Syrian Arab Army discovered huge tunnels network in Eastern Ghouta’s Douma recently liberated from the terrorists. Impressive.
RUSSIAN MILITARY FINDS CHEMICAL WEAPONS LAB IN DOUMA
A chemical arsenal was discovered by Russian servicemen in the basement of a high-rise apartment building in the Eastern Ghouta city of Douma on Tuesday.
A statement by the Russian Ministry of Defence reports that chemicals such as chlorine, thiodiglycol and diethylamide were found.
While the connections between the plans to destroy Syria and the Obama administration are generally known, what is less well-known is the fact that there existed a plan to destroy Syria as far back as not only the Bush administration but also the Reagan Administration in 1983.
Even as far back as 1983, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s father, Hafez Assad, was viewed as a gadfly to the plans of Western imperialists seeking to weaken both the Iraqis and the Iranians and extend hegemony over the Middle East and Persia. The document shows that Assad and hence Syria represented a resistance to Western imperialism, a threat to Israel, and that Assad himself was well aware of the game the United States, Israel, and other members of the Western imperialist coalition were trying to play against him.

A senior Iranian official says Major General Qassem Soleimani, who commands the Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), had provided the Foreign Ministry with documents showing that the US is in league with the Daesh Takfiri terrorist group.
Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, the Iranian parliament speaker’s special adviser on international affairs, who previously served at the Foreign Ministry, made the revelation in a program run on the Iranian broadcaster, the IRIB.
“When I was at the Foreign Ministry, I had a meeting with General Soleimani. He gave me documents and told me to slap them in the face of the West and the UN,” Amir-Abdollahian said.
“The documents provided by General Soleimani contained precise information on the geographical position, time and exact details (of US collusion with Daesh),” Amir-Abdollahian said.
“When Mosul in Iraq was under the Daesh occupation, an American A330 landed at Mosul Airport, American generals got off the plane and military equipment was unloaded,” he explained. “At the airport’s VIP lounge, the American generals talked with Daesh leaders in Mosul for three hours and 23 minutes and then boarded the plane and returned”… … …
FALSE FLAG & WAR CRIMES RED ALERT: U.S. TRAINING ITS MERCENARY-TERRORISTS IN SYRIA FOR FALSE FLAG CHEMICAL ATTACK AS BASIS FOR AIRSTRIKES ON ANTI-TERRORISTS FORCES OF THE SYRIAN, IRANIAN & RUSSIAN MILITARY FORCES.
Russia’s Defense Ministry says “US instructors” are training militants to stage false flag chemical attacks in south Syria. The incidents are said to be a pretext for airstrikes on Syrian government troops and infrastructure.
“We have reliable information at our disposal that US instructors have trained a number of militant groups in the vicinity of the town of At-Tanf, to stage provocations involving chemical warfare agents in southern Syria,” Russian General Staff spokesman General Sergey Rudskoy said at a news briefing on Saturday.
“Early in March, the saboteur groups were deployed to the southern de-escalation zone to the city of Deraa, where the units of the so-called Free Syrian Army are stationed.”
They are preparing a series of chemical munitions explosions. This fact will be used to blame the government forces. The components to produce chemical munitions have been already delivered to the southern de-escalation zone under the guise of humanitarian convoys of a number of NGOs.”
The planned provocations will be widely covered in the Western media and will ultimately be used as a pretext by the US-led coalition to launch strikes on Syria, Rudskoy warned.
“The provocations will be used as a pretext by the United States and its allies to launch strikes on military and government infrastructure in Syria,” the official stated.
“We’re registering the signs of the preparations for the possible strikes. Strike groups of the cruise missile carriers have been formed in the east of the Mediterranean Sea, Persian Gulf and Red Sea.”… … …
While canvassing al-Shefounieh town in Eastern Ghouta on Tuesday, a Syrian Arab Army unit uncovered in a plant that terrorists had used for manufacturing toxic chemicals prior to their defeat.
A field commander told SANA’s reporter from inside the plant that an army unit uncovered it while canvassing operations for defusing IEDs were being carried out after clearing al-Shefounieh town in Douma area of terrorists (VIDEO).
The commander said that the plant, which consists of a two-story building with a basement located between Douma and al-Shefounieh, and that it included a lab for making toxic chemicals containing equipment of Saudi origin and materials and protection gear of Western origin.

