State Senator from Virginia Richard Black said that the establishment of US military base in Syria, a “sovereign country that has never taken any offensive action towards” America, is an “obvious violation of international law.”

The US base in Syria’s At Tanf area is a clear violation of international law, Virginia State Senator Richard Black told Sputnik.

“We’ve even set up a base at Al Tanf in the southern part, it’s an American base within the country of Syria,” Black said.
“You can’t get a more obvious violation of international law than to actually move in and set up a military base in a sovereign country that has never taken any offensive action towards our country.”

“US President Donald Trump”, Black added, “has unfortunately given authority to people “who are not well-intentioned and they are using that military authority in Syria.”
The senator also noted that Russia, Syria, and its allies are “definitely on the move. ”

“There’s no doubt that the terrorists are being thrown back on every front and I think that’s very encouraging,” he stated.

“Right now I would say if you could hold an election in Syria… President Assad would probably be reelected with 90% of the vote and that’s including the terrorist occupied areas”, Senator Black added………………………..

“U.S. Trying to Destroy Syria’s Critical Infrastructure”: A top Russian general claims that the U.S. is trying to “completely destroy critical infrastructure in Syria and complicate post-war reconstruction as much as possible”

On April 7, from 3.42 to 3.56 (MSK), two destroyers of the US Navy (USS Ross and USS Porter) made a massive strike with 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles from the area near Crete Island (Mediterranean Sea) against the Syrian Shayrat Air Base (Homs province).

According to the objective monitoring data, 23 missiles reached the Syrian Air Base. As a result, an equipment depot, a training building, a mess, six MiG-23 aircraft in repairing hangars as well as a radar station were destroyed. The runway, taxiways and aircraft of the Syrian Air Force at parking places were not damaged.

According to the information received from the Air Base Command, two Syrian servicemen are missing, 4 were killed and 6 got burning wounds during firefighting. Therefore, the combat effectiveness of the American massive missile strike on the Syrian Air Base is extremely low.

These actions of the American party are considered as a serious violation of the Memorandum on prevention of incidents and providing security during operations in the air space of Syria signed in 2015.

All the accusations against Damascus that it had violated the Chemical Weapons Convention of 2013 given by the USA as reasons for the strike are groundless. The Russian Defence Ministry has repeatedly explained that the Syrian troops had not used chemical weapons. The Russian military department is looking forward to receiving explanations from the USA concerning the existence of irrefutable proof that the Syrian army had used chemical weapons in Khan Sheikhoun.

It is to be stressed that in the years 2013-2016 the Syrian government undertook all measures to eliminate chemical weapons, its delivery systems, production facilities. All chemical weapons stocks have been eliminated. The components for their production have been transported from the Syrian Arab Republic to the enterprises of the United States, Finland, Great Britain, and Germany where they have been destroyed.

The US administrations have changed but the methods for unleashing wars have remained the same since bombardments of Yugoslavia, Iraq, and Libya. So I just woke up and found that the world has changed. World War III was called off. Trump won, Clinton conceded. His victory speech is fair and integrating.

The media with their outright and widespread manipulation and one sided reporting against Trump and for Clinton lost too. People did not believe the partisan crap that fact-checked Trump on every minor issue but hardly reported on the huge, huge scandals and corruption Wikileaks revealed about the Clintons. Fact-checkers ain’t a good weapon in a culture war. The people want authenticity – lying is not seen as bad – if it is fairy open and authentic. Clinton is not authentic even when she tells the truth. The polls, but the one of the LA Times, turned out to be systematic manipulation.

This was not a “white vote”. Trump did better with black (+5) and latino (+2) voters than Romney. Racism does not explain that. Clinton promised more wars. Those who would have to fight them on the ground rejected that position.

I believe that this result is good for Syria and the non-Jihadi and non-Zonist Middle East. Al-Qaeda in Syria will have a sad. Their main supporters leave the stage. The result is likely good for Europe including for Russia….>>>…

On Sunday we got another glaring example of how rigged the system is. In a letter to Congress, FBI Director James Comey announced that his agency is ending the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails. By some miracle, the FBI was able to examine approximately 650,000 emails in just eight days.

But there are only 691,200 seconds in eight days. So the FBI somehow reviewed these emails at the rate of about one every second, and now they have conveniently come to the conclusion that Hillary Clinton is totally innocent just two days before the election.

The 9/11 Studies Club hosted guest speaker Christopher Bollyn at Portland Community College where he discussed the predicament Americans face with a two-party system in which both try to out-do each other to show support for the massive fraud known as the War on Terror.

