The leaders of the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics (DPR and LPR) held a press conference in Lugansk on Friday in a display of unity against Kiev putschists and to discuss areas of Donbass that are under the control of Kiev’s forces.
Igor Plotnitsky, Head of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic (Russian):“I want to say that we have never considered and will not consider temporarily occupied territories as lost for us. Those [areas] are our homeland, they are our native people, and they are temporarily under the occupation of fascist Ukraine, because today that is the regime that exists in Ukraine, as they decided, and by right, is called fascism”.
Igor Plotnitsky, Head of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic (Russian):“We invite all our citizens, we have not forgotten about you. You do not have the February 23 holiday; you do not have the May 9 holiday. Come to us, you will have an opportunity to celebrate those old holidays with us that were historically formed in our land, on our territory, in the Russian world”.
Alexander Zakharchenko, Head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (Russian):“Our brothers and sisters are there on that territory, and this message is to them, first of all. We have not forgotten about them, we remember our debt to Kramatorsk, Lisichansk. We remember our friends and brothers that were killed on the battlefields in those years. We remember hundreds, thousands of tortured people that were accused of separatism and terrorism”.
Igor Plotnitsky, Head of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic (Russian):“There are no contradictions between the LPR and DPR. We do not have any of the problems they put on us. And actually, you should trust official sources, not gossip that goes around”.
Alexander Zakharchenko, Head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (Russian):“I think that world leaders, and especially in Europe, will start thinking about this, and I think that in the next few hours a big brain-storming session is going to start there, that will allow us to decide on something in four days”.

Did someone put a burning brown bag on your porch? Russians did it!…says SBU [Ukrainian Security Service]
Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko is playing a desperate poker game in which he is gambling his political future with an all-out war in Europe. In a scene reminiscent of an old Hollywood B-movie Western, Poroshenko appears like a washed-up gunslinger with a lousy hand of cards who is bluffing with empty bravado.
However, the difference is Poroshenko is no gunslinger. And this is not fiction. It is grim reality where lives are suffering from his poker games.
He is a billionaire chocolate oligarch who along with his cronies in Kiev have driven their country into ruins. If a war breaks out, these effete, self-dealing elites will not be doing the fighting. They will find some luxury exile from where to spend their embezzled loot.
… … …
According to Eduard Basurin, the vice commander of the DPR, as quoted in Fort Russ: “Following the talk between Poroshenko and Trump, Ukraine will in the near future cease to receive financial and military support for its terrorist operation in the land of Donbass. In connection with this, the Ukrainian president has fallen into complete despair and is ready to desperately commit to the most reckless action of unleashing a full-scale and bloody war in Eastern Europe.”……………………..
Prominent DPR Commander ‘Givi’ ~ The legendary commander of the Somali battalion of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Mikhail Tolstykh, popular with his nickname “Givi” has been killed in his office in Donetsk.
The first reports from Russian media have suggested that an explosive detonated and killed Givi. The DPR officials have labeled it as a “terrorist act” and that they’ll do everything possible to find the ones behind the assault. The news comes as the self-proclaimed republics of DPR and LPR have been witnessing the largest military activities since the signing of the Minsk-2 agreement.
Givi is yet another victim of such assault as earlier this week LPR’s colonel Oleg Anashtenko died in a similar case when his car was blown up. In October 2016, another legendary commander, Aresen Pavlov “Motorola”, was killed in an explosion in his home.
A terrorist attack in the capital of the Lugansk People’s Republic in Donbass killed two people including the chief of the LPR People’s Militia Office. Confirmed the death of colonel Anashchenko, classifying the explosion as a terrorist attack.
On October 16, a blast in an elevator killed a prominent commander of the Donetsk People’s Republic colonel Arseniy Pavlov (call sign Motorola). The Donetsk authorities accused Kiev of masterminding the murder.
In May, a top military commander of the Lugansk People’s Republic, Alexei Mozgovoi, was assassinated by unknown gunmen when his car ran into an ambush……………
The Kiev government provoked the latest escalation of violence in east Ukraine as it needs money from its Western partners, which is easier to achieve when a nation pretends to be a victim and facing aggression, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said.
“The Ukrainian leadership today needs money, and the best way to extort money is [to do that] from the European Union, from certain countries in Europe, from the United States and international institutions, presenting itself as a victim of aggression,”Putin said.