Speaking during a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing on March 13, Army Gen. Joseph Votel, commander of U.S. Central Command, claimed Russia and Iran are destabilizing the fight against ISIS in Syria and accused Tehran and Moscow of preventing Syria from “moving forward.”
“The biggest threat in Syria right now is all the other instability that is taking place that is preventing the country from moving forward …Certainly Iran is an aspect of this but so is Russia.“
Votel also said that the UN ceasefire imposed last month has had little effect and complained that the increase of Russian air defense capabilities in Syria threaten the US air power’s dominance… … …
In terms of the actual failure of diplomatic efforts to resolve the Syrian crisis, the threat of a direct armed conflict between Russia and the United States is becoming more and more of a reality.
In simulating a possible armed conflict between the Armed Forces of the involved countries, we can state with some confidence that it will commence with a series of provocative actions. Possibilities include air strikes of “unknown aircraft” on civilians, the use of chemical weapons, destruction of humanitarian convoys, “shooting” at military aircraft or ships of the coalition forces, and possibly even encompassing their complete destruction. The United States and Western countries will undoubtedly accuse the Syrian or Russian Armed Forces of any such action in this regard.
Furthermore, bypassing all the international organizations and their resolutions, a certain “group of friends of Syria” will declare a decision to establish a no-fly zone over Syria to “ensure the safety of the civilian population” as part of the US “R2P – Responsibility To Protect strategy. After a repeated provocative episode, for example, the use of chemical weapons, there will be an announcement for the beginning of a full scale military operation against the “criminal regime and its ally”
If it is decided to fully implement this power projection scenario, the target of the first strike will be air defense systems and command and control centers of the Syrian army. The US would show their strength and willingness to take extreme measures to offset the Assad regime. In this scenario, the campaign against the media propagandized “universal evil” is to improve the reputation of the United States on the world stage… … …
When President Trump on 6 December 2017 declared unilaterally Jerusalem as the capital of Israel to where the US Embassy shall relocate, he violated UN Resolutions, international law, common sense and went against all diplomatic efforts to eventually bring peace to the region, not to speak about 130 countries that have already voiced opposition to such a decision. And this, before the Peace Process is coming to an end, at which point the 1993 Oslo Peace Accords would play out. They are also called the Road Map for Peace, between Palestine and Israel, which foresees a two-state solution and accordingly a mutual decision on Jerusalem becoming the capital city for both Palestine and Israel. These Oslo Peace Accords are still valid today.
But Mr. Trump may not have a clue that such a Peace Accord even exists. And his handlers obviously had no interest of telling him. – And even if they did, it would make no difference, because the exceptional nation has no scruples demolishing any agreements of the past, regardless whether or not it – the US of A – were party to the shaping of them.
Instead of bringing peace, Trump killed the aspiration of peace, he de facto killed the notion of a two-state solution – and he effectively isolated the US from literally the rest of the world. Was this a bold provocation inspired by Trump’s Zionist masters, a trial balloon to find out how much of impunity the world would tolerate?
Behind the Trump strategy lays a broader objective, the creation of a Greater Israel, that would stretch from the Euphrates to the Nile, cutting through Saudi Arabia, absorbing Jordan, a large portion of Syria and most of Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula. This is to make Israel a Middle Eastern super-power, sitting on a huge junk of the sub-continent’s energy wealth and on most of the Middle east’s fresh water reserves, on behalf of the Anglo-Zionist Empire… … …

According to WMR’s sources in Lebanon and France, Saudi Arabia has further inflamed tensions in the Middle East by requesting from its ally, Egypt, permission for Saudi warplanes to overfly Egyptian territory to bomb Lebanon.
The de facto new Saudi regime led by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) considers Saudi Arabia to be in a state of war with Lebanon.
Hariri, a Sunni Muslim, is a dual Lebanese-Saudi national. U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, traveling with Donald Trump in Asia, parroted denials from Saudi Arabia’s chief liar and propagandist Adel al-Jubeir that Hariri is not being held hostage in Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia and its Gulf allies of the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Kuwait have warned their citizens not to travel to Lebanon.

Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Office and Other International Organizations in Geneva, Alexey Borodavkin said Monday that the alleged U.S.-led coalition has not given up the double-dealing with terrorists in Syria.
“In violation of UN Security Council resolutions, the funding of armed jihadists from abroad continues”, Russian TASS News Agency quoted Borodavkin as saying, adding that “The U.S.-led Western coalition has never given up the double-dealing with terrorists in Syria”.
On November 14, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the operation to liberate the city of al-Boukamal carried by Syrian Arab Army backed by the Russian Aerospace Forces had revealed direct interaction between the U.S.-led coalition and Daesh (ISIS, ISIL, IS foreign-backed mercenary-terrorists) and support offered to it by this coalition… … …
The Syrian army has advanced against Daesh (ISIS, ISIL, IS foreign-backed mercenary-terrorists) towards the Iraqi border, as the Syrian military & its allies pushes remaining terrorists out of the country. Earlier, it took control of the last Daesh stronghold in the country – the town of Abu-Kemal. Despite the fact that Daesh is almost eliminated in Syria, however, American occupation forces don’t seem to be planning to withdraw from the country that they invaded on the pretext of fighting terror. RT’s Jacqueline Vouga explains. Former U.S. diplomat Jim Jatras questions the reasons behind Washington not wanting to withdraw from Syria, even after the elimination of Daesh.
The United States received no permission from the United Nations to intervene in Syria, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Thursday, 16 November.
“We were surprised to hear a statement made by U.S. Defense Secretary James Mattis when talking to the U.S. media representatives, on November 13, that the U.S. Armed Forces are in Syria <with the permission of the UN>”, Zakharova said.
Her comments were made after Secretary of Defense, James Mattis, said that Washington’s intervention in Syria had been approved by the United Nations.
“I want to remind you that the Security Council is the only agency under the UN Charter that is entitled to take decisions on using military force”, she said, adding that“no such decision has been taken”.
“The U.S. forces are there contrary to the wishes of Syria’s legitimate government, in fact acting as occupants”, the diplomat stressed.
Outside of the UN, for the U.S. to be able to conduct legal military operations abroad, it should also receive the approval of the Congress – yet this regulation is constantly violated. Activity against terrorist groups, as well as government forces, have taken place in Iraq, Syria, Yemen and Libya and are explained by the fact that the Congress allowed the U.S. forces to fight Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan, after the attacks of September 11, 2001.
Critics say that the White House and Pentagon are interpreting the legislation too broadly. On October 30th, Rex Tillerson, US Secretary of State, stated that “geographical constrictions” [of the bill] should not be a limitation for the US to fight ISIS anywhere in the world, and that no updated legislation was necessary. This doesn’t change the fact that no UNSC permission, on behalf of the international community, was ever given to the US to invade Syria.
The U.S. is preparing to legitimize the Peshmerga and Kurdistan Worker’s Party (PKK) by declaring several small countries in Iraq and Syria, a Turkish daily reported on Saturday.
Yeni Safak newspaper quoted a commander who held a senior position in the Syrian army for an extended period of time and shifted to opposition ranks in 2013 as saying, “I was told that in the second half of 2018, a total of seven boutique states would be declared in Syria and Iraq”.
“The Americans who met with us told us that they were our allies and that if we followed their conditions the opposition would be more strongly supported in line with the 2012 vision. America’s aim is to enable Israel to gain more of the Lebanon-Syria border and block Hezbollah’s passageway”, said the opposition commander, who highlighted that federal status would be granted along the Golan and as-Sweida line for Israel’s security and the security of the Druze community was a guise.
According to Yeni Safak, the U.S. included:
-the Latakia-Tartus-Damascus line in the Nusayri federal region
-the Sweida-Golan-Quneitra line for the Druze community
-Aleppo, Idlib and Hama were allocated to the Sunnis (in the divisive map plotted by the US)
-al-Hasakah, Northern Deir Ezzur, Raqqa, Manbij and Qamishli to the PKK
-Iraq’s Tikrit-Salah ad Din-Anbar-Falluja for the Sunnis
-Erbil-Duhok-Halabja-Sulaymaniya for the Peshmerga
-Baghdad-Nassriya- Kadisiyye-Najaf corridor for the Shiites

But, get this, the Saudis also have arrested the Prime Minister of Lebanon, Saad Al-Hareeri. But, get this and remember this: Both Ahmad Jarbaa and Riyaadh Hijaab are also in the old slammer.
The last two are “leaders” of the gentrified opposition to Dr. Assad’s presidency in Syria.

Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Lebanon Alexander Zasypkin said that currently the situation in Lebanon is under control, and that Moscow does not expect military escalation there.
Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri resigned on November 4 in a declaration read from Saudi Arabia, pushing Lebanon back to the forefront of a regional struggle between Saudi Arabia and Iran.
Zasypkin added that in the case of a new military action against Lebanon-based Hezbollah organization, Israel will “suffer substantial casualties”.
Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia accused Iran of conducting acts of “direct military aggression” and accused Lebanon of “declaring war” on Riyadh by allowing Hezbollah “aggression” against the kingdom.
A warlike rhetoric against Iran, Lebanon and Hezbollah are a clear sign of this. While Iran is a potent regional power in military and diplomatic terms, Hezbollah is a non-state actor. So, Riyadh may choose the group as an enemy for its risky foreign policy undertaking.
Saudi Arabia and Israel are obvious allies in their will to destroy Hezbollah. On November 5, Tel Aviv started the largest-ever aerial exercise in the history of Israel.
A leaked diplomatic cable confirmed that the Saudis and Israelis are coordinating their efforts against Iran and Hezbollah thus escalating the already tense situation in the Middle East.

The [UNSC] report on the chemical attack in Idlib in Syria has some very shaky conclusions, says journalist Rick Sterling, of the Syria Solidarity Movement. In his view, it’s obvious the opposition, not the government that had a motive for such an attack.
According to Rick Sterling, the investigators “have got a very shaky conclusion, and even their report indicates that in a number of areas; irregularities is definitely an understatement.” Sterling said: “Inside the report, it’s acknowledged that there were 57 victims transported to five different hospitals before the attack even happened. So how do you have a victim of an attack before it happens?”
“They acknowledge in the report that they cannot confirm that there was a Syrian jet over Khan Shaykhun at the time of the incident,” he told RT. “There is no video showing the Syrian jets. The Syrian air force says they were not over Khan Shaykhun, they were carrying out an attack on another town. Actually, the US radar tracking confirms the Syrian jet fighters passed no closer than five kilometers from Khan Shaykhun.”
“In addition to that, in any investigation, an essential component of it is looking at motive. Who has a motive for a chemical weapons incident in Syria? Obviously, it is the opposition. The Syrian government has every motive to prevent or to never have that happen,” the journalist concluded… … …
The OPCW-UN investigation into the chemical attack in Syria’s Idlib province is littered with “systemic deficiencies,” Russia’s deputy UN envoy has told the UN Security Council, reiterating that Moscow maintains the April 4 incident was staged.
On October 26, the OPCW-UN Joint Investigative Mechanism (JIM) issued a report in which it pinned blame for the Khan Shaykhun incident on Damascus. With JIM’s mandate set to expire on November 16, Russia criticized the methodology of the UN fact-finding mission, casting doubt on the mandate’s extension.
“Without a comprehensive change it will become a tool to settle accounts with the Syrian authorities,” Russian deputy representative to the United Nations, Vladimir Safronkov, told the Security Council.
The White Helmets apparently knew about the attack even before the Syrian airplane left the Shayrat Airbase.
The White Helmets video at the site of the incident shows them wearing respirators and cotton gloves which cannot serve as protective gear against sarin exposure.
Thus it is likely that “first an explosion was conducted, then the White Helmets made this video, and only afterward did they drop sarin,” the Russian representative pointed out… … …
The Russian state-run media has accused the United States of evacuating ISIS commanders from the city of Mayadin before it was liberated by the Syrian Army in October.
According to RIA Novosti (a Russian version of Sputnik), US helicopters have evacuated ISIS commanders from the citiy before the launch of the Syrian army’s operation.
The outlet cited an alleged eyewitness to confirm this statement:
“American military aviation first made a maneuver in the area […] near a Mayadin farm. Then [ the aviation] launched an airstrike, we tried to hide and saw several US helicopters. There were foreign Daesh [ISIS] commanders on the ground, who were waiting for them next to their headquarters… The helicopters took them outside of Mayadin.”
“US aviation… first a sound from it, then a massive strike that was followed by the US helicopters’ flight and transportation of Daesh leaders after which the airstrikes ceased,” the outlet quoted the 79-year-old eyewitness. The manhad reportedly served in the Syrian Army and can distinguish US aircraft.
The outlet also cited other locals that allegedly seen how cars transported two foreign ISIS commanders with their families from Mayadin to the local headquarters. Then helicopters reportedly arrived and took them in an unknown direction… … …
Saudi Arabia’s GDP reached almost 800 billion dollars in 2014 with а military budget of more than 70 billion dollars. The country that has a population of less than 30 million people and an army of 233,500 units is ranked third in the world in military spending. The technology and weaponry which is used by the Saudi military is one of the most modern one, and most of the other countries in the region can hardly compete in modernization with the Saudi’s, with the exception of Israel. Although being rich and having a highly modernized army, Saudi Arabia heavily relies on overseas partners for its security and assistance in military training and development. The main allies of this Gulf monarchy are France, the U.S. and the UK; this summer alone, the Saudis spent around 4-5 billion dollars on London’s arms expo also known as DSEI. Therefore why is YouTube full of videos posted by sparsely equipped Houthi rebels showing state-of-the-art US-manufactured weapons belonging to the Saudi military being easily blown up by Russian-made anti-tank missiles?
If numbers were all that mattered in terms of military effectiveness, the Saudis should not have had any problems in Yemen.

