More than 31 dead and over 70 injured in 4 terrorist bombings in Aleppo.

Syrian state TV reports speak of four powerful explosions in the center of Aleppo, the financial center and the largest city of the country. According to the explosions were caused by car bombs that terrorists have planted in the main square of the city.

Oltre 31 morti e più di 70 feriti in 4 esplosioni terroristiche ad Aleppo.

Il “Fronte della Salvezza”, cellula di al-Qaeda, rivendica l’attentato.

Rapporti della TV di Stato siriana parlano di 4 potenti esplosioni nel centro di Aleppo, il centro finanziario e la più grande città del paese. Secondo quanto riferito le esplosioni sono state causate da auto-bombe che i terroristi hanno piazzato nella piazza principale della città.

La piazza al-Jabri Saadallah, nel centro di Aleppo, dove l’esplosione ha avuto luogo, è attualmente controllata dalle forze governative. Un club militare si trova nelle vicinanze e avrebbe potuto essere uno degli obiettivi dell’attacco.

È appena terminato l’intervento del corrispondente della Tv Siriana da Aleppo, Shadi Helweh, dichiarando questi come “gli attentati più brutali che abbia mai subito Aleppo”, e riportando le seguenti informazioni: le esplosioni sono avvenute intorno alle 7:15 di stamattina. Le operazioni di rimozione dei detriti da parte del dipartimento della protezione civile e dei vigili del fuoco sono già iniziate, però si preannunciano lunghe e difficoltose a causa della enorme quantità di macerie: fin’ora sono stati rimossi quasi 1400 metri cubi di detriti.

Atti terroristici di questo tipo non sono comuni in Aleppo. Il primo è avvenuto nel mese di febbraio, quando due terroristi suicidi hanno attaccato i palazzi della sicurezza nel centro industriale di Aleppo, uccidendo 28 persone. Da allora, ci sono stati solo due attacchi simili.
