The Syrian Army troops (SAA) continued attacking terrorists' positions in regions near Abu al-Dhohour airbase on Wednesday and captured one more settlement in Southeastern Idlib.

The army men, backed up by artillery units and Air Force, managed to beat terrorists back from the settlement of Khafiyeh West of the town of Abu al-Dhohour.

A number of terrorists were killed and their military hardware were destroyed in the attacks.

The army's engineering units started defusing bombs and landmines in the newly-freed settlement.

The Army troops pushed terrorists back from 322 villages, towns and regions in a large region stretching among the provinces of Idlib, Hama and Aleppo in nearly a month of operation, killing almost 300 terrorists.

The army has freed 322 villages, towns and regions in 29 days of large-scale operation against terrorists in Southern Aleppo, Northeastern Hama and Southeastern Idlib.

297 terrorists, including 103 non-Syrians, from Al-Nusra Front (Tahrir al-Sham Hay'at or the Levant Liberation Board), the Islamic al-Turkistani Party and other groups have been killed in the army operation in the three provinces… … …

The family of Russia’s air pilot Oleg Peshkov, who was killed after his bomber was shot down over Syria by a Turkish jet last autumn, has dismissed the idea it might agree to accept compensations from Turkey.

“Not of course. This is nonsense. Nobody is writing any messages to Turkey with demands for a compensation,” the killed pilot’s brother, Pavel Peshkov, said in an interview on a Moscow radio station.

“We’ve never had an idea of asking for anything.
Even if we are offered a compensation, none of us will take it.
This is not just humiliating. It is terrible”.

The ISIL terrorist group is using organ harvesting as a way to finance its operations and save the lives of injured members, media reports said on Tuesday.

The Wahhabi interpretation of Islam adopted by ISIL has even pushed them further. For them [ISIL] it is permissible to kill an apostate and eat his flesh if deemed necessary. Thus, incarnating Cannibalism in its ugliest practices. Boris Walker, an Israeli man also known as Boris Wolfman, was arrested for performing illegal surgeries on the Syrian refugees in small Turkish clinics. Patients illegally receiving an organ had to pay between €70,000 and €100,000, according to an indictment lodged against him, whereas the refugee organ donors received very small amount of money, resulting in tens of thousands of euros in profit for each transplant.

In 2012, at least 10 Israeli citizens were arrested for membership in an organ trafficking gang. It also included organs of the Palestinians killed by the Israelis. Israel admitted in 2009 that it had harvested organs from dead Palestinians without permission from their next of kin in the 1990s…

The Russian Air Force tracked and targeted a long column of terrorists crossing Turkish border to join their comrades in Northern and Northwestern battlefields in Syria.

The terrorists, that were mainly Turkmen, were caught by the Russian Air Force’s reconnaissance planes attempting to enter the Lattakia province from one of the Turkish border-crossings near Yayladagi.

Upon the entry of Jeish al-Turkmen and al-Nusra Front into Syria, the Russian air fleet struck their convoy of vehicles in the Furniluk Forests, ending in the rebel fighters scattering around the border in order to evade the powerful aerial assault.

When the Russian warplanes backed off, the Syrian Air Force launched their own airstrikes over the Furniluk Forests, keeping up the pressure on the trapped rebel fighters.

Meantime, the Syrian Army, the Syrian Resistance, the National Defense Forces (NDF) and the Syrian Social Nationalist Party (SSNP) carried out a ground assault on the final villages located before the Turkish border-crossing into the city of Yayladagi.

Artillery shelling and small arms fire originating from both sides of the Line of Contact has mired the cease-fire agreed upon under Minsk II on an almost daily basis. As recently as the end of February of this year, the OSCE has monitored and reported on the movement of heavy weapons out of storage on the part of the UAF at numerous times in clear violation of Minsk II, as well as the positioning of infantry fighting vehicles within the 15 kilometer exclusion zone on the part of the militias.

Civilians of the Donbass have been subjected to indiscriminant artillery bombardment from the UAF on a continuous basis.

