Daesh massacres 40 civilians in Aleppo countryside, 5 civilians killed in terrorist attacks in Aleppo city. Daesh-ISIS terrorists on Friday massacred 40 civilians in the village of Ghandoura in the countryside of Aleppo province on Friday, while a total of five civilians were killed and 29 others were injured due to terrorist attacks with rocket shells and gunfire which targeted Aleppo city.

Local sources said that ISIS terrorists committed a horrific massacre in Ghandoura village in Jarablos area in the far northern countryside of Aleppo province, murdering 40 civilians including women, children, and elderly people.

Death toll from al-Sayyida Zainab [Damascus countryside] twin bombings rises to 12. The death toll from al-Sayyida Zainab town twin terrorist bombings on Saturday has risen to 12, a source at Damascus countryside Police Command said.

Terrorist groups targeted Hadar village and al-Baath city in Quneitra southern province with shells, artillery and shots on Monday where two people got injured and service utilities were damaged.

A source at Quneitra Police Command said that terrorists in al-Samadaniyeh al-Gharbieh fired five mortar and artillery shells on al-Khadami neighborhood in al-Baath city, causing an injury to a child and material damage to public and private properties including the buildings of Health Directorate, Civil Status Office and Finance Directorate.

The source pointed out that Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Jebbata al-Khashab targeted farmers with gunshots in Hadar village, causing severe injuries to a person.

Washington will continue to back a rebel group that reportedly committed a massacre in Syria, because they were “vetted” by the Saudis and play a role in the Syrian political process, the State Department spokesman told reporters.

Ahrar Al-Sham (Harakat Ahrar ash-Sham al-Islamiyya or “Islamic Movement of the Free Men of the Levant”) is one of the largest rebel groups in Syria, and belongs to the Saudi-backed High Negotiating Committee (HNC).
