A Turkish dissident leader revealed that the pharmaceutical companies affiliated to Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s government have provided the terrorists in Syria with Sarin gas, reiterating that Ankara has been directly involved in Khan Sheikhoun chemical attack.
Sarhab Golhan, the leader of Moon and Star party, was quoted by SANA news agency as saying that Erdogan is directly involved in the chemical attack and he is “the ISIL’s current leader”.

“If investigations are carried out about Khan Sheikhoun incident, it will certainly reveal that Erdogan is behind it and all massacres happening in our region; the Justice and Development government opened the borders to the terrorists’ easy traffic and equipped them with weapons,” he added.
Golhan said that certain pharmaceutical companies close to the Justice and Development government have supplied the terrorists with Sarin gas to be used against the civilians and raise allegations against the Syrian government to provoke the international community…………………..

The Turkish security forces are training some Syrians as part of a force to take action in the areas which they occupy in northern Syria.

According to the ‘Yeni Shafak’ newspaper, translated by the Lebanese newspaper al-Akhbar, 450 Syrians undergo a training by the Turkish armed forces to be deployed into the main Syrian-occupied Turkish cities.

It should function as a guarantee for the security of the area.

“Turkey wants to train up to 5,000 police officers as part of this project,” added the paper, with a video of training during which the trained fighters chant slogans, including: “Allahou- Akbar against all oppressors! Long live Turkey! Long live Erdogan! Long live free and worthy Syria!”………………….

In the course of a recent operation to liberate a terrorist-held enclave in northern Latakia, Syrian Army troops discovered a ‘manual for terrorists’. Printed in Turkey, the book teaches jihadis “the proper conduct of war on foreign soil,” up to and including the use of nuclear weapons.

The manual, printed in Arabic and called ‘Zad al-Mujahed’ (roughly, ‘Fruits for the work of God’s Warriors’) was published in Istanbul, with its publishers making no attempt to even try to hide the book’s origins. It features the logo of the Istanbul-based Guraba publishing company, contact information, and even an ISBN, inside its front cover.

Speaking to Sputnik Arabic, the Syrian Army soldier who discovered the book said that it was filled with hatred and calls to war against people who don’t share jihadists’ faith, as well as instructions on what must be done with “enemies and their property.”

“The book describes how to properly burn cities captured by jihadi fighters, how to cut down all the trees, destroy all life, how to execute prisoners in the correct manner”, the soldier explained… … …

Turkish Prime Minister said that 2,839 soldiers and officers implicated in an overnight coup attempt have been arrested. At least 265 people have been killed, including 104 pro-coup participants, while 1,440 people were injured in military action in Istanbul and Ankara.

According to Prime Minister Binali Yildirim, those arrested included ordinary soldiers and high-ranking officers. He added that about 20 of those who planned the overnight coup were killed and 30 more were wounded.

Acting chief of staff of the armed forces Umit Dundar said during a press conference that more than 190 people have been killed since the attempted coup was launched.

“1,563 soldiers were arrested, and 104 military who took part in the coup were killed in clashes. Ninety others were also killed, including 41 [pro-government] police officers, 2 [pro-government] soldiers and 47 civilians,” he said.

The Turkish military has been ordered to ignore Islamic State’s activities on Turkey’s border with Syria, allowing the jihadists to dig trenches and plant mines unimpeded, locals in the frontier town of Karkamis told RT.

The government of Turkey’s president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, has recently been keen to demonstrate its tough stance on Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL), with reports of Turkish military operations against the terror group filling the national headlines.

However, RT learned that the situation on the ground is very different from that presented by Ankara when its correspondent, Lizzie Phelan, visited the Turkish town of Karkamis near the border area in Syria controlled by IS (ISIS, ISIL, DAESH).

IS militants and their fortifications in the Syrian town of Jarablus are “strikingly visible” from the other side of the frontier, RT’s Phelan reported.

“When we zoom across the border, on top of… the building we can clearly see an IS (Daesh) flag,” she said.