“As we know, the current Ukrainian government took a one-sided position to support one of the candidates during the election campaign in the US,”he said.
“What’s more, some [Ukrainian] oligarchs were even financing this candidate – or female candidate to be more precise – likely with approval from the government.
“Now they want to improve relations with the current administration and also using a conflict – it is always better, always more convenient, easier to draw in the new administration in solving the Ukrainian problems and thus establish some kind of dialogue.” “The Ukrainian opposition has been more active amid clear [government] failures in the economic area and social policy,”Putin said.
“I think that the current Ukrainian leadership is not ready at all to apply the Minsk agreements and is looking for a reason to refuse their implementation.”
The Russian leader made the comments during a joint press conference with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in Budapest. (…read more…)
Russian President Vladimir Putin and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban are holding a joint news conference following their talks in Budapest, Hungary. According to Putin’s top foreign policy aide, Yury Ushakov, talks are to focus on “developing economic ties” between the two countries.
The Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Igor Pavlovsky, admitted during a press briefing today that the Ukrainian armed forces are carrying out offensive operations in Donbass.
“Today, no matter what, meter by meter, step by step and seizing the opportunity, our boys are heroically moving forward,” Pavlovsky stated while commenting on the situation in Avdeevka.
However, the minister did not comment on questions concerning Ukraine’s observance of the Minsk Agreements, in particular the agreement on withdrawing heavy weapons from the contact line.
The Donbass militia and Ukrainian security forces have both declared that the situation in Donbass has deteriorated.
In the city of Avdeevka under Ukrainian control, where more than 30,000 people reside, a state of emergency has been declared due to shelling.
A “difficult situation” also prevails in militia-controlled Yasinovataya and Donetsk. The Ministry of Defense of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic has stated that the UAF has launched six offensive attempts over the last 24 hours, losing more than 90 men in the process.
The Kremlin believes that it is the Ukrainian side that has opted for active combat operations in the Avdeevka area.
Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov told journalists today: “We are dealing with provocative actions by the armed forces of Ukraine and individual groups.” Peskov drew attention to the Ukrainian army’s words “advancing meter by meter.”
“This de facto confirms that these are offensive operations,” Peskov emphasized. According to him, Kiev’s policy is thus undermining the Minsk Agreements…………….
The Ministry of Defense of the DPR has released information that instructors from NATO countries were onboard the helicopter that the republic’s servicemen shot down yesterday.
DPR deputy operative commander Eduard Basurin stated this on October 14th.
“In the helicopter at the moment of its sortie were military instructors from NATO countries”, Basurin said.
According to DPR intelligence, the helicopter crash landed in the area surrounding Krasngotovka.
Yesterday, DPR head Alexander Zakharchenko stated that the UAF attempted to attack DPR positions under the cover of a military helicopter, which was shot down but managed to land.
According to paragraph seven of the Minsk Memorandum from September 19th, 2014, the use of combat aircraft and drones is prohibited along the entire contact line designated for the ceasefire with the exception of OSCE SMM UAV’s.
Representative of the DPR Defence Ministry general-mayor Denis Sinenkov reported that DPR Intelligence intercepted documents, according to them is known that Ukrainian side prepares terroristic operation in Yasinovataya, and they want to accuse of this DPR.
Sinenkov pointed out that provocation of UAF (Ukrainian Armed Forces) will be the reason to activate military actions, and he stated that measures to prevent it were taken.
At the same time, the shelling on the Kuibishevskiy district of Donetsk started in the night of the 28th May 2016, at 1am and lasted about 2 hours. The shelling carried out from Ukrainian positions in Peski.
Shells of 122 mm caliber destroyed houses of civilians in Donetsk. Two small children were in the damaged flat in time of the shelling. Fortunately, they did not get wounds. Despite populated flats, building of kindergarten was destroyed.
Also, Kiev’s snipers fired on Friday on a group of observers of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine and the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) of the ceasefire regime in Donbass that was accompanied by journalists of China’s Xinhua news agency and Russian TV channels Zvezda and RT, the Defense Ministry of Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) whose officers were also at the site reported.
Ukrainian soldiers are leaving the army ranks en masse, while many officers keep visiting Crimea, according to a report prepared by a Defense Ministry working group in Kiev, Ukrainian media reported.
