Daesh gangs retreat from East of Aleppo to Raqqa

The Daesh-ISIL terrorist group relocated its forces from the Northwestern city of Aleppo to positions in Raqqa to assist other terrorists in the Northeastern province against the Kurdish and Syrian forces’ heavy attacks.

Al-Mayadeen TV channel reported that the Takfiri terrorists have retreated from the city of Jarabulus in the Eastern part of Aleppo after sustaining heavy blows from the Syrian army.

The report added that the ISIL troops are now on the move to join their comrades in Raqqa province where the terrorist group has sustained a growing number of defeats and lost vast areas on multiple fronts.

At the weekend, the Syrian Kurdish fighters along with the army units made major advances in their clean-up operations on the outskirts of the strategic Northern border town of Tal Abyad, North of Raqqa, and recaptured several areas from the ISIL terrorists.

On Saturday, the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) and the army soldiers continued to make more gains in their fight against ISIL around Tal Abyad, recapturing the villages of Umm Barmeel, Khatoun, Abu Husseini, Maheiri, Al-Rawiyah, and five small farms.

In a relevant development on Wednesday, The Syrian Armed Forces, in heavy clashes with the militant groups, forced them to leave behind their equipment and retreat from their positions in some battlefronts in Idlib and Homs provinces.

Military sources told the FNA that the Syrian army men have been successful in their anti-terrorism operations in the Northwestern province of Idlib, and pushed the militants back from their strongholds near al-Qura village.

The sources in the Central province of Homs also confirmed that the army managed to ambush a group of the ISIL terrorists near al-Tafha village in the Eastern parts of the province, which resulted in the killing or wounding of tens of the fighters.

The ISIL terrorists also suffered heavy losses during army operations against their gatherings in Unq al-Hawa and al-Msheirfeh al-Shamaliyeh in Jebb al-Jarrah area.

Army expands control around oil field in Homs, continues targeting terrorists in various areas

Syrian Army units continued operations against terrorists’ positions, stepping them up in various areas where they are expanding their control and pushing foreign mercenary-terrorists back.

Homs

Army units, aided by the popular defense groups, expanded control in the surroundings of Jazal oil field to the north-west of Palmyra city in the eastern countryside of the central Homs province, a military source told SANA.

The source confirmed that a large number of ISIS terrorists were killed and their weapons were destroyed in the area where the oil field has been facing repeated attacks by ISIS that were foiled by the army.

In the meantime, army units and the popular defense groups repelled an ISIS attack on the villages of Jeb al-Jarrah, Maksar al-Hosan and Toloul al-Hawa, 60 km to the east of Homs city, killing and injuring a number of them, while the rest fled towards al-Badiya desert.

Army unit destroyed an armored vehicle and others equipped with heavy machineguns with ISIS terrorist on board in Jeb al-Jarrah area, according to the source.

In the northern countryside of Homs province, an army unit killed a number of Jabhat al-Nusra-linked terrorists in operations against their hideouts in al-Deek area to the north of Jabbourin village.

Damascus Countryside

An army unit destroyed terrorists’ hideouts and vehicles in Joubar neighborhood and Zamalka town in Eastern Ghouta in Damascus Countryside Province.

Another army unit, in cooperation with the Lebanese resistance, established control over the Strategic point of Wadi al-Maghara in al-Jarajeer barrens in al-Qalamoun after eliminating the last of ISIS terrorists’ gatherings in it.

This area was being used by ISIS terrorists as a crossing point to smuggle weapons, ammo, and mercenaries from the town of Ersal in Lebanon into Syria.

Quneitra

In southern Syria, an army unit targeted positions of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in the vicinity of al-Toloul al-Homr and al-Hamidiyeh village in the countryside of Quneitra province.

Daraa

An army unit on Wednesday killed a number of terrorists and destroyed two of their vehicles which were loaded with weapons and ammo in an operation targeting terrorists’ dens in the town of Kharab al-Shahm northwest of Daraa city.

Another army unit destroyed an arms and ammunition dump for Takfiri terrorist organizations affiliated with Jabhet al-Nusra in the town of Tal Shihab, killing a number of terrorists and injuring others, while other army units killed and injured a number of terrorists and destroyed their vehicles, some of which were equipped with heavy machineguns, in the towns of al-Yadouda and Dawwar al-Mzairib near the Jordanian borders.

Another army unit killed many terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra and other terrorist organizations and destroyed two mortar launchers, weapons, and ammunition in al-Noeima town in the eastern countryside of the province.