Phelan said she saw IS “vehicles moving just across the fence [on the border]” and heard the jihadists “calling over their loudspeakers, saying things like ‘God help ISIS in its fight.’”

The terrorist group, which controls 98 kilometers along the border, had also dug extensive trenches – a task taking months to complete, but completely ignored by the Turkish army.

The Russian air force targeted and destroyed the telecommunication towers in Northern Syria near the borders with Turkey and cut off the terrorists’ internet and lines of communication with Turkey’s MIT intelligence agency.

According to a report by al-Mayadeen news channel, the Russian warplanes smashed two telecommunication towers at the Syrian-Turkish borders, disconnecting the terrorists’ contacts with the Turkish intelligence agency.

Other sources said the terrorists who have be caught off hand are now thinking of ways to reestablish their contacts with Turkey.

Earlier reports said that the European satellite operators give terrorists, specially the ISIL (ISIS, IS, Daesh) members, an opportunity to upload propaganda, exchange information and possibly even prepare terrorist attacks.

The ISIL members located in Syria and Iraq are gaining access to the Internet using opportunities offered by European satellite operators, Spiegel online wrote last year.

The communication is reported to be carried out via satellites of European companies Avanti Communications headquartered in the UK and Eutelsat in France.

(SouthFront) ~ At least 28 people have been killed and 61 injured in a car explosion in the center of Ankara. The scene of the explosion took place at 16:30 GMT and is located in close proximity to Turkey’s parliament, the Presidency of the General Staff, and Army, Air Force, Navy and Coast Guard commands. The attack was originally targeting military buses at traffic lights.

There isn’t information about the organizers of the attack but it comes in a serious time for the country since Turkey has been conducting massive operations against the Kurds and the Assad government forces in Northern Syria.

On Feb.17, Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Yalcin Akdogan said Turkey wants to establish a secure zone 10km within Syria which would include the town of Azaz. Turkey has been attempting to implement a kind of this plan for a long time.

Erdogan’s regime already consternated a significant military force, the 2nd Army, at the Syrian border.

The Syrian Foreign Ministry blames Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey for the ongoing terrorist attacks across the Arab nation.

On Friday, Turkey sent troops into Iraq. Contrary to what you might have read, there’s really nothing unusual about that.

Russia Insider reports that the ambush on the Russian U-24 bomber was guided by the US Airforce.

In an interview with the Russian news agency Regnum, a Russian military expert said that “A US Air Force Boeing E-3 Sentry AWACS plane took off on 24 November from the Preveza airbase in Greece.

A second E-3A of the Saudi Arabian air force took off from the Riyadh airbase.

Both planes were executing a common task—determining the precise location of Russian aircraft. It is they that picked the “victim.”

The American E-3A was supposed to determine the activity of the Su-24M2′s onboard targeting radar, to determine if it was in search mode or if it had already locked on to a target and was processing launch-data. It is known that the AWACS can direct the activity of aircraft in battle, conveying information to their avionics and flight computers.

The expert went on explaining the technical details of how the US and Saudi AF planes guided the Turkish F-16s to a sure missile launch in ‘target illumination’ mode, meaning that the radar was turned off as soon as the missile locket into its target.

Turkey’s leadership, including President Erdogan and his family, is involved in illegal oil trade with Islamic State militants, says the Russian Defense Ministry, stressing that Turkey is the final destination for oil smuggled from Syria and Iraq.

The Russian Defense Ministry held a major briefing on new findings concerning IS funding in Moscow on Wednesday.

According to Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov, Russia is aware of three main oil smuggling routes to Turkey.

“Today, we are presenting only some of the facts that confirm that a whole team of bandits and Turkish elites stealing oil from their neighbors is operating in the region,” Antonov said, adding that this oil

“in large quantities” enters the territory of Turkey via “live oil pipelines,” consisting of thousands of oil trucks.

Antonov added that Turkey is the main buyer of smuggled oil coming from Iraq and Syria.