Bollyn, author of “Solving 9/11: The Deception that Changed the World”, traveled through the Middle East and studied the region’s history and languages before earning a degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz with an emphasis on the history of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Having worked as an independent investigative journalist from 2000-2006, Bollyn spent a great deal of time investigating the events of 9/11. In 2007, after having been attacked by undercover police at his home and forced into exile, he began writing “Solving 9-11”, which is dedicated to explaining what really happened and bringing the events of 9-11 into historical perspective.

Democracy no longer exists in the West. In the US powerful private interest groups, such as the military-security complex, Wall Street, the Israel Lobby, agribusiness and the extractive industries of energy, timber and mining, have long exercised more control over government than the people. But now even the semblance of democracy has been abandoned.

Consider the political establishment’s response to the Brexit vote. Members of Parliament are saying that the vote is unacceptable and that Parliament has the right and responsibility to ignore the voice of the people.

The view now established in the West is that the people are not qualified to make political decisions. The position of the opponents of Brexit is clear: it simply is not a matter for the British people whether their sovereignty is given away to an unaccountable commission in Brussels.

Martin Schultz, President of the EU Parliament, puts it clearly: “It is not the EU philosophy that the crowd can decide its fate.”

The Western media have made it clear that they do not accept the people’s decision either. The vote is said to be “racist” and therefore can be disregarded as illegitimate.

Washington has no intention of permitting the British to exit the European Union. Washington did not work for 60 years to put all of Europe in the EU bag that Washington can control only to let democracy undo its achievement.

The Federal Reserve, its Wall Street allies, and its Bank of Japan and European Central Bank vassals will short the UK pound and equities, and the presstitutes will explain the decline in values as “the market’s” pronouncement that the British vote was a mistake. If Britain is actually permitted to leave, the two-year long negotiations will be used to tie the British into the EU so firmly that Britain leaves in name only.

No one with a brain believes that Europeans are happy that Washington and NATO are driving them into conflict with Russia…

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that calls by some US Department of State officials to target positions of the Syrian army are surprising and shocking since they are issued by figures who are supposed to work for a political solution.

In an interview with SANA reporter in Moscow, Zakharova added: “We can only be surprised about some US State Department officials sending messages on the need for a military scenario against Syria in order to solve the crisis in it, and what strikes us most is that the ones who are demanding war are diplomats who must work for a political settlement”.

“When diplomats call for war to resolve the crisis by violence, they directly confirm their lack of professional competence,” Zakharova said

Zakharova: ”We know that in Washington there is a camp that represents those who see a solution by military force and those who want to solve all the issues by war, whereas there is another camp of wise figures who realize that crises can be resolved through talks, and we hope that the second camp will prevail in the United States”.

Bucking current U.S. policy, dozens of State Department officials have reportedly signed an internal document calling for military action and regime change in Syria, claiming it is the only way to defeat Islamic State and end the war.

The dissenting document was transmitted internally and signed by about 50 mid- to high-level department officials, according to the Associated Press. The agency said it has since been classified.

Former US State Department official, Ann Wright: “Despite 400,000 civilians killed in Syria, U.S. State Dept. wants military action against Assad”

Fifty-one State Department officials are pushing for military operations rather than diplomacy and working with the Russian government to achieve peace in Syria, former US State Department official Ann Wright told RT.

Dozens of US state department officials have signed an internal memo calling on Barack Obama to carry out strikes against Syrian President Bashar Assad.

The memo signed by 51 staff members apparently calls for a judicious use of air and standoff weapons against Assad’s forces to boost the diplomatic process. It’s also said that it doesn’t provide a scenario for a post-Assad Syria.

The US is “ready to de facto ally” with its archenemies from Al-Qaeda’s branch in Syria as part of its “obsession” by using “so-called moderate” groups to overthrow the Syrian government, former UK ambassador to Syria, Peter Ford, told RT in an exclusive interview.

It has the names of the people who supplied money to the 15 Saudi Arabians who participated in the bombing of the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. Something that many of us think, but few have the courage to say…and evidence are many and manifest…

Some time ago, Putin described the US as being Satanist. In Who’s ‘godless’ now? Russia says it’s U.S., Putin is quoted as saying:

“Many Euro-Atlantic countries have moved away from their roots, including Christian values. Policies are being pursued that place on the same level a multi-child family and a same-sex partnership, a faith in God and a belief in Satan. This is the path to degradation.”
Most people in the West did not take him seriously. Also note that being “godless” in the eyes of Russians, does not only apply to Christians. Russia has an enviable tolerance for all religions, and both Islam and Buddhism are neither maligned nor persecuted. Putin opened the new Mosque in Moscow last year and the head of the Russian armed forces is a Buddhist. He was not talking of only Christian values.