Later, army units carried out strikes against Terrorists’ dens in Daraa al-Balad and al-Na’ima, killing a number of terrorists and eliminating others, who were trying to sneak into the twon of Khirbit Gazala, in Daraa province countryside.

The army also targeted terrorists’ dens in Attman town where many terrorists were killed and others were injured, in addition to destroying their weapons and ammunition.

In the province’s northeastern countryside, army units carried out precise operations targeting concentrations of terrorists from Jabhet al-Nsura and other terrorist groups in the surroundings of Khirbet Ghazaleh town and Izra’a city, killing man terrorists and destroying their arms and ammo.

In Daraa al-Balad, an army unit carried out a precise operation which left many terrorists dead or injured and destroyed their vehicles and makeshift cannons of the type referred to by the terrorists as “hell cannons” on the road between Gharaz and al-Nazihin Camp and al-Sad road.

Sweida

An army unit destroyed vehicles and hideouts for ISIS terrorists in al-Qasr village in the northeastern countryside of the southern Sweida province.

Hasaka

An army unit targeted gatherings of ISIS terrorists in the surroundings of al -Houl town, 30 km to east of Hasaka city in northeastern Syria, killing a number of terrorists and injuring others, a source in Hasaka province told SANA reporter.

The army unit hit a training camp for ISIS in al-Houl town, inflicting losses in personnel and equipment.

Another army unit killed a number of ISIS terrorists as it targeted their gatherings and supply routes across the Iraqi borders in Um Hjeira village in the southeastern countryside of the province.

Deir Ezzor

The army air force targeted ISIS hideouts in al-Mrei’iyeh and Albu-Omar in the countryside of the eastern Deir Ezzor province, leaving a number of ISIS terrorists dead and destroying their weapons and ammunition.

Lattakia

Meanwhile, in the coastal province of Lattakiya countryside, an army and armed forces unit, supported by Air force and popular defence groups, killed a number of terrorists FROM Jabhat al-Nusra and other Takfiri organisations
affiliated to the regime of Butcher Erdogan in the province.

An army unit destroyed a terrorists’ training camp in Eido village in the northern countryside of Lattakiya, killing and injuring many of them.

Meanwhile, Army Air force carried out strikes against hideouts of Jabhet al-Nusra in Kinsaba, Shalaf, Wadi Bassour, Wadi Salma and al-Hamrat in the northern countryside of Lattakia.

The strikes resulted in killing scores of terrorists and injuring many others, some of them non- Syrians, in addition to the destruction of dozens of vehicles with all ammo and weapons,

The terrorist known as “Abu Abdullah al-Kwaiti” leader of the so called” Liwa al-Islam” in  Lattakia countryside,and Hayan al-Imarati the leader of “Ahrar al-Sham brigades” were  identified among the dead.

Upon directives of President Bashar al-Assad, Chief of Staff of the Army and Armed Forces, Gen. Ali Abdullah Ayoub toured an air force base and inspected the situation in it and the ongoing operations against the terrorist groups.

General Ayoub also paid a visit to a nearby unit tasked with maintaining weaponry and inspected the work and the military readiness in it.

For their parts, the army soldiers affirmed their determination to go ahead in confronting terrorism with all its forms.

Terrorist bombings in Hasaka, Damascus Countryside and Lattakia, civilian casualties reported

A civilian was killed Tuesday while 13 others were injured when terrorists detonated two car bombs near Sinalco roundabout and near the Pediatrics Hospital in Hasaka city.

A Police source told SANA reporter that two suicidal terrorists were driving the two vehicles, adding that the attacks also caused material damage to the targeted areas.

On March 26th, ISIS suicidal terrorist targeted Hasaka western entrance, the attack claimed the lives of 3 civilians.

Six days before, twin terrorist bombings hit a square in central Hasaka city, claiming the lives of 37 civilians and injuring more than 96 others.

A terrorist car bomb explosion in al-Tall city near Damascus leaves civilian casualties

In the same context, a terrorist car bomb blast took place in al-Tall city in Damascus Countryside, claiming the lives of a number of people.

Local and police sources said the terrorist attack happened outside Muaaz Bin Jabal Mosque in Baidar al-Sultaneh neighborhood in al-Tall city while worshippers were leaving the mosque after performing prayers.

It was reported that the explosion left a number of civilians dead and others injured.

Explosive device blast in Lattakia causes material damage

A terrorist explosive device blast took place near a school in the city of Lattakia on Tuesday, leaving material damage only.

A source in the province told SANA that an explosive device planted by terrorists near Handmade Arts School in al-Ennabeh neighborhood in Lattakia city went off, causing no casualties.

The source added that the explosion resulted in material damage only.
