The Syrian Army, backed by the Syrian Air Force, continued carrying out combating terrorism in Daraa, Deir Ezzour, Homs, Hama, Sweida countrysides and various area, provinces of the country.
Syrian Army units with a cover from the Syrian Air Force targeted hideouts and gatherings of terrorists from Daesh, Jabhat al-Nusra and other mercenary gangs and terrorist organizations across the country, wrecking their Comman centers, killing dozens of them and destroying their vehicles and equipment.
Army units, with a cover from the Syrian Air force, clashed with Jabhat al-Nusra and Jund al-Aqsa foreign-backed mercenary-terrorists in al-Tamanaa, Skeik and Atshan who tried to attack residential areas in the direction of Maan, 30 km north of Hama city.
The attack was foiled and 28 terrorists were killed, including one of Jabhat al-Nusra leaders in Atshan who is nicknamed “Abu Moussa.
Hundreds displaced families are back to their homes in al-Qaryatain, Homs.
Mayor of al-Qaryatain Mohammed Deif Allah al-Qaed said that about 200 families currently live in the city in addition to hundreds of families willing to return back after securing the basic infrastructure, particularly drinking water.