More death and destruction in Syria, as the U.S.-led coalition carries out yet another airstrike in the city of Dayr al-Zawr. According to Syrian media, the strike which happened in the government-held district of Qusur left at least 14 civilians dead and dozens more injured. The U.S.-led coalition carries out regular air raids in Syria under the pretext of targeting Daesh terrorists. However, there are many reports of large civilian casualties on the ground. The strikes lack authorization from both the Syrian government and the United Nations.
Moscow: “Leveled like Dresden’: Raqqa aid haste hints at cover up of ‘barbaric destruction”.
What the US-led coalition did to Syria’s Raqqa is comparable to the infamous Allied bombing of Dresden in 1945, the Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Gen. Igor Konashenkov said, adding that the allies may be rushing to pour money into Raqqa to cover up the aftermath.
Raqqa, which has served as the Syrian stronghold of the terrorist group Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) since January 2014, was seized by the US-backed group Syrian Democratic Forces earlier this week.
Some 80 percent of residential buildings in the city are estimated to have been rendered uninhabitable during the fighting, which involved massive bombardment by the US-led coalition’s airstrikes and artillery shelling.
“Raqqa’s fate calls to mind that of Dresden in 1945, leveled by the US-British bombings,” Konashenkov added, referring to the controversial campaign reaching a peak in February 1945, during which American and British bombers dropped over 3,900 tons of bombs on the Nazi-controlled German city, killing some 25,000 civilians and destroying much of its center… … …
The Russian Defense Ministry “has questions” about the sudden move of the anti-Daesh coalition to help civilians in Raqqa.
“[The only explanation of this] is an aspiration to quickly cover up the tracks of the barbaric bombings of the United States and the coalition’s aircraft that have buried thousands of civilians liberated from the Islamic State [Daesh] under the ruins of Raqqa,” Russian Defense Ministry spokesman said.
Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov called the urgent intention of the US-led coalition members to allocate financial aid to the Syrian Raqqa suspicious amid repeated refusals to deliver humanitarian aid to the Syrians affected by the civil war.
“Raqqa has not managed to cool down after bombings of the international coalition and the high-ranking officials from Washington, Paris and Berlin have started making statements about the urgent allocation of tens of millions dollars and euros to Raqqa. These millions should allegedly help to restore peaceful life in the city. We welcome such generosity, but we have questions,” Konashenkov said Sunday.
According to the official, over the past two years, Russia has repeatedly asked the United States and European nations to send humanitarian aid to the Syrians affected by war, and has also prepared a list of settlements, where this assistance is needed most of all, without dividing Syrians into “bad” and “good” ones. However, the response was always negative, Konashenkov added.
“[The only explanation of this] is an aspiration to quickly cover up the tracks of the barbaric bombings by the United States and the coalition’s aircraft that have buried thousands of civilians liberated from the Islamic State [Daesh] terrorist group under the ruins of Raqqa,” Konashenkov added.
There is dangerous news evolving from Raqqa, Syria. While ISIS is largely defeated seeds get sown for its reappearance.
The Kurdish forces under the label SDF and led by U.S. special forces have defeated ISIS in Raqqa. Cleanup operations continue. Syrian troops on Saturday liberated the city of Al-Mayadeen in Deir ez-Zor province from ISIS, according to the Russian defense ministry.
The tactic used by the US forces – whether in Syria or in Iraq – is to cause as much damage as possible to make the cities that get liberated from ISIS hard to rebuild and to reconstruct.

