The Syrian [Arab] Army, supported by the country’s National Defense Forces, is preparing for the beginning of a large-scale operation to sweep the militant-held eastern districts of Aleppo, according to RIA Novosti.

A large-scale military operation by the Syrian Army to drive the terrorists out of the eastern districts of Aleppo is due to kick off in northern Syria very soon, RIA Novosti reported.

According to Arab experts, up to 7,000 militants remain in Aleppo’s eastern areas.

On Thursday, Syrian forces launched artillery strikes against fortified enemy positions in the neighborhoods of Tariq al-Bab, Salikhin, Shaar and Es Sukkar where the terrorists’ first line of defense is deployed.

The shelling came as Syrian warplanes staged air strikes on the militants’ logistical hubs in Khan al-Asal, Kafr Hamra and Haraytan.

On Friday morning, Syrian Air Force planes destroyed one of the key command centers of the Jaish al-Fath militants located west of Aleppo.

In addition, the air raids obliterated several headquarters of the terrorist Jabhat Fateh al-Sham group, previously known as Al-Nusra. The headquarters were stationed north of Aleppo.

He was notorious for plundering the factories at Bani Zayd. He was an army deserter.

Army units eliminated also a number of terrorists and destroyed their vehicles around the Air Force Academy, Khan al-Assal, Andan, al-Sheikh Saeed, Qadi Askar, al-Tamoura, al-Rashdin, Hanano, Kafr Hamra, Bani Zeid, Hayyan, Hreitan, al-Ashrafiye, the Old City, al-Layramoun, Daret Azza, and Mare’a in Aleppo and its countryside.

Minister of Information Omran al-Zoubi said that the Israeli aggression in Quneitra was not a single act, but a continuation of the Israeli support to armed terrorist groups that are listed internationally as terrorist organizations.

Syrians of the occupied Golan reaffirm commitment to motherland, Zionist annexing “null and void”

On the 33rd anniversary of the Israeli ominous decision, people of Golan affirmed, in a statement, their adherence to their Syrian Arab identity, asserting that the Israeli decision is “illegal and not worth the ink it is written with.”

They expressed rejection of the Israeli attempt to divide the Golan and to sow sedition among its people, asserting that the Zionist entity is working on supporting terrorists and paving the way for them to target the Syrian Arab Army and to establish buffer zone on the land of the Golan with the aim of usurping it from the homeland.

On the 33rd anniversary of the Israeli illegal decision on annexing OF the occupied Golan, the Syrian Social Nationalist Party (SSNP)held a solidarity stand in Jaramana, Damascus countryside, expressing rejection of the decision and voicing support to the resilience of the Golan’s people.

Chairman of the SSNP Qunietra branch Mahmoud Bakkar said ..the Israeli enemy continues its aggression against the people in the occupied Golan to undermine the will of the Syrians, yet their cultural and historical image can’t be abolished through conspiracies, rockets and shells.