Religious tolerance also means respect for other people’s belief system, and that does not include Puzzy Riots on altars, chopping down crucifixes in church yards, blowing up ancient Buddhist statues or chopping off the heads of Shiite Muslims because they refuse to join the murderous Wahhabi Sunni faction…

If the American presidential election winds up with Hillary Clinton vs. Donald Trump, and my passport is confiscated, and I’m somehow FORCED to choose one or the other, or I’m PAID to do so, paid well … I would vote for Trump.

My main concern is foreign policy. American foreign policy is the greatest threat to world peace, prosperity, and the environment. And when it comes to foreign policy, Hillary Clinton is an unholy disaster.

Reporting about carnage in the ancient city of Aleppo is the latest reason why.

Washington-based reporters tell us that one potent force in Syria, al-Nusra, is made up of “rebels” or “moderates,” not that it is the local al-Qaeda franchise.

Saudi Arabia is portrayed as aiding freedom fighters when in fact it is a prime sponsor of ISIS.

Turkey has for years been running a “rat line” for foreign fighters wanting to join terror groups in Syria, but because the United States wants to stay on Turkey’s good side, we hear little about it.

Nor are we often reminded that although we want to support the secular and battle-hardened Kurds, Turkey wants to kill them.

Everything Russia and Iran do in Syria is described as negative and destabilizing, simply because it is they who are doing it — and because that is the official line in Washington.

The Beirut-based analyst Marwa Osma asked: “The Syrian Arab Army, which is led by President Bashar Assad, is the only force on the ground, along with their allies, who are fighting ISIS — so you want to weaken the only system that is fighting ISIS?”.

Americans are said to be ignorant of the world. We are, but so are people in other countries. If people in Bhutan or Bolivia misunderstand Syria, however, that has no real effect. Our ignorance is more dangerous, because we act on it… … …

We appreciate the honest good will of this U.S. Congresswoman, but we must correct her when she says that the attempt to change the government in Iraq and Libya, as now in Syria, was a mistake of the American administration: because in reality what the lobby (that directs the US regime) wanted was (and still is) just to create a situation of instability and ungovernability, required for the project of geostrategic domination of the energy resources and, above all, to combat the competitive Eurasian block.

The ‘enemy’, represented by the jihadist terrorist gangs, has always been in reality a creation of the Western intelligence services (with strong local Arab and Zionist complicity), in order to manage the unmanageable, in a situation of total armed anarchy, remotely (but not too much) controlled.

Dear American friend Tulsi Gabbard, what you call ‘errors’ of the American administration, were therefore great success for the lobby (…) that directs the policy and the US intelligence.

And to complete our remarks: the Assad’s fate will not be decided, as you said, in international talks, but by the Syrian people itself.

President Bashar al-Assad on Tuesday received a letter from U.S. Senator for the State of Virginia Richard Black a letter in which he said:

“I was delighted by Syria’s resounding victory over ISIS at the Kuwairis Airfield. My compliments to those who heroically rescued 1,000 brave Syrian soldiers from certain death. I am convinced that many such victories lie ahead”, Black added.

“It was an unlawful war of aggression by foreign powers determined to force a puppet regime on Syria. General Wesley Clark, former Supreme Allied Commander Europe, revealed that by 2001, Western powers had developed plans to overthrow Syria. Yet after fifteen years, of military subversion, NATO, Saudi Arabia and Qatar still cannot identify a single leader who enjoys popular support among the Syrian people”.

As the Syrian civil war continues to rage and Islamic State maintains its foothold in the region, Virginia state Senator Richard Black told RT that “if the US stopped training jihadists and arming jihadists, the war will end.”

In a lengthy interview, the Republican state senator connected the crisis in Syria to the actions of countries such as Saudi Arabia and Turkey, who he said have armed extremists like Islamic State militants that are fighting against the Syrian government. He also blamed US meddling in the Middle East for the rise of terror groups like Islamic State (IS, also known as ISIS/ISIL).

~ “I am really, really pleased that the Russians are putting some people in there who are genuinely going to fight, because I am not entirely certain which side the United States is on. I think sometimes we play one side, sometimes the other”, Senator Richard Black said. ~

Black said that if Russia proceeds to use military force, he doesn’t believe it will “allow Raqqah to function.” He said he would advise Putin to coordinate with the Kurds and any anti-IS Sunni tribes to take down the city, but not before giving people a certain amount of time to leave.

~ “Flatten that city. Turn it into dust. Because that is the capital of ISIS – the most evil, the most demonic force on the face of the planet. We need to take it down and we need to take out their capital”. ~

Black drew some heat in April 2014 for sending an official letter to Syrian President Bashar Assad thanking “the Syrian Arab Army for its heroic rescue of Christians in the Qalamoun Mountain Range”.