Eighty-seven naval officers have deserted to Crimea since January and a total of 559 went AWOL last year, Dumskaya.net news portal wrote.
Only 135 people have been returned, while the command did not look for the deserters, and even covered up the desertions, the report said.
At least one civilian has been killed in the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk after the Kiev army was bombing apartments and buildings in a civilian populated area.
In the mean time, the citizens of Eastern Ukraine are seriously worried because, thanks to the shelling by Kiev militias on civilian infrastructures, some areas are dangerously short of clean drinking water.
All these are Crime Against Humanity, for which the Kiev putschists will pay a high price in front of the ICC and in front of the Ukrainian people.
Three militiamen have been injured over the past 24 hours in shelling of Donetsk People’s Republic. Ukrainian military action has violated ceasefire arrangements in the war-torn region some 46 times in 24 hours, spokesman Eduard Basurinclaimed.
Shelling has been recorded near the settlements of Gorlovka, Shirokino, Spartak, Zhabichevo, Sakhanka, Lozovoye, Novaya Maryevka, Altnoye, Oktyabr, Donetsk airport and Volvo-Centre district.
Pro-Kiev forces have destroyed a gas pipeline and a cafe building in Donetsk with artillery shelling. “After an explosive object hit, roof and floor were destroyed on an area of 2,500 meters in the Dilyara cafe on Marshal Zhukov Street.
A shell also damaged a gas pipeline on Signalnaya Street,” the press service Donetsk city administration said on Wednesday. The DPR emergencies ministry has confirmed information about shillings.
According to its reports around 300 explosive objects were found near Lisichanskaya, including 105 artillery shells of 152mm, 14 of 125mm and 20 mines for a 120mm mortar. Explosive objects were also found near Khartsyzsk, Debaltsevo and Gorlovka.
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said that the military operation in Ukraine would be stopped when Kiev regained control of Crimea and Donbas territories.
The Ukrainian president added that combat operations in the conflict zone would be carried out “for as long as it is necessary.”
Crimea seceded from Ukraine and reunified with Russia in March 2014 following a referendum, in which more than 96 percent of the peninsula’s population voted to rejoin Russia.
A month later, Kiev launched a military operation in Ukraine’s eastern regions against local independence supporters who refused to recognize the new government that came to power after a February coup.
Russian Diplomat Says East Ukraine Was Home to Massive Arms Stocks Long Before the Crisis. Tank depots and stores of other “metallic items” were located there, even repair plants able to make one operational tank from two disabled ones, the envoy said.”
Kiev military have concentrated a big group of artillery and MLRSes around settlements Artemovsk, Svetlodars, Luganskoe, Mironovskiy. Same time group of Ukrainian and Western journalists have deployed in road Artemovsk-Svetlodarsk. Apparently Washington-controlled Kiev regime is preparing a new provocation with the task to blame DPR and LPR in violating ceasefire 2.0.
#According to Ministry of Defense of DPR 120 Kiev troops have given themselves up in Debaltsevo today.
#Tochka-U rocket was fired by Kiev military at Artemovsk-Debaltsevo direction from Kramatorsk
Ukraine’s Land Agency give land to soldiers in the east for free!!!
Land parcels will be given out for free to the servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and other military formations, as well as to the employees of Interior Ministry and the Security Service of Ukraine that are defending territorial integrity and sovereignty of the country in eastern and southeastern regions of Ukraine.
Barack Obama’s regime institutes ethnic cleansing in southeast Ukraine
Newsweek magazine headlined on February 5th, “‘Biggest NATO Reinforcement Since Cold War’ Sets Frontlines Against Russia,” and reported that, “According to general Charles Wald, former-deputy commander of U.S. European Command, … ‘The question for Europe is: is Putin creeping further and further west?’” Wald is quoted as saying that the case of Ukraine especially worries him. This article continues: “‘Is this a precursor to Russia moving into Moldova? Nagorno Karabakh has been bubbling up, and the Georgia issue is still unresolved. NATO has essentially set these [new military] bases in its frontline states,’ Wald says, referring to the countries’ proximity to Russian territory.” So: Russia is moving too close to NATO countries, according to the U.S. ‘Defense’ Department.