The tensions between Russia and Turkey that have come out of differing objectives in the Syrian conflict and the downing of the Russian SU-24 last year may now be manifesting in the Ukraine as well. Turkish militants have apparently been working with Crimean Tartars in acts of sabotage directed at the Crimean peninsula.

Apparently, the Tartar nationalists that have allied with the Right Sector to enforce an illegal energy and food blockage of Crimea from the Kherson region are receiving material support from the Turkish government. Pictures have appeared that show members of the Turkish “Grey Wolves” with Tartar nationalists in the Kherson area, as well as comments from the Tartar nationalist leader Lenur Islyamov that Turkey has provided him with monetary and material support for the blockade.

It is unknown how many Grey Wolves may be operating in Ukraine, but the internal security forces of Crimea are well aware of their presence.

With the violent police seizure of Turkey’s biggest independent newspaper this weekend, the country has finally crossed the line to become a fully-fledged dictatorship.

For many months now, the government of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has been cracking down on media as part of a wider move towards an increasingly authoritarian regime under his ruling Justice and Development Party.

Under Turkey’s state constitution, freedom of media is supposed to be guaranteed from government interference.

Clearly, Turkey can no longer pretend to be a democratic state.

The constitution has been sacked in the most graphic way.

It is now a dictatorship where those who criticize the “ruler” are liable to receive prison sentences because they are either “terrorist supporters” or “insulting” his ego.

The increasingly despotic nature of Turkey under Erdogan is intimately bound up with his regime’s criminal aggression towards Syria.

Military sources announced that the Syrian Army and its allies have significantly advanced against the militant groups in the Northern part of Lattakia province and are only 7 kilometers away from a Turkish border city.

The Syrian army troops and their allies are quickly advancing towards the final border-crossing from Jabal al-Turkmen (Turkmen Mountain) in the Lattakia province to the Hatay Province of Turkey.

On Monday evening, the Syrian soldiers, Special Forces, the Syrian Marines, the Syrian Social Nationalist Party (SSNP) and Liwa Suqour al-Sahra (Desert Hawks Brigade) advanced along the steep heights that overlook the large Turkish city of Yayladagi, leaving only 7 km of territory between them and the Hatay Province.

Shelling attack from Turkish side targets foreign journalists in northern Lattakia

4 journalists from Russia, China, Bulgaria and Canada were injured due to the attack.

A military source dismissed the attack as “a breach of the cessation of hostilities,” saying it is evidence of the extent of the Turkish regime’s involvement in supporting terrorist groups and inciting them to torpedo the agreement.

The group of journalists consisted of 33 reporters from Bulgaria, Greece, Germany, the United States, China, Russia, and Canada.

Military planes are landing in Damascus and Aleppo airports respectively carrying 6000 officers and soldiers of the “Sabereen Unit” to support the on-going ground offensive in reef of Syria.

The Lebanese Hezbollah is also injecting fresh forces to the same area where also the Syrian Kurds are advancing against Salafist Jihadist led by al-Qaeda in Syria, also known as Jabhat al-Nusra, and their allies.

Iran and Russia are determined to change the map of Syria to the advantage of Damascus before the end of this coming summer.

The IRGC Sabereen unit operating in large Aleppo outskirts (North, South, West and East reef) was established more than ten years ago in Iran and were selected as a Special Elite Forces.

These are trained to participate to warfare combat, to penetrate deep into and behind enemy lines and above all to fight Jihadists.

These are the spearhead against al-Qaeda in Northern and western reef Aleppo and Eastern reef against the so-called “Islamic State” (ISIS) group.

Who’s giving the orders here?

The evidence points to Washington losing control over its regional underlings. That in turn makes the situation all the more volatile and dangerous.

In this fissile situation of rogue regimes going even more rogue, the prospect of an all-out regional and even global war is sharply increased.

It is common to think of the US and its global system of allies and clients as a top-down order. Washington is the executive and the rest are mere minions and vassals, to do as Uncle Sam beckons.

While that is largely correct, the rapidly changing world has seen a precipitous decline in American power, in line with its flagging economy.
The US may still be a ferocious military behemoth, but its political leverage is not what it used to be.

This decline in US “soft power” has opened up space for its client regimes to become more uppity.