Late on October 12, the Turkish Army started deploying troops and vehicles in Syria’s Idlib province. According to reports, at least 30 Turkish vehicles entered Idlib via the Atme border crossing and deployed in an area between it and Darat Izza town.
Some sources speculated that the deployment was coordinated with Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Jabhat al-Nusra, the Syrian branch of al-Qaeda) that is the most powerful group in the militant-held Idlib province. However, this has not been confirmed by any evidence so far.
It’s interesting that the area of deployment allows Turkish forces to operate against both radicals Islamists in Idlib province and Kurdish militias in northern Aleppo.

The Russian Defense Ministry has raised the issue of some 300 Daesh terrorists on pickup trucks infiltrating a US-controlled zone in Syria’s al-Tanf region.
The Russian Defense Ministry has urged “the US side to explain its selective blindness regarding militants” operating near US forces in Syria.

Aid for Militants: U.S. to Be Responsible for Sabotage of Peace Process in Syria
Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov said that the truce in the southern de-escalation zone in Syria could be undermined after the relocation of 600 militants and two convoys with medical aid into the area.
“Considering such significant reinforcements in terms of manpower, medicine and food, with tacit US approval, one does not have to be an expert to forecast an attempt to derail the truce in the southern de-escalation zone,” he said.
U.S. Actions in Syria Look Like an Attempt to Split the Country… … …
The U.S.-led coalition against the internationally condemned terrorist group Daesh is acting in Syria like it is trying to destroy the country and prolong the armed conflict there.
Thousands of Syrian women and children have been killed by coalition airstrikes in the provinces of Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor.
The U.S.-coalition has so far confirmed that 735 civilians have been killed by “unintentional” airstrikes in Syria and Iraq, adding that 350 more reports of civilian casualties are currently under review.
On Monday, the Syrian Defense Ministry released footage of the arms confiscated from different terrorist organizations, including Daesh (ISIS) and rebranded al-Nusra Front, along with the report, where it said that most of the weapons had been manufactured in the U.S. or by its allies.
After the liberation of east Aleppo and areas in the provinces of Homs, Hama, Aleppo, and Deir ez-Zzor, the terrorists of these two organizations also left behind weapons made in Bulgaria and Eastern European countries, apparently bought and delivered by the U.S.. The Ministry pointed out that the discovery suggests that the US has been applying the very same pattern it used in Afghanistan in the 1980s, when the U.S. and Saudi Arabia sent weapons to Pakistani intelligence, which ended up with al-Qaeda and the Taliban.
Among the confiscated weapons were Soviet-made guns which were likely exported to the states of the Warsaw Pact in the past and were later purchased from these states.