But it’s a blatant lie. Actually, since 1999, 11 former members of the Warsaw Pact, countries, which had been allied with Russia during the communist Soviet Union throughout the Cold War, have switched to the U.S. military alliance against their former ally Russia, NATO: Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Albania. So: Russia hasn’t been moving at all, not an inch; but the U.S. certainly has — by surrounding Russia with its NATO missiles.
This Newsweek story is ‘news’ that’s published in a mainstream U.S. ‘news’ source, which people pay bad money for — it’s worse than a waste, it’s their being charged for U.S.-Government propaganda.
Here is authentic news, from an authentic news source… … …
AN AGREEMENT HAS BEEN BROKERED IN MINSK TO STOP HOSTILITIES IN UKRAINE
“I believe we agreed on a big deal. We agreed to a ceasefire starting at 00:00 on February 15” Russian President Vladimir Putin told the media after the talks were finished. Putin said that Kiev’s unwillingness to hold direct talks with the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics was among the reasons it took so much time to reach an agreement. “They may be unrecognized, but we have to deal with real life here, and if everyone wants to agree and have sustainable relations, direct contacts are needed”, Putin said.
IF BROKEN, NO NEW MEMORANDUM POSSIBLE
Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Aleksandr Zakharchenko, who signed the Minsk document, said it required additional consultation and warned that “IF THESE TERMS ARE BROKEN, THERE WILL BE NO NEW MEETINGS OR MEMORANDA”. He added that he and Igor Plotnitsky, the head of Lugansk People’s Republic, “agreed to sign the document due to guarantees from the president of Russia, chancellor of Germany and president of France,” with the hope that it would allow their people to “achieve peaceful development.”
France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine hold a new round of talks on February 11 in Minsk, Belarus in order to attempt to find a political solution regarding the conflict in eastern Ukraine.
During his meeting with Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke about the conflict in eastern Ukraine in Moscow, Wednesday.
Up to six people were killed and more than ten injured after a shell hit a bus station in central Donetsk, on Wednesday morning. The attack took place around 06.30 CET (05.30 GMT) during the rush hour when up to 50 people were at the station waiting for the bus.
Anti-Kiev militia came under attack in Logvinovo, east Ukraine, on Tuesday, costing the lives of two nearby civilians. The graphic footage shows the aftermath of the attack, and the bodies of those who died trying to flee the scene.
Not much has filtered out of the Medusa Merkel/General Hollande/Vlad tense threesome in Moscow. And yet John Kerry, as usual, is already lying through his teeth about their trip to the Kremlin.
He said Putin had sent “a couple of ideas” to France and Germany, and Merkel/Hollande were responding. Nonsense: Merkel/Hollande – in desperation – went to Moscow to talk to Putin because Putin has the ONLY possible plan to stabilize Ukraine – and that has been the case for months now.
Ukraine’s military forces have received so much NATO military aid and assistance and personnel, Russian President Vladimir Putin recently said that the Ukrainian Army is acting as NATO’s «foreign legion.» There are also credible reports that NATO has supplied the Kiev regime with deadly cluster bombs that are being used against the largely Russian-speaking civilian population of the Donbass region of eastern Ukraine.
The AN-124 that landed in Belgrade appears to have been ferrying weapons from a number of known NATO air terminals used for such purposes. After arriving in Bucharest, Romania on January 23, 2015 from the Italian island of Lampedusa, off the coast of Libya, the aircraft departed on January 23 for New Jersey in the United States. Lampedusa was a major staging base for NATO weapons supplies to Libyan rebels during the Western- and Islamist-inspired rebellion against the Qaddafi government. Bucharest has become a major base for NATO military support to Kiev.
.. Only a few hours after that Kiev’s putschists gangsters agreed to ceasefire with Dombass fighters…
…Russian journalists, including RT crew, come under fire in eastern Ukraine.
Russian journalists from the ‘Rossiya’ TV channel and RT have come under fire near Debaltsevo in the Donetsk region. They were reporting on the evacuation of civilians from the conflict zone.
The RT crew of four, including correspondents Roman Kosarev and Anna Knishenko, were near a checkpoint from which a bus with Debaltsevo refugees was supposed to leave for Donetsk when they came under fire.
Journalists are now waiting for a humanitarian convoy. Refugees find themselves in this humanitarian corridor, which the Ukrainian gangsters from Kiev side seems not to respect.