“According to our data, the top political leadership of the country – President Erdogan and his family – is involved in this criminal business.”

Russia has received additional intelligence confirming that oil from deposits controlled by Islamic State is moved through Turkey on an industrial scale, said Vladimir Putin. President Recep Erdogan said he will resign if this is confirmed.

Moscow has grounds to suspect that Turkey shot down a Russian Su-24 on November 24 to secure illegal oil deliveries from Syria to Turkey, Putin said on the sidelines of the climate change summit in Paris on Monday.

“At the moment we have received additional information confirming that that oil from the deposits controlled by Islamic State militants enters Turkish territory on industrial scale,” he said.

“We have every reason to believe that the decision to down our plane was guided by a desire to ensure security of this oil’s delivery routes to ports where they are shipped in tankers,” Putin said.

Turkish regime have detained two generals and a colonel for their alleged role in the January interception of trucks belonging to the country’s intelligence agency that were reportedly carrying weapons to the Takfiri terror groups operating in neighboring Syria.

On Saturday, Turkish police arrested Ankara Gendarmerie Regional Commander Major General Ibrahim Aydin, former Adana Gendarmerie Regional Commander Brigadier General Hamza Celepoglu and former Gendarmerie Criminal Laboratory Head Colonel Burhanettin Cihangiroglu.

The report came only two days after a prosecutor in Turkey demanded that Can Dundar, editor-in-chief of center-left Turkish daily newspaper, Cumhuriyet, along with the paper’s Ankara representative, Erdem Gul, appear in court in Istanbul to face charges of “espionage and treason.” The two journalists had earlier revealed Ankara’s arms delivery to militants in Syria in their reports.

Cumhuriyet says the charges carry up to 45 years in prison altogether.

The Russian fighter jets bombed a Turkish convoy of trucks carrying weapons to terrorist groups in Syria.
The airstrikes hit the trucks which were carrying weapons from Turkey to the Takfiri terrorists fighting in Syria near Azaz town in Aleppo.

The sources said that the Syria army, the country’s National Defense Forces (NDF) and the Lebanese Hezbollah fighters continued their joint anti-terrorism operation near the town of Humaymah al-Kabeera, and seized control over the strategic Tal Humaymah after fierce clashes with the Takfiri terrorists.

“Foreign media reports that Russian warplanes have allegedly destroyed a column of trucks from an ‘aid convoy’, which was on its way from Turkey, near the Bab el Salam border crossing are speculation”.

“Nothing was left of those ammunitions. Therefore, we would recommend you not to try to pass off a burning truck convoy with munitions meant for the militants operating to the north of Aleppo as relief aid next time,” the Russian general said.

We know that Turkey is lying for three reasons.

One reason is that NATO governments lie every time that they open their mouths.

A second reason is that Turkey’s claim that the SU-24 was in Turkey’s airspace for 17 seconds but only traveled 1.15 miles means that the SU-24 was flying at stall speed! The entire Western media was too incompetent to do the basic math!

A third reason is that, assuming Turkey’s claim of a 17 second airspace violation is true, 17 seconds is not long enough for a Turkish pilot to get clearance for such a serious and reckless act as shooting down a Russian military aircraft.
If the SU-24 was flying at a normal speed rather than one that would be unable to keep the aircraft aloft, the alleged airspace violation would not have been long enough to be noticed. A shootdown had to have been pre-arranged.

The Turks (knowing that the Russians were foolishly trusting to the agreement that there be no air to air encounters) told pilots to look for an opportunity.

Needless to say, Moscow and Ankara are at odds over precisely what happened on Tuesday when a Russian Su-24 was shot down near the Syrian border.

The two pilots ejected and attempted to parachute to safety but Turkmen FSA-allied Alwiya al-Ashar militiamen shot at them as they fell before posting a video purporting to show rebel soldiers celebrating over one of the bodies. It only got worse from there when the FSA’s 1st Coastal Brigade used a US-made TOW to destroy a Russian search and rescue helicopter.