France, the United States and Britain have rejected the text of a Russian-drafted UN resolution aimed at putting an end to Turkey’s military actions and provocations in Syria.

French Ambassador to the UN Francois Delattre claimed Moscow’s backing of Syrian forces had led to a dangerous escalation in the war.

Meanwhile, US Ambassador to the UN Samantha Power said the draft would distract the world, adding Moscow should instead focus on implementing a UN resolution passed in December that endorsed an international road map for a Syria peace process.

Turkey has called for a joint ground operation in Syria, insisting it is the only way to stop the country’s five-year war.

“The Syrian government forces, after imposing full control over Nawareh village in the Northeastern side of Otayreh and purging terrorists from the strategic al-Barakah and al-Khadhra mountains, are very close to Lattakia’s border with Turkey,” they went on to say.

The military operations against the terrorist organizations are continuing, with the army’s units intensifying their operations against terrorist targets, destroying equipment and leaving many terrorists dead.

The army, in cooperation with popular defense groups, established full control on Marj al-Sultan village, the Airport and the near farms, as well as the southern farms of al-Blaliya in Eastern al-Ghouta.

The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) denounced on Monday terrorists’ use of one of its ambulance plates to carry out a terrorist car bomb attack in al-Zahraa neighborhood in Homs city , asserting that such practice aims to abuse the humanitarian work of the organization in Syria.

The terrorist organizations are losing more of their members, including groups’ leaders, as the army units continue operations against their positions, backed by the air force.

The terrorist leader of the so-called “Liwaa al-Nassr” group, who is named Aqil Jumaa, and four of his fellows were killed in a special army operation in the surroundings of al-Kouz Mountain in the northern countryside of Lattakia province, a military source said.

The Syrian Arab Army announced on Friday that its troops alongside popular forces have not left any safe place for the militants of al-Nusra Front in the mountainous regions in the Northern parts of Lattakia province bordering Turkey after weeks of clashes and mop-up operations.

The army said that the Syrian government forces won all battles against the al-Qaeda-affiliated Nusra Front North of Lattakia near the border with Turkey.

“Al-Nusra as one of the strongest terrorist group in Syria has withdrawn from its strongholds near the border with Turkey,” the army source added.

The Syrian Army and its allies are now in a good supplying position in the coastal province of Lattakia after they brought the strategic Lattakia-Kassab highway under their control, military sources said Saturday.

“The recapture of Turkmen mountain (Jabal al-Turkmen) by the Syrian forces played a significant role in reopening the highway,” the military source further added.

We know who are stuffing pockets in Turkey and letting terrorists prosper from the sale of oil they stole in Syria. The terrorists are using these receipts to recruit mercenaries, buy weapons and plan inhuman terrorist attacks against Russian citizens and against people in France, Lebanon, Mali and other states.

We remember that the militants who operated in the North Caucasus in the 1990s and 2000s found refuge and received moral and material assistance in Turkey. We still find them there.

Probably, Allah has decided to punish the ruling clique in Turkey by taking their mind and reason.

But, if they expected a nervous or hysterical reaction from us, if they wanted to see us become a danger to ourselves as much as to the world, they won’t get it. They won’t get any response meant for show or even for immediate political gain. They won’t get it.

Our actions will always be guided primarily by responsibility – to ourselves, to our country, to our people. We are not going to rattle the sabre. But, if someone thinks they can commit a heinous war crime, kill our people and get away with it, suffering nothing but a ban on tomato imports, or a few restrictions in construction or other industries, they’re delusional. We’ll remind them of what they did, more than once. They’ll regret it. We know what to do.

Meanwhile, the Turkish people are kind, hardworking and talented. We have many good and reliable friends in Turkey. Allow me to emphasise that they should know that we do not equate them with the certain part of the current ruling establishment that is directly responsible for the deaths of our servicemen in Syria.

Alparslan Celik, deputy commander of a Syrian Turkmen brigade turned out to be the son of a mayor of a Keban municipality in Turkey’s Elazig province.

He also turned out to be the member of The Grey Wolves ultranationalist group, members of which have carried out scores of political murders since 1970s.