The crisis that is Ukraine has reached the boiling point, the point most sane people feared would arrive eventually.
The crucible that that country has become, it’s once again torn into shreds by familiar enemies of peace. We’ve arrived; the world that is, at the crossroads that may end up in total war.
News today from the Wall Street Journal, the Atlantic, and from Reuters to the LA Times reads; “Arm Kiev.” Well, at least it appears newspaper owners or their reporters, or the governmental press offices one, are all in favor of pressuring Russia until a real war breaks out.
For make no mistake, backed far, far back into a geostrategic corner, we all know what the Russian bear will do. Sending arms to the Poroshenko government from America, may just be an act of insanity.
Chechen Kavkaz Emirate wahhabi terrorist scum, Isa Munaev, ‘commander’ of the Ukrainian ‘Dudaev’ battalion, has been killed near Debeltseve (Debaltsevo), Ukraine, between Donetsk and Luhansk.
On the pro-regime Ukrainian TV station Hromandske TV — which is funded by the U.S. Government, the Dutch Government, and George Soros (via his International Renaissance Foundation or ‘Fund’) — is reported that the Ukrainian Government is specifically targeting civilians to die in the Donbass region in the former Ukraine’s southeast. It’s being done in order “to clean the cities.”
This is open acknowledgement that the operation, which the U.S. is financing (and Ukraine is bankrupt so it can never reimburse its donors), is actually an ethnic-cleansing campaign. Previously, on Hromadske TV, a proponent of doing just that (ethnic cleansing) was interviewed. He said: “If we take, for example, just the Donetsk oblast, there are approximately 4 million inhabitants, at least 1.5 million of which are superfluous. … Donbass must be exploited as a resource, which it is. … The most important thing that must be done — no matter how cruel it may sound — is that there is a certain category of people that must be exterminated.”
The actual reason why this southeast-Ukrainian ethnic-cleansing campaign is necessary for Obama, who installed the current regime in Ukraine, is that… … …
In other words: Obama needs to get rid of those people. They can die, or else they can flee to Russia, but Obama needs them gone from Ukraine.
Despite the talks of the Norman Quartet about the possibilities of achieving a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Ukraine, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko continues to arm the national army, Deutsche Welle reports. Ukrainian President Poroshenko personally handed over heavy military equipment to the Ukrainian army, particularly fighter aircraft and howitzers.
The delivery of heavy weapons to the army of Ukraine is a direct violation of the Minsk agreements
Western nations want to chain “the Russian bear,” pull out its teeth and ultimately have it stuffed, Russian President Vladimir Putin warned. He said anti-Russian sanctions are the cost of being an independent nation… … … Troubles of the Russian economy were payback for the reunification with Crimea.
They won’t leave us alone. They will always seek to chain us. And once we are chain, they’ll rip out our teeth and claws. Our nuclear deterrence, speaking in present-day terms,” Putin said… … … “As soon as this [chaining the bear] happens, nobody will need it anymore. They’ll stuff it. And start to put their hands on his Taiga [Siberian forest belt] after it.
“Russia in the 1990s completely stopped the long-range bomber flights that the Soviet Union used to carry out,” he said. “But American strategic bombers with nuclear weapons still flew. Why? Against whom? Who was being threatened?”.. … … And you are telling now that we have an aggressive policy? Do you have common sense? Do we place our troops at US borders? Who is placing NATO troops, military infrastructure closer to us? Does anyone listen to us, talk to us about it? No, nothing. There is always the same response: it’s not your business,” Putin said.
On December 10, 2014, the allocation of 80 hectares of agricultural land in the Dnepropetrovsk region for a cemetery for those killed in the ATO was discussed at the meeting of the Administration of the President of Ukraine.
80 acres is 800 000 square meters of land.
This is 112 Olympic football fields.
If we proceed from the fact that the standard grave covers an area of 3 square meters (2m x 1.5m), it turns out that 80 hectares can accommodate 267 thousand graves. Add the area for the walkways, roads, and it becomes clear that the need for graves in the administration of the President is 250 thousand graves.
Ceasefire, you say? No.
The government is preparing for a brutal war. And the more passionate and wild characters will perish in this war, the greater the chances of the government to stay in power.