Clearly, this was a marked escalation and indeed it was the first time a NATO member had engaged a Russian or Soviet warplane in more than 60 years.

The downing of a Russian warplane in Syria by Turkey appears to be a pre-planned provocation, the Russian Foreign Minister said.

“We have serious doubts that this act was unintentional. It looks very much like a preplanned provocation,” Lavrov said, citing Turkey’s failure to maintain proper communication with Russia, the abundance of footage of the incident and other evidence.

Lavrov added that many Russian partners called the incident “an obvious ambush.”

The Russian FM said the region where the incident happened is home to hundreds of terrorist gangs al-Qaeda affiliated, with known terrorist groups and elements of their infrastructure such as weapons depots and command points there, he said.

He added the downing of the Russian warplane occurred shortly after a series of airstrikes on terrorist oil convoys and facilities by the Russian Air Force. The incident “sheds new light” on the issue, according to the Russian foreign minister.

“Very strange statements were voiced after a NATO meeting called by the Turks, which didn’t express any regret or condolences and in effect were aimed at covering up what the Turkish Air Force did yesterday,” Lavrov said. “A similar reaction came from the European Union.”

Turkey’s downing of the Russian warplane over the Syrian territory confirms beyond doubt that the Turkish government backs terrorism and is providing all forms of support to the terrorist organizations that are crumbling under the Syrian Arab Army’s strikes, a military source said on Tuesday.

Russian Defense Ministry announced earlier today that a Russian Su-24 fighter jet had been shot down as it was on a mission targeting terrorists in the northern countryside of Lattakia province.

The Ministry confirmed that the plane hadn’t violated Turkish airspace and was flying at an altitude of 6,000 meters.

In a statement to SANA, the military source condemned Turkey’s downing of the Russian aircraft, which took place at 9:23 am, as a “gross violation of the Syrian sovereignty.

POLITICAL ANALYST PEPE ESCOBAR BELIEVES TURKEY IS CLEARLY LINKED TO ISIS AND OTHER EXTREMIST ORGANIZATIONS IN SYRIA.

A Russian warplane has gone down near the Turkish-Syrian border after an apparent attack.

Turkish and Russian sources have given conflicting reports about the incident, which has the potential to escalate the tension between Russia and NATO member Turkey.

Acts of aggression would only strengthen Syria’s determination to fight terrorist groups with support from Russia, the Syrian General Staff said after the downing of the Russian bomber near the Turkish border.

“Reckless acts of aggression will only strengthen our determination to continue the fight against terrorists with the assistance of our friends, especially Russia,” Syrian state agency SANA reported, citing a statement from the General Staff.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov expressed “anger and frustration” over the “unpredictable actions of Turkey” as it downed the Russian Su-24 on Tuesday.These actions are “completely inexplicable,” he said. He stressed that according to Russian military intelligence, the Su-24 jet was downed in Syrian airspace.”In this case it is certainly important to hear some reaction from Western countries and NATO regarding such actions.”

He added that the downing of the Russian warplane will not affect the counter-terrorist operations of Russian air forces.

Russian state tourism agency Rostourism has recommended suspending sales of tour packages to Turkey.

“Turkey backstabbed Russia by downing the Russian warplane and acted as accomplices of the terrorists”, President Vladimir Putin said.

“This incident stands out against the usual fight against terrorism. Our troops are fighting heroically against terrorists, risking their lives. But the loss we suffered today came from a stab in the back delivered by accomplices of the terrorists”, Putin said.

Putin said the plane was hit by a Turkish warplane as it was traveling at an altitude of 6000 meters about a kilometer from the Turkish border. It was hit by an air-to-air missile launched by a Turkish F-16 jet. The crash site is four kilometers from the border. The plane posed no threat to Turkish national security, he stressed.

Putin said the plane was targeting terrorist targets in the Latakia province of Syria, many of whom came from Russia.
