Israel. He describes himself as a “passionate” Zionist and whilst in Tel Aviv was instrumental in setting up the UK-Israel Tech Hub.
In the words of MATIMOP (the Israeli Industry Center for R&D), the Hub was established
“to promote partnerships in technology and innovation between Israel and the UK, and is the first initiative of its kind for the British Government and for an embassy in Israel. The Hub’s creation followed an agreement between Prime Ministers David Cameron and Benjamin Netanyahu to build a UK-Israel partnership in technology.”
MATIMOP quotes Britain’s National Health Service as an example of successful UK-Israel tech collaboration.
The NHS “has now formed strong collaborations with Israeli life sciences companies conducting clinical trials in the UK. The cooperation was made as part of the burgeoning partnership between Israel and Britain’s life sciences industries initiated by the UK-Israel Tech Hub.”

Does this mean that Fallon helped to organise the attack on the Russian airline, in order to provide an excuse to bomb Syria?
According to an alleged source with Russian intelligence “Egyptian intelligence was fully complicit in the terror attack.

It is equally becoming clear that whether by accident or design, events are poised to spin out of all control in the near to mid-term future. It seems that an immense deadly war that dwarfs the current small-scale catastrophes is poised to break out.

Russia has too much pride to back down in the face of their threats. The tactics that work against other merely inflame the Russians and add to their determination and animus towards the authors of evil.
Their mindset is calculating and methodical but there is an element of the Howard Beale character from Network, they have had enough and they are not going to take it anymore and this has been their position since the Ukraine coup of late February 2014.
Since February 2014 Russian officials have stated repeatedly that they are willing to fight a major nuclear war with the West if necessary.
The people who made those statements probably naively assumed it would never come to that.
Since that time Russia has made a number of devastating moves, they have humiliated the demonic entities who run and control the West repeatedly. In Crimea, in Eastern Ukraine and now in Syria.

The Syrian Army on Sunday morning stormed one of the hideouts of the militant groups near al-Farai district and found a large depot of ammunition, weapons and other military equipment after breaking into the terrorists’ defense line, army officials said.
The sources said that the army raided the terrorist group in the early hours of this morning, and killed most of the terrorist in the hideout.
The remaining terrorists withdraw and their hideout which also was used as a munitions depot fell into the hand of the government forces.
Weapons, explosives devices, sniper rifles, RPG launchers, Israeli-made assault rifles, explosive belts and large amounts of C4 and silver nitrates used in making explosive devices were in the seized depot.
On Saturday, Syrian warplanes bombed more positions of Jeish al-Fateh terrorists in the provinces of Hama and Idlib, killing a large number of the militants.
