The Syrian Foreign Ministry blames Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey for the ongoing terrorist attacks across the Arab nation.
In two letters sent to the UN Secretary General and the President of the UN Security Council, the ministry has said that Riyadh, Ankara and Doha generously fund and arm the terrorists. It added that such a support is a flagrant violation of a number of UN resolutions.
The ministry also slammed the United States, France and Britain for preventing the UN Security Council from adopting serious measures in condemnation of terrorist crimes in Syria. It added that such inaction would further embolden the terrorists to escalate their violence.

Twenty-year-old Abdurrahman Abdulhadi says he received training in a camp in Turkey. Abdulhadi added that Turkish commanders were among the trainers whose teachings were translated for ISIL newcomers.
