Syrian Arab Army units tighten control over al-Qaryateen Dam and several areas in Homs countryside
(23/5/2017)~Syrian Army units, in cooperation with the supporting forces, on Tuesday tightened control over Mahsa Mountain, Swanat al-Mahsa, al-Qaryateen Dam, al-Khanzir Mountain, Tloul al-Khedaryiat, Tloul al-Amida, Talet Um Twaiqa, Sahabat al-Mashtal, Talet al-Etisalat and the train station in the eastern countryside of Homs central province, a military source said.
The source added that dozens of mercenary-terrorists were killed as their weapons and military equipment were destroyed in the concentrated military operations against the terrorists’ gatherings and fortified positions in the east and south of al-Qaryateen city in the southeastern countryside of Homs.
Army destroys ISIS fortifications and hideouts in Deir Ezzor
(22/5/2017)~Syrian Arab Army and Syrian Armed Forces units, backed by the Syrian Air Force, carried out strikes against gatherings and fortifications for Daesh (ISIS, ISIL, IS…) mercenary-terrorist organization in Deir Ezzor city and its surrounding.
The Syrian Air Force killed a number of Daesh mercenary-terrorists and destroyed their equipment during its airstrikes against their movements, gatherings and fortifications in the graveyards area, al-Tharda junction, the area surrounding al-Panorama and the Regiment 137 on the southwest outskirts of Deir Ezzor city.
Earlier, a military report stated that a Syrian army unit destroyed Daesh fortifications and hideouts in Deir Ezzor, killing and injuring a number of mercenary-terrorists in al-Reshdiyeh neighborhood, the graveyards area and in the surroundings of the regiment 137 and the Panorama and in Thardeh Mountain.
A Syrian army unit on Monday also targeted Daesh’s fortifications in al-Bghiliyeh village, west of Deir Ezzor and destroyed a mortar launcher and fortified points for them.
Syrian Arab Army eliminates Daesh members, destroys their gatherings and fortifications in several areas

(21/5/2017)~Syrian Arab Army units destroyed gatherings and fortifications of Daesh mercenary-terrorists in Deir Ezzor city and the surrounding area.
A Syrian army unit on Sunday carried out a special operation against Daesh gangs, destroying one of their barricades, killing a number of mercenary-terrorists and injuring others on the southern outskirts of the city.
The Syrian army artillery also carried out intensive bombardments against hotbeds and positions of Daesh mercenary-terrorists in the area of al-Maqaber “cemeteries”, al-Maqabat, Ma’amel al-Blouk , the surroundings of the airport, to the west of Talet al-Snouf and in the neighborhoods of al-Omal and al-Matar al-Qadim.
A number of terrorists were killed and injured in the bombardments in addition to destroying their fortifications and ammunition.
Homs
Syrian Arab Army units targeted Daesh terrorists’ gatherings and movement axes in al-Mshairfeh al-Janoubiyeh, al-Talila reserve and on the direction of Arak in the eastern countryside of Homs.
A military source said that the Syrian army inflicted heavy losses upon the terrorist organization, killing a number of its members and destroying their heavy machinegun-equipped vehicles.
Hama
A Syrian army unit targeted Daesh terrorist groups’ movement axes in the villages of Qulaib al-Thaor and Abu Hanaya, east of Salamiyeh city in the eastern countryside of Hama.
A military source said that the army unit eliminated a number of Daesh mercenary-terrorists, injured others and destroyed their equipment.