The Russian Defense Ministry has accused the US-led international coalition of “simulating” the fight against ISIS in Iraq. The coalition conducted fewer airstrikes in Iraq in September while well-armed terrorists crossed into Syria, Moscow added.
For the past week, the focus of the Russian-led air campaign in Syria has been to annihilate terrorists in the city of Al-Mayadeen, one of the terrorists’ last strongholds southeast of the city of Deir ez-Zor.
Despite being almost encircled by the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) in Al-Mayadeen, Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) terrorists continue to replenish their ranks and supplies in the Euphrates Valley, where the US-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) are conducting their own operation against terrorists in the resource-rich region of Syria, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
According to last week’s estimates the Syrian military, with Russian air support, had liberated over 90 percent of Syria from IS forces.
Stressing that no one really doubts the inevitable defeat of IS terrorism in Deir ez-Zor, the Defense Ministry on Tuesday has questioned the US-led coalition’s anti-terrorist effort in Iraq.
“The ongoing fueling of terrorists from Iraq raises serious questions about the real objectives of anti-terrorist operations conducted in the region by the US and the so-called ‘international coalition’ jets,” the ministry’s spokesman, Major General Igor Konashenkov, noted in Tuesday’s statement… … …
Gen. Ali Al Ali, chief of the main operational directorate of the Syrian Arab Army, accused the U.S. of supplying weapons to terrorists bought under the Pentagon’s program of assistance to ‘U.S. allies’.
The United States is supplying weapons to terrorists in Syria, not the opposition, Gen. Ali Al Ali, chief of the main operational directorate of the Syrian army, told reporters during a demonstration of weapons seized from militants.
“We know that the United States delivered 1,421 trucks with military equipment and weapons between June 5 and September 15 this year to terrorists in Syria. The weapons were allegedly intended to fight terrorists, but eventually they fell into the hands of militants of the Islamic State [Daesh] and Jabhat al-Nusra [terrorist groups banned in Russia],” Ali said.
He said Syrian radicals were getting weapons bought under the Pentagon’s program of assistance to US allies.
Another Syrian army serviceman Walid Khali told reporters during a demonstration of weapons seized from terrorists that militants of the Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist group, who attacked the observation post of the Russian military police in Syria on September 18, carried over 100 items of small arms and hand-held grenade launchers made in the United States, Belgium and France.

Residents of Ein Issa camp, who have fled US-led coalition strikes on Raqqa, spoke out about their ordeal, on Monday. “We ran from death and fear”, one of the residents, Abu Mohammad, said. Another camp resident described it as “more than a massacre” claiming that only “10 percent [of coalition strikes] were hitting targets and the rest were hitting civilians”, before adding that it was “unimaginable”.
Investigative journalist Dilyana Gaytandzhieva says arms manufacturers mainly from the US, Israel and the Balkans have managed to transfer hundreds of tons of weaponry to terrorists under the cover of diplomatic flights.
Bulgarian journalist Dilyana Gaytandzhieva said that Azerbaijani Silk Way Airlines received diplomatic clearance to transport hundreds of tons of armaments to different locations around the world which finally ended up in the hands of terrorists and rebel groups….Azerbaijani embassies requested diplomatic clearance for Silk Way Airlines’ flights to transport the military cargo.
“The requests for diplomatic clearance included information about the type and quantity of the dangerous goods – heavy weapons and ammunition. However, the responsible authorities have turned a blind eye and allowed diplomatic flights for the transport of tons of weapons,” she added.
In December 2016, Dilyana Gaytandzhieva visited liberated neighborhoods of Aleppo where she found Bulgarian-made weapons inside underground warehouses belonging to terrorists. She felt suspicious and traced those weapons to its Bulgarian manufacturer realizing that… … …
Having realized that they lost in Syria the U.S. has shifted to “Plan B” to maintain control over the oil-rich regions of the country, military analyst The Saker told Sputnik. The Russo-Syrian advance in Deir ez-Zor has endangered the US plan, prompting the Pentagon to target the Syrian Arab Army and Russian military personnel on the ground.
The U.S has lost the war in Syria, The Saker, a top level European military analyst, told Sputnik, suggesting that the Americans have opted for a different strategy, which envisages the partition of Syria.
The US is trying to maintain control “of at least some areas in the northeast of the country in order to keep US military forces (illegally) present in Syria, keep control of the oil fields east of the Euphrates River and continue to destabilize and subvert the liberated regions of Syria,” the military analyst said.
“The problem with the [US] plan is that with the help of the Russians, the Syrians have freed the city of Deir ez-Zor and that their forces have now crossed the Euphrates River. Now it is the American Plan B which looks increasingly threatened,” he added.
That is why the US military has shifted to dubious operations against the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and Russian military personnel as a last resort, the analyst assumed… … …
